Not able to open my itunes it says to reinstall itunes?
I can not open my itunes ever since I attempted to download the latest version of itunes software (loaded half way then stopped.) When I double click on my itunes icon it says it can not find itunes gives a code and says to reload itunes but I do not know how?

You can use Preview to open PDFs. Right-click a PDF file and go to Open with > Preview -

when i open the account itones store asks a security code. I purchased this device from another person. i dont know the security code to fill in the format.The security code is the Apple ID of the person who setup the account. You will need to have the person you purchased the iPhone from remove their information from the iPhone.

Make sure the pdf has the '.pdf' extension on the file name. I've seen this a few times and adding the extension usually solves the problem.

I am not able to open iCloud from my settings, Sirs says I don't have iCloud installed what has happened? I have an email saying my device can't be backed up because my I cloud is full, and telling me to go to settings to manage it, but my iCloud button is in light grey instead of black and unresponsive.
Go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Accounts (near the bottom) and set this to Allow Changes. You will then be able to access Settings>iCloud again.

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
