Not able to open Logic8 sessions after upgrade from 10.5.8 to 10.6.8

Hello,
I recently upgraded my 2x2.93 GHz Quad-Core system from 10.5.8 to 10.6.8, and now i'm not able to open certain logic 8 sessions. Most of my sessions open fine, but theres a bunch that I'm getting memory errors for, saying things like "not enough memory" or "audio units failed to load" or the session will load with just a blank screen.
Since I'm running in 32 bit, and I know these particular sessions were (in 10.5.8) using around 2.21 gigs of real mem its pretty clear that i'm pushing the limits of my computer. However it would stand to reason that if i could open the session in leopard, I should be able to open the session in snow leopard.
Strangely enough, I have a mobile rig (2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 macbook pro running on 10.6.8) that will open up these "troubling" sessions just fine. The only thing i can think of thats different is the lap top was a clean OS install while the 8 core was an archive install.
Also strangely enough, I'm able to load sessions larger than 2.21 on my 10.6 8 core as long as its not from the "troubled" bunch of sessions. Which leads me to believe it could possibly be a specific instrument or plug-in or combination that is causing these crashes. Not quite sure how to test for that. Also since the sessions load on the laptop, not sure why it would be an issue on my mac pro.
If i go into the "troubling" sessions by not lunching the "core audio" driver, and delete some instruments i'm not using my sessions will open just fine on my mac pro. While this is a temporary work around, its not work for me in the long run.
Also, none my virtual memory servers have changed since my update so I don't think thats the problem.
If anyone has any idea they could through my way I would greatly appreciate it. I'm definitely stumped on this one.

Db version --> 9.2.0.6
EBS version --> 11.5.10.2
We are upgrading our db to 10gr2.As a prerequisite developer 6i patch (patch 19) has been applied.
After this patch, some forms could not be opened .No error or anything observed in logs.
After some investigation, when the responsibility key updated into new value the forms have been opened succesfully.
Update -->
update fnd_responsibility set responsibility_key='SYSTEM_ADMINISTRATOR_N'
where responsibility_key='SYSTEM_ADMINISTRATOR';
But this update caused concurrent managers not open.Because of this error -->

Cause: get_responsibility_data
failed due to ORA-01403: no data found.

SYSTEM_ADMINISTRATOR responsibility may be special case.By applying this update

Hi,
I believe this approach is not correct since you should not update this table manually. For the CM error, it is expected to get this error as the select statement no longer returns "SYSTEM_ADMINISTRATOR" after the update.
I suggest you obtain the FRD log file and see if errors are logged there when trying to reproduce the issue.

I would also suggest you enable debug on Jinitiator and see if it generates any errors.

Does the user who would like to change the screen have the authorisation
for S_DEVELOP in his profile? Please run transaction /NSU53 after the
failed authorisation. You will get an information which authorisation
is missing.
Additional please check if you have open entries in transaction SPAU for
that object.
If you couldn´t solve the issue I need an user to analyse it in your
development system.
That user needs all authorisation for development and has to be
registrated as developer.
The system uses the authorization object S_DEVELOP for Workbench objects
can you please check your user master record whether it contains the
required autorization or not.

How do I reset Firefox if I am not able to open the application after ending it on the task manager?

We changed the privacy options on firefox, closed the program, and now we are not able to open it. We have ended the process on the task manager, but it still will not open. We tried to uninstall it but it won't even let us do that. I've read lots of articles on how to reset firefox, but it isn't helpful when i can't get into firefox to try it.

Not able to open PDF file after scanning

I just purchased an HP Envy 4500 , can scan items and save them as pdf files on the computer. Later going into documents I'm not able to open file - get error box stating not able to open document.

Not able to open the existing PDF files from Content Server in VL02N

In Delivery transaction VL02N, we are not able to open the PDF file attachments which were created in the Past (Ex. 01/01/2014) from the Content Server. Recently upgraded to Enhancement Pack 7 and not sure whether the issue is due to this upgrade.

Not able to install anything fully after upgrade to Snow Leopard

I haven't been able to install anything after upgrading to Snow Leopard yesterday. Anything program i do try to install just bouces on the dock

Try installing the update again from here

This is a fuller install, as opposed to an incremental "delta" update so it should overwrite any files that are damaged or missing. It does not matter if you have applied it before.
Remember to Verify Disk before update and repair permissions after update from /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.

Not able restore iphone 4 data after upgrading it to ios 7.1.2

I have upgraded my iphone 4 ios to 7.1.2. I took a back up of iphone data on my computer(win XP) using ITunes. However, now I am not able to restore my iphone data from ITunes. It is giving me error like "error occurred while restoring this iphone (-50)...." something like that
I am stuck on my Iphone and it is showing me only set up iPhone screen. If I select restore from ITunes backup option, it is showing connect to iTunes screen. After connecting iphone to iTunes, it shows error msg like "iTunes was interrupted while restoring the contents of the iphone......" and if I say continue restore I get error message "error occurred while restoring this iphone (-50).... Even I tried restoring iphone to factory setting then restoring backup from iTunes but no luck.
Can anyone guide me on how to resolve this issue. Appreciate immediate help on this.

after upgrading I have been getting the slide to setup screen and I could see 3 options, so I selected 3rd option to restore from iTunes backup. Then I go this error "error occurred while restoring this iphone (-50)....".
Now after several try and restoring iphone to factory setting I am able to restore data successfully iphone. However, I still see the slide to setup iphone screen. I am not sure what is the issue. I am stuck and not able use my phone. not sure how to get rid of this screen and set up iphone screens.

I am not having the source sys access , but I took it from one of my collouege . when i login into source sys via BW - RSA ( like source sys and custmizing extractor ) , I am getting log in screen , where i am giving the my collegue;s usr id and password . ( i do not have the sys details , like it is not in my log on pad and i do not my own id ) .
I am directly in SBIW transaction screen ..but when i wanted to open a new session i m not able to do so .

Not able to open BEX Analyzer after Executing RRMX Tcode

Whenever I start system pop up comes path is
c:\program files\SAP\internet graphic server\bin\igswdserv.exe and it does not close. when I try to close one more grafic window opens.
After stearting the console all tcodes are executable in my BI system but not able to run T code RRMX.
Can anyone help me out to execute T code RRMX and how to close above window.

Mavericks Mail not working properly with Exchange server after upgrade from Lion

Mail will no longer maintain a stable connection to my company's Exchange server after upgrading to Mavericks from Lion. Nothing has been changed on the Exchange server. It has only partially downloaded the messages that are on the server. It seems to download current messages when they hit the server. It has difficulty sending messages. When I send a message, it gets stuck in the Outbox. It is constantly losing the connection to the server. The problem is only occuring with Exchange email. My iCloud email works properly as well as a POP3 account.

Lost sessions after upgrading from CF8 to CF10

We have an internal page that we use to control things on our website. It's sort of like a home-brewed CMS, but it doesn't hold actual content. It just stores details about the pages (page title, contact person, date created, etc) and allows us to show newly added items on a "what's new" page.
To get into the thing, I have a list of authorized users in a database. I compare this list to a function that the server gives us called GetAuthUser()
I basically do a query to find that username in the database and pull out the associated rights, then assign them to session variables. This worked perfectly in CF8, but not in CF10.
Here's the code that worked before:

It's been a while since I tried to browse directories on another system. I think CFFTP might be able to do it.
YUP!! As long as the credentials are good, you can use CFFTP to browse directories on another machine.

I think the binary file conversion was not done properly( you haven't filled bin_pdfx, its the otf_data ). OR, Use CONVERT_OTF FM and pass format as PDF. Check this document for reference: Opening a Smartform in Web Dynpro ABAP

Leopard not working with HP Scanner/Printer after upgrading from Tiger?

Unfortunately HP is slow in updating software for Leopard compatibility. If you search this forum you will find some solutions for your problem.
First, check HP's website for the latest software.
I believe that uninstalling your current HP software and either reinstalling it or installing more recent software usually solves the problem.
There was also an issue with Canon scanners.

I personally gave up with HP a while ago, while still using PCs. I switched to Epson and both my Epson printers and my Epson scanner work fine with all my computers, PC and Mac. That was my solution.
