Not able to read/write Clobdomain when using weblogic server.

Hi,
We have a view and one of its attribute is ClobDomain. Earliar we were using OC4J and had no problems in reading/writing this attribute using the entity object. Now we have migrated to Weblogic and the same clobdoamin is written empty. Also two records are inserted in the database. I thought it might be jdbc driver problem and tried to use ojdbc6 driver instead of default driver which is used by Weblogic. But still the same problem
We are using,
Jdev version- 10.1.3.4
Weblogic 10.3
I did lots of google but not find any solution.
Below is the error we are getting.
oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Insert": SQL Statement "null".

  • Not able to create a universe when using nav. att. 0MATL_TYPE in the query

    Dear experts,
    A few days ago I posted a message in the BO General Category due to this error and I was adviced to install SP19 in BW (3.5). We've allready installed it but the issue is still arising. I am posting this thread now in this category since maybe the other category was too general and this one a little bit more specified.
    The error we are having is the following:
    We are having an issue when trying to create a universe over a BEx query which uses navigational attribute 0MATL_TYPE of 0MATERIAL (0MATERIAL__0MATL_TYPE).
    No matter where do we insert this nav. attribute in the query (lines, columns, free characteristics...) that we are not able to create the universe. We receive a message when trying to create it such as "error without message"
    We have other navigational attributes from several characteristics which are not giving us any problems in universes, just nav attributes 0MATL_TYPE and a Z characteristic (ZMATPR) which is the same as 0MATL_TYPE (it is defined the same way, not related).
    We are working with:
    BW 3.5 - SP19, BEx 3.x
    BOBJ XI 3.0 (without service pack or fix pack)
    Does any one have any clue on what could be the reason for this issue??
    Thanks in advance for your interest!
    Best regards!!!!
    Cecilia

    Hello Ingo,
    First of all thanks for your help, since we are really concerned about this issue.
    We have been analysing the file you have talked us about. The thing is that a week and a half ago we had to write an OSS message to SAP concerning another issue, and we were recommended to install note 1260004 which involves editing the registry in order to show SOFA logs, and if we have understood correcty, the file you have given us modifies as well the server registry in order to show sofa logs.
    Does the file you have given us includes new information in the SOFA logs, what is the difference between what we have changed with the SAP note and what you have given us?
    Nevertheless, we have retrieved two logs from two executions (having navigational attribute 0MATL_TYPE in the query from which we want to create the universe) in case you could help us to interpret the informations given since we are not able to understand it. (You can seen them below my signature.....haven't find a way to attach files....sorry....)
    Thank's very much in advance for your help!!!! This is so disconcerting.......
    Best regards!
    No way , I cannot copy the logs since the message format is destroyed when I copy it..... If you need it please inform me and we will send it to you!
    Thanks again for the help!!!

  • O365 Workflow not able to read/write via REST to list on a subsite

    Hi Guys,
    I'm facing an issue that i would like to read and the write to a list which is located on a sub site (same site collection https://server/sites/web/subsite/) with a Workflow using REST API (located in https://server/sites/web/). Let me give you a background.
    I'm using o365 as environment so i'm developing the workflow in SharePoint designer.
    What the list WF is doing:
    it's making a simple GET REST query https://server/sites/web/subsite/_api/web/lists/getbytitle('X_List')/items(1) in App Step to read list items on the sub site. It returns in the Response Code: NotFound (on Sharepoint on premise it's working). So the
    array is empty. When i'm doing the same for the for the same site where the WF is located then the Response Code is OK.
    Funny thing is that when i'm doing a call like this https://server/sites/web/subsite/_api/web/lists/getbytitle('X_List')/itemcount then the Response Code is OK. It returns the correct amount of items in the list.
    I've granted also Full Control to the workflow according to the
    msdn but it did not resolve it.
    Is there a way to check the permissions for the workflow? it looks like it has not the proper permission for the subsite to see the list items.
    Thanks,
    Wojtek

    Hi Dennis,
    thanks for you input. please see my comments inline.
    Best regards,
    Wojtek
    Hi,
    For a better troubleshooting, I suggest you to do as follows:
    1. Try to access the URL below in IE directly.
    https://server/sites/web/subsite/_api/web/lists/getbytitle('X_List')/items(1)
    done. i'm able to enter it (done via POSTMAN)
    2. Check whether the list item(ID=1) exists.
    the item is there
    3. Create a new custom list and add a new item to the list, then access it again.
    done. Tests results are postive

  • Sharing Mac iTunes library with Windows PC (I want to be able to read/write)

    Greetings from a new Mac user. I recently purchased a 27" iMAC running OS X 10.7.3. This iMac is now connected to my home network/workgroup.
    - I want to build a new iTunes Library on my 1TB internal Mac HD.
    - I want my 3 non Mac Machines (1 XP Prof and 2 Windows 7 Home) to be able to view the contents of my new (not yet built) iTunes Library resident on my iMac and of course be able to
    - play that content.
    - have play counts from my Windows-based be saved back to my iTunes Library.
    - be able to rate a song from any computer (Mac or Windows) within this iTunes Library and have that rating saved back to this iTunes Library.
    I don't want to have to rely on iTunes "Shared Library" function. In other words I want all PCs to be able to read/write to the same iTunes Library file.
    Before I purchased my iMac, my iTunes Library existed on one of my Windows-file system external drives. The pre-requisites for allowing multiple Windows PCs to access/share/write to the same iTunes Library was to:
    - share the Windows folder on the external drive in which the iTunes Library file was stored (allowing network users to be able to change the files), and
    - make sure all Windows-based PCs ran the same iTunes software version.
    Assume: I don't want to change the version of Windows iTunes software from the currently installed 10.5.0 version.
    Question 1: Can my Windows PCs access and utilize the same iTunes library file that I plan to build on my iMac hard drive?
    Question 2: What older version of Mac iTunes software should I install on my iMac in order to allow the Windows PCs to access and use the iMacs iTunes library file?
    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hmmm...  thanks for the reply.  This of course, yields another question.  When you say 'you could format to FAT32 which both can use'; do you mean format the iTunes Hard drive on which my iTunes music now resides?  If so, this would mean I would need to copy the music off the internal iMac hard drive, then format the drive to FAT32, then copy the music back.
    Is this what you meant?

  • Not able to read the wsdl file from server Premature EOF encounter

    Hi All,
    I am facing issue while accessing a web Service from server. Here is the clear view about it.
    I created a simple SyncBpel process in a composite and deployed in to the server and it is working fine. Later i created a new Asyn bpel process in a composite and in the external reference i dragged a web Service and imported the wsdl url from server of the SyncBpel and wired the Asynbpel process to webserive .
    Now here i am facing peculiar behavior which i am not able to trace it out.
    1) For the first time when i import the url of syncBpel from the server i am not facing any error and it is working fine as expected but when i close the Jdeveloper and open it i am not able to user the web Service and it is saying as "Not able to read the wsdl file from server Premature EOF encounter"
    2)When i close and open the Jdeveloper i can see the url of the wsdl which imported in webserver is changing from http://stcfmw03.satyam.com:8021/soa-infra/services/Tarak/synchronousBpel/bpelsync_client_ep?WSDL to http://stcfmw03.satyam.com:8021/soa-infra/services/Tarak/synchronousBpel/BPELsync.wsdl
    3)when I open and see the url http://stcfmw03.satyam.com:8021/soa-infra/services/Tarak/synchronousBpel/bpelsync_client_ep?WSDL I can see the soap address as *<soap:address location="http://stcfmw03.satyam.com:8021/soa-infra/services/Tarak/synchronousBpel!1.0*soa_5cfb8416-c106-40a2-a53b-9054bbe04b9c/bpelsync_client_ep"/>*
    I don’t understand why the soap end contains “*soa_5cfb8416-c106-40a2-a53b-9054bbe04b9c” and this kind of url for soap address is coming to all the bpel process which I am deploying in the server.
    I checked the in Jdeveloper where webproxy is uncheck and the server is also up but still I am facing issue of reading the error.
    Can someone please help in resolving the issue.
    I am using SOA 11g 11.1.1.5 and Jdeveloper 11.1.1.5
    Many thanks.

    Hi,
    Setting default from the jdeveloper -
    During composite deployment from Jdeveloper (wizard driven), you will be given an option to choose the version of the composite and there will also be an option for you to choose if the composite needs to be deployed as default.
    Setting default from the em console -
    After deploying a composite, login to the em console and click on the composite that you want to set as default, and you will find a tab - "Set as Default". please note that this tab will not be seen, if the composite is already set as default.
    Refer -

    Kevin,
    For manual Proviosioning - It works fine.
    It fails when I create user in OIM using flat file GTC . I have an access policy to auto proviosion that user with ldap.
    As mentioned before, I notice none of the prepops on Ldap process form are able to read value from Xel user form.
    Steps I tried Already:
    1- Checking access policy
    2-remapping process form adapters
    Pls. let me know ur thoughts.

    Is it possible to flag e-mails and/or right click an e-mail to mark as read/unread, etc. when using Microsoft Outlook Web Access in Firefox on a Mac?
    == This happened ==
    Every time Firefox opened
    == I've never been able to figure out how to do those things in Firefox.

    When you use OWA in something other than IE, you're using OWA lite and no--it is not possible to do either in OWA lite (well, new Exchange stuff makes my answer a little less emphatic but still: pretty much no). Thanks Microsoft. But this guy made it possible to mark unread/read and select all/none:

    MD513AE/A  iPad Wi-Fi-16GB White - Model A 1458
    I have purchase this from Dubai, UAE, some 2 years back.
    I am NOT able to switch it on; when connected to power supply, the battery icon comes in but no signs of charging.
    After some times the ‘Apple’ icon comes in. Tried simultaneous operation of Sleep and Power buttons, but of no use.
    Sometimes a picture of cable and ITunes comes in; but not able to connect to
    P C as there is no battery charge.

    Hi madhu254,
    Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
    If your iPhone is not charging, please check out this article.

    There's a Resolving issues section, but you may want to read it all.

  • I am not able to read the xslt table column value.

    Hi,
    I have the scenario like this.
    I have two irpt pages  first.irpt and  second.irpt and saperate xslt tables for each page  and common js file for two pages.
    when I click on first.irpt   page xslt table row that opens  the  second.irpt as a popup window then I click on the column in second.irpt xslt row  after that  column value should be inserted  in to first.irpt  xslt table column.
    In above I have done everything except I am not able to update the first.irpt  xslt table column as Even I am not able to read that value.
    For your reference:
    /* This function will be called when we select the row in first.irpt xslt table here SelectBatch_b.irpt means second.irpt
    function getBatch(row)
    var id=row;
    var material=document.getElementById('Material_'+row).value;
    var location=document.getElementById('StoreLoc_'+row).value;
    var plant=1000;
    var strUrl = "SelectBatch_b.irpt";
    strUrl = "?plant="plant"&""location="location"&""material="material;
         window.open (strUrl,"mywindow");
    /*This function will be called when we select the row in second.irpt (SelectBatch_b.irpt)
    function getBatchID(row)
    var Batch=document.getElementById('Batch_'+row).value;  // reading second.irpt xslt table column value
    document.getElementById('Batchc1').value=Batch;  // reading first.irpt xslt table column value and inserting.
    window.close();  // here I am getting error like object expected.
    Please help me in this .

    Hi Rajkumar,
    Please find below the method to pass the variable back and forth in .irpt page.
    First Page:
    var Toaccessinchildpage = "value";
    function getBatch(row)
    var id=row;
    var material=document.getElementById('Material_'+row).value;
    var location=document.getElementById('StoreLoc_'+row).value;
    var plant=1000;
    var strUrl = "SelectBatch_b.irpt";
    strUrl += "?plant="plant"&"+"location="location"&"+"material="+material;
    window.open (strUrl,"mywindow");
    function populate(strBatch)
         document.getElementById('Batchc1').value=strBatch;
    Second Page:
    function getBatchID(row)
    var Batch=document.getElementById('Batch_'+row).value;
    window.opener.populate(Batch);
    window.close();
    You have to call parent page function from child page.
    No need to use common js.
    If you want to access variable from parent page use
    window.opener.<variable name>.
    Example
    window.opener.Toaccessinchildpage
    You have to declare that variable as global variable in Parent page js file.
    Refer First page code.

    Selva
