Not able to play games, music, or videos. Sometimes it works sometimes it dont.

Sometimes I am able to play games listen to music watch videos but then other times I am not able to. I have adobe flash installed all my plugins seem to be up to date. What could be causing this and how do I fix this problem?

You have Adobe Flash and WMP, so websites that use a player like QuickTime or Real Media Player won't work.

Before you try to play a game on your notebook you should check the system requirements of the game first. There you can also see what graphic cards are supported or not. Check this!!!
I dont know what game you try to play on your notebook but as sanremo said this notebook is not a gaming machine and I doubt that newer games like GTA 4, Far Cry 2 and so far will run properly on this notebook. Only games with lower system requirements will run so I think games they are at least 2 or 3 years old.
Furthermore there are no external graphic cards available.
If you want notebook that is fast enough for all games you should buy a Qosmio notebook, for example X300. This is a really good gaming machine!!

Alarm app not able to play my music

I use the app Alarm Xtreme for waking up in the morning and I want it to play my own music. The app supports this, but it is just not working.
I chose a song to play when the alarm rings, but all I hear is the standard alarm sound.
I tried it from sd card and intern memory -same problem.
I contacted the developer of the app and they tried to fix the problem, but it seems that the problem is not on their site.
I tried some other alarm apps and they all have the same problem. Somehow there is alwys an error with the mp3 and the apps just use the standard alarm sound instead.
Any Help would be appreciated.
My sony Z1 Compact is on 4.4.2

Unfortunately there is little support I can offer here as this is down to the programming of the applications in question. I can only advise you speak with the developer of the applications and ask them to look into updating this part of their app.

I have purchase HP Compaq 15-s008TU Notebook (4th Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Free DOS) online.I have installed window 7.Yesterday i have installed some games like need for speed and one other game but both are not working.My friend told me that window 7 is not suitable for this u need to install window 8.So want to confirm that is it neccesary to install window 8 if not then why it is not working

I recently purchased an iPhone 4S however I am not able to play videos directly from websites like metacafe.com and all others. Whereas few of my friends who bought iPhone 4S / 5 (factory unlocked) versions can very well play videos from all websites. Whenever they browse videos, it start streaming on their phones and stArt playing in QuickTime player. What is the reason of this behavior, is there something missing in my iPhone?

Youtube HD Video not able to play

I am having troube to play HD video on Youtube-safari
if i start video it start with 240 or 360p and if i switch from 240p/360p to 720HD or 1080 HD video stop streaming and not able to play video,
before that it wasn't problem i am able to stream video in 720/1080HD,
if i play same video in google crome it is running Perfectly fine.
Please let help me how can i come out from this problem !!!

You don't play video on Mountain Lion. You might play videos within your web browser which perhaps you are. Need the Adobe Flash Player?

iTunes is quite friendly, and very powerful.... You probably just need to set up automatic syncing in iTunes.
If the iTunes sidebar (along left side of window) is hidden, from the menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar. The iPod appears in the sidebar, under DEVICES. Select the iPod there.
To the right, the iPod's Summary screen is shown. Toward the top, there is a bar of buttons, starting with Summary. Click on Music next to Summary. This Music screen is where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box for Sync Music. This setting enables automatic syncing for music. If your iTunes music library is small enough to fit on the iPod's storage, you can choose to sync Entire music library. Otherwise, you can choose to sync Select playlists, artists, albums, and genres. From the lists below, select (checkmark) what you want to sync to the iPod.
Here's one convenient way to set this up. In your iTunes library, create one or more playlists. Add the ALL the songs you want on the iPod to those playlists. OR, you can use existing playlists. Back on the iPod's Music screen, select those playlists under Playlists. (You can select other items on those lists, if desired.)
When you click Apply, the songs in your selection sync to the iPod. Going forward, to update your iPod (add/remove songs), just update those playlists in your iTunes library. The iPod does not need to be connected. The next time you connect the iPod (or click Sync if already connected), iTunes automatically updates the iPod with the same changes.
NOTE: On the bar of buttons that starts with Summary, click on the other buttons (such as Movies, Podcasts, Audiobooks, etc.) to set up syncing for those iTunes media categories.

Not able to play original .dcf music files after ...

Not able to play some of the copyrighted or licensed files

Hi,
Since a month or so, I am not able to play most of my wma files, which were ripped from original audio CDs. The problem is not universally applicable to all of the licensed files because there are some, I am able to play(but that is only a minority, as that
represents music from just one original audio CD).
A few times in between I am able to play these files, but I am unable to find any correlation with any action/task performed. This problem resurfaces again and again.
I tried restoring the computer, but didn't solved it. Restarted, fixed the registry errors, but to no avail.
Please note that I am also having blue screen errors from time to time (one error in a day or two). The blue screen of death comes just randomly and computer restarts.
I also vaguely remember that a few weeks back, I solved this problem by typing some command in command prompt. I tried to find out that web page(from where I got this command), but couldn't. It was may be a registry problem. But, I am not 100% sure about all
this.

Winamp:- Nothing happens
WMP:- A message comes "The player is not installed correctly, please reinstall the player"

Regarding the error messages showed above, have you tried to reinstall Windows Media Player by
Turn Windows Features on or off?

You will need a SIM to activate it. There is no way around that. The SIM does not have to be active, but it must be from the correct carrier if the phone is carrier locked. Once activated, it can be removed and used like an iPod touch, but if you ever have to restore or update iOS, you will need the SIM to re-activate it.

Having spotty luck with it... see my other post in the iphone discussions...
It does work, but only some of the time - it seems to need a kick in the *** though. Sometimes it links to the TV right away, some times it takes some switching between apps or videos in the camera roll, and now for some reason, it takes plugging my wife's phone in first and then swapping phones once her's is recognized and TV output connection made before mine will output signal to the TV.
And it seems to do video only with some apps and audio only with others, and then nothing with yet others. I guess I just expected it to work, given that we both have freshly updated iphones (4.3), good cables and 2 HD TV's to test with...

I think I am following -- I was able to upload to my iPhoto and all photos and videos are there that is a plus! I tried to create an Event in my iPhoto and put all of my photos in that event but for some reason, now my iTunes it not recognizing that Event in my iPhoto. It is not allowing me to import just that event at the moment but I may be doing something wrong. At least all of my pics and vids are in iPhoto so that is a plus and I know they are at least saved somewhere. Just for some reason, my iTunes it not locating the event that I created with only those photos.

Unforutnatly I am like 2 iOS updates behind because I don't have enough storage on my phone.
