Not able to remove "radius-server-source-port-1645-1646"
Hii Guys! I'm trying to remove the "radius-server-source-port -1645-1646" command but it's not happening.. Command executes but it's still showing up in running configuration...... It's on 2960 switch running 12.2 lanbasek9 IOS.
Hmm..... That's not the case.... Tried this already
Even I've seen its kinda default command in some old IOS....... But not getting a firm URL or link to confirm it..... So not sure if it's issue with IOS or something else

New command for radius-server source-ports
I am trying to find the new command fro radius-server source-ports 1645-1646 since it appears to be depricated. We use tacacs so we do not have the radius server specified but we do need to put in the ports. Can someone please tell me the new command for radius-server source-ports?
ThanksBoth of the links that Peter posted are interesting and helpful. I would like to take a slightly different approach in answering your question.
In every version of IOS there are certain commands that get inserted into running-config when a particular feature is activated. It looks like in your version the radius-server source-ports is one of those commands. I do not think it is anything that you should be concerned about.
And I do not believe that having the radius-server source-ports command would prevent TACACS from working. I believe that there is likely to be some fault in your configuration. If you would post the aaa parts of the config then maybe we could see what the problem is.
In my experience configuring aaa some of the common problems include not correctly identifying the TACACS server, not having exactly the same key configured on the Cisco device and the TACACS server, not having connectivity to the TACACS server (can the Cisco device ping the server, and can the server ping the device), or errors in the authentication or authorization prameters specified.
Post some information and we will see what we can do.

Not able to access the multi-source universe in WebI
Hi
I am not able to access the multi-source universe in WebI, getting below error message.
[Data Federator Driver] Unexpected exception: com.crystaldecisions.thirdparty.org.omg.CORBA.UNKNOWN: null | [Data Federator Driver] Failed to connect to any of the provided 'Central Management Server' hosts.
And also Not able to perform anything to designing multi-source universe in business Layer.
Universe back-end is
Oracle 11g and
SQL2008 DB
Version IDT: 4.1 Support Pack 2
SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 2,Hi Sreeni,
You can create a new APS in CMC containing the Data Federation Service with
-Xmx2g -> 8g (This is the suggested range)
Make sure you remove this service from the existing APS and then create a new one.
You could refer SAP KBA 1694041 - BI 4.x Consulting:- How to size the Adaptive Processing
Server (APS) which would assist you in sizing the APS.

Jdeveloper is not able to find SOA server
I am trying to deploy Hello world BPEL project from Jdeveloper 11.1.1.6.0 to standalone Weblogic server 10.3.6. Jdeveloper is able to list servers running (admin server and managed soa-server). However it is not able to find SOA server. I have verified that soa-infra is up and running.
While trying to find SOA server it fails with Null Pointer Exception with following stack trace:

Not able to remove 'emtpy home' directory entry
Hi
I'm trying to remove an Oracle 10.2.0.1.0 installation on a Linux system. My problem is, that I'm not able to remove an 'empty home' directory with the installer. The button 'Remove..' is grayed out.
The reason why I want to remove that directory is, that I want to do an installation into this directory again. But the requirements check of the installation fails because of this 'empty home' directory (which is actually deleted on the file system).
Does someone know where this information is stored on the filesystem or how I can force the installer to install in this directory anyway? BTW: I have also a 9.2 installation on the same system, but that's probably no problem.
Thanks!Has this database been upgraded via the patch process? If so, run the installer from the patch directory, you can often get to the uninstall from there. It all has to do with oracle inventory and what it sees as your most recent install. After you have done the uninstall/remove, you can just go delete the directory and remaining contents -- there will not be much left.

Not able to remove the ABAP code from Transformation
Hello Experts,
We have transformation for DSO in that for one infoobject, field routine is written, Break Point is hard coded there and it's move to production. Now we are trying to remove that break point from development and then move it production.
we are doing following activity to remove the break point.
1. Open the transformation.
2. Open the field routine.
3. Going to ABAP code in field routine.
4. Remove the hard coded Break Point from ABAP code.
5. Saving the code.
6. It's taking to again filed routine window.
7. We close the window and activate the transformation.
8. When again check the ABAP code in field routine then it shows hard coded Break Point again.
9. Not able to remove the hard coded break point.
Can anyone know how to do this.
Help will be appreciated.
ThanksHi,
As pointed above, after point 6 don't simply close the window but click on Transfer Value and then activate your transformation. Refresh the system and check again.

Not able to add essbase server
Hi all,
Our security is with shared services when iam connecting with my user and my system password its connecting but iam not able to add essbase server its throwing error login fail
but with admin password every thing is fine
i refreshed users in EAS but iam not able to add essbase server
any help would be appriciated
Thanksthe user you were using to login to admin server might not be having access to the essbase server.
so make sure you were using the right user to connect to essbase server who is having access to essbase server.
like if you are using 'admin' user, check in shared services for the provision of admin user.
Check if he is having server access to that particular essbase server
or you can check by logging in with the same user through maxl.
in maxl, use the following login command and see if you were able to login or not.
login <username> <password> on <essbase server name>;

When we see essbase log, we got the following error.

If anyone faced this kind of an issue, please let me know what could be the reason.
Thanks,
Ganesh.Have you registered Essbase with shared services yet? Try re-registering essbase.
