Not able to open PDF after export

Question

Hi
After executing webtemplate and clicking on the print buttion, the pdf application is asking the user to save the application, when click on the save, i get the error msg saying that the format is not supported.
This happens when i change the properties in the EXPORT command, Instead of selecting the webitem as default, i select few web items. So i get the error.
But
If i dont change anything and execute, i get the PDF file without any problem. My export template is 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN_EXPORT.
Why does it happen like tat.

Dear Annie,
Is info field present in your own created template?
If not, it wont be available in the dropdown box to select. Since you are selecting individual web items and not 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN_EXPORT in which the Infofield is available, it wont be available.
So, you need to have web item 'Infofield' included in your own created template. But then, if you include it, the variables and filters will also be visible on the report.
Best thing to do is, create a copy of 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN_EXPORT and in the copy template, use all the web items you need to display in print pdf layout and then bind this web template in the EXOPRT command.
