Not able to login to User management link in portal

Hi,
I am not able to login to "User Management" link from index.html page. When I enter user name and password, only page is getting refreshed and it is not logging in.

After looking into the error first i dont think you are enter the right password.
In case if you are entering the right password then you might not have the necessary admin rights on portal.

go to services -- key config login ticket and see in right hand side entry deleate all entry
and save it
then go to sm 59 and check HMI connection (http connection to R/3)
deleate it and recreate it

I am trying to setup the flex builder project for the demo host sample and am running into issues with the login. I have my OEM setup in https://<ip-address>:7801/em and am able to login with the credentials. Now, when I try to launch the HostSample.html from the flex builder project and the details are provided to my Management Server dialog, the same credentials fail with some IO Error. Please help

When running with HTTPS, FlexBuilder enforces security restrictions on same domain policy and verifies security certificate. To workaround this you either have to disable security on your OMS and use HTTP for your development (using emctl secure unlock), or you have to install the security certificate from your OMS in the IE browser you are launching from FlexBuilder.
To install the certificate in Firefox: go to the EM website using Firefox, and you will see "The Connection is Untrusted", expand "I Understand the Risks" and click "Add Exception". Is your user id and password correct.
Command console will give you more details on the error or you can go to user_projects/domains/soa_domain/server/logs to check the logs
Make sure database and listener is up and running.
For a quick solution you can stop managed server ,admin server ,database and listener and then start listener ,database,admin server and managed server in order specified

Webapplication users are not able to login

I am having windows 2012 domain controller. One web application running in this domain controller. Users in the domain all have access to web application. After giving the username and password it will allow the user to login to application. But the thing
is some users are not able to login to application, at the same time same users able to login to systems with user id.
Web application is integrated with AD for authentication. Removing the user not able to login, creating again, after that particular user able to login to that application.
Please give me some suggestion...

After upgraded 9.2 DB, all users are not able to login (Except Guest).

After completed the DB upgrade from 8.1.7.4 to 9.2.0, all users are not able to login the oraclemypage.home. This is except the Guest account.For example, I use the sysadmin account to login the oraclemypage.home. It shows "Your login is invalid. Please login again."
Moreover, I do the following query.

User not able to login for the role

Hello All
We are having 2 properties for the role assigned to user in portal. One is the "Entry Point" and the second one is "Invisible in Navigation Areas". We have customized the standard TLN par for our application. Due to which if we are setting any of the above property to "Yes" then i am not able to login into that role. As we are checking the navigation nodes only in TLN par.
I need that role to be invisble in portal but user should be able to login into that role.
Kindly help as i need to implement it urgently.

I have provided the code we are using to fetch te roles from navigation nodes. Navigation nodes are fetched for only visible roles not for invisible roles. Kindly refer the code and suggest some solution to fetch the heirarchy of the invisible role. In the code "My Purchases" & "Mis Compras" is our role.

User not able to login to MSA

Hi,
We have an issue in which the user is not able to login to MSA even though the user in there in the smousers table in the ides. While logging in it gives up an error that the User id or password is incorrect.
I even changes the password for the employee but the situation is the same. While running the Conntrans, the B-Docs EMPLOYEE_WRITE as well as USER_WRITE is not processed. Hence I generated the Metadata for these two B-Docs by going to the Client Console. Still I face the same error.
Please let me know what can I do to resolve this. Any pointers would be of great help.

I think the SAPSSLA. pse" not found, is not the problem as the parameter icm/HTTPS/verify_ client = 0 is set, it means that no ssl certifiacts are required.
problem is coming when the system is being accessed from externally using other secure domain name.
the system is being accessed ok from web urs which is internal, but not external.
for example in strust tcode the domain name is *abc.com, which is running fine when accessing the system internally.
but when the user is accessing this sytem from other secure login from *xyz.com, which is also the same companys domain, then the user not able to login, its showing errir.

User not able to login

This is a very strange case i have come across and need your help to resolve it.
There is one particular user who is not able to login to the portal even with correct name and password.
It displays a message "User authentication failed."
But when we unlock the user in User Admin it works fine there after though it was not even locked earlier.
This is happening with one user only.
What could be the cause for it and also solution?

Existing users not able to login to Application

Hi all,
For satisfying one of the security requirement. We secured Entity dimension and created new member access profile and new team.
For the new user and we (Admin team) has assigned this newly created team.
Now only we (Admin team) and new user is able to access the system.
Inorder for all other users to access the Application. Do we need to assign newly created team to all of them? is there any way to do it?

Hi ABHISHEK BANSHIWALA,
Since you have checked Entity dimension has secured now and created new Member access profile for new users.
But for existing users who are using existing Member Access profiles which does not have Entity dimension defined this is the reason why they are not able to login to BPC Application.
Please edit all the Member Access profiles and establish a reference to the ENTITY dimension for [ALL]
