Not able to open application in two browsers at a time

Hi All,
I am using jdev 11.1.2.0
I am running my application in the WLS 10.3.5
I am not able to open two instances of the application in two browsers at one time.
Please suggest the cause for this

Here I am trying to open my application in mozilla and IE.
My jspx page contains different jsff's that are in turn used to show/modify data.
This was working fine(i.e opening in two browsers) until I added a jsff to the page that uses ADS.

You will have to close firefox.exe with the Windows Task Manager from the "Processes" tab of the WTM since you don't have a widow to close.
The best way to close Firefox is through File > Exit, for those who stuck with the "Firefox" button click on the Firefox button then Exit. It is not perfect but it is a lot better than just closing the window with the "X" in the upper right corner

We are using MS-office 2013.We are not able to open the Two word document simultaneously at a time and sometimes it is showing pop in word and not able to open the pop-up word document.

The way which i posted the question is not so clear.I want clarification in MS-Office word 2013.
I have opened the fresh word 2013 and working on the word to prepare some documents.
When i try to open the another saved word document it is overlapping one after another and the second word document showing blinking message and not able to open the second document.It is closing the second word document automatically.I can able to work
with only one opened document and not able to open multiple word documents at a same time.
The second question is How many word documents can be opened in a computer at a same time?Our work is based on word document only. some of the users are opening the different word documents in the same computer minimum six or seven word documents
and working on the same.
Suppose if we are opening and working with multiple word & excel file at a same time whether it will affect the system slow?

Addressing number that can be open at once...
This is a function of available RAM and hard drive space (although if you get into memory paging you really can slow down). It depends on the document size and also on processor speed. I have had 30 documents open at once. I often use Excel and Word at the
same time. The more you have open, the slower your system will be, although it may not be noticed until you push the limits.

Not able to Open Hyperion Planning

Hi ,
I am not able to open the Hyperion Planning through direct Hyperion planning link "http://<server>:19000/HyperionPlanning".
When I log in; it is just showing message "Loading..." for longer period of time. I am even not able to open application through workspace.
We also observed planning application logs under <MIDDLEWARE_HOME>\user_projects\<instancename>\diagnostics\logs\services but we haven't found any error.
We had faced this issue last time as well and I have posted about this on OTN mentioned in below link....

Last time this problem got resolved after restarting the Application Server box how ever this problem has occurred again and hopefully restarting the server may resolve it.
Could you please let me know where would be the problem and what should be done in order to prevent it occurring again and again.

Can you access it directly though and not through the http server e.g. http://<planningserver>:8300/HyperionPlanning

This problem has been reported a few times. The solution is to install any new App say a free one. This seems to fix whatever has gone wrong.

For dynamic forms its working by adding <NOXFA/> in
DDX xml . only for static forms its not working because we are not using
assembler service for this forms.

If anyone is reading this still looking for what caused the issue and how to fix it here is what I discovered.
The antivirus program our company uses, Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, was causing some of the PDF files not to open. After troubleshooting the different modules and settings the culprit was..
Scan SSL in Privacy Control Settings. Turning it OFF solved the problem and all the PDF files that previously would not open now open just fine. This issue has been sent to Bitdefender for them to review. If you use a different antivirus program and are having this issue try locating the Scan SSL setting and see if turning it off solves the problem.

Not able to open BSP application in Internet

Not able to open files through any Application in Mavericks

HI, Since upgrading to Mavericks, I am not able to open the files/folders through any applications (Photoshop, Open office) or attach any files in Mail or web sites, as these files/folders appear greyed out. I could access those files either by locating them in the Finder and right click 'Open with' or drag and drop those files on to the Application icon on the dock. I could not even attach screen shots for this query. Thanks for your help.

This occurred only to my login. Apple Support advised me to delete the Finder preference list (

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.

The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
Let us know how far you get, or results.
