Not able to run a seminar after update to 9.1

We have 2 seminar rooms and Event manager licences.
We scheduled a seminar at the end of August. Then created the Event, send the invitations etc.
We received the document of the update to 9.1 from Adobe.
http://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/kb/seminar-room-licensing-faq.html, it says:
"How do I schedule meetings on my Seminar Room license?
· If you currently use the Adobe Connect Event Module to schedule your Seminars, no further action is required. If you do not use the Event Module, watch this video tutorial to see a walkthrough of how to schedule your seminars BEFORE your upgrade. Be sure to schedule all your Seminar Rooms in advance of your upgrade to 9.1 to ensure your Seminar Rooms function at capacity during your events. Contact your account administrator for timing (see below for more information). "
Yesterday we could not run the seminar. When we reached the 10 participants, nobody else was able to join.
I've contacted the help support but no clear answer yet. I've an open case, because it seems that this is a bug, but it seems that nobody is able to find out the problem so far.
Have anybody experienced something similar?
On the other side, is there a way to have somebody from Adobe attending the seminar as a host? We feel that the tool is great, but the support is far from good.

Thanks for your answer, but at the end, you suggest that we need to always create manually this "buffer" time, so 2:30-4PM seminar, for a seminar that will start at 3PM?
This does not make any sense. It was way better in version 9. Are we the only Adobe customers facing this problem? I doubt so, really,
So, to clarify it:
we create a seminar from 2:30 to 4PM.
we send the invitations (but we need to tell participants that it will start at 3PM)
at 2:30 PM, hosts and presenter enter the seminar room, and then the room will not be in stand-by mode anymore
participants then can start entering the room
Is this the right way?
Besides of that, our seminar was in stand-by mode after it had started at the planned time.

I just tried launching my app, and it works fine. Have you tried: rebooting you PlayBook? Deleting and reinstalling the app? If those don't work, trying doing a "hard reset" by holding down the vol -, vol +, and power button for about 30seconds. Then turn it back on. Try those options and report back. It's also possible/coincidental that when you tried launching the app, the server may have been down. But it's working for me, so give it another shot.

After opening a website in Mozilla Firefox it shows "Activate Java(TM) Platform SE 7 U. This plugin has security vulnerabilities" and after clicking "allow and remember in red plugin icon in the address bar" the website closes automatically. Again after opening the same website the same problem exists - Not able to activate java.
After opening the same website in Google Chrome "Java(TM) Platform SE 7 U21 has crashed." - this message appears.
Please and Kindly help me solving this problem so that Im able to open the website.

Not able to run Software Version report

Last week, I ran a Software Version report for Microsoft Office, in order to remove older versions and prepare for the latest updates.
After getting the report, I went back in and ran the following Unix script:
rm -r '/applications/microsoft office x'
as root to remove the directory.
Now I am not able to run a Software Version report on Microsoft Word. I am able to run a report on any other application, including PowerPoint.
When I attempt to run a version report on Word, it hangs up on one computer collecting report data. I have removed that computer from the list, but it still hangs. Eventually, all the computers are taken offline in ARD, and I have to restart ARD to restore the connections.
I have restarted one of the computers, but still cannot run the report on Word.
Administration computer:
ARD 2.2 (7C31)
15" 1 GHz PowerBook G4
Mac OS X 10.4.6
512 MB RAM
Any suggestions?

When all the clients go offline like that, it generally indicates that the ARDAgent.app on the admin machine has crashed. Did you get any crash logs in /Library/Logs/CrashReporter?
Your statement "I ran the following Unix script: rm -r '/applications/microsoft office x'" is a bit unclear. You did a send UNIX command to the clients? I'd be surprised if that actually worked because the file system is case sensitive. In order for that to do what you wanted, it would have needed to read rm -r '/Applications/Microsoft Office X'. But regardless of whether or not it worked, it should not have affected your ability to run the report.
Did you re-run the report with the "Generate new data" checkbox (I think that's what it reads) set?

I'm not able to run a simple Hello Program in java

I have just now installed jdk 1.3.1_2.
I have set the path and class path.
I'm able to compile the class without any errors but am not able to run the program.
when i say java Hello(after compiling Hello.java), i'm seeing the following error:

Hmm..
Okay.. set aside any import or package stuffs.. lets say about a simple HelloWorld program which is called Hello.class. It resides in c:\, which means the full path is c:\Hello.class.
Make sure you got one of your path as c:\jdk1.3\bin(assuming you are using jdk 1.3).
If you are in the same directory as Hello.class, which is c:\>, you can execute the class file by typing:
C:\>java Hello
If you are not in the same directory and you wishes to run the class file, example you are in directory temp now:
C:\Temp>java -cp C:\ Hello
So the cp set will be just c:\. Hope that answers your question somehow.. well... if I never intepret it wrongly.

Make sure you take package structure into account.
If you have say
package testing.things;
public class Test
public static void main(String[] args)
System.out.println("World Hello");
}in file Test.java, you compile it with (assuming your current working directory is at the folder in which the source file is located).
javac -d . Test.javaand run it with
java testing.things.TestThe -d . option creates the output at the current directory (with a folder structure matching your package structure).

Not able to run forms in WEB

I have installed OAS 4.0 and Developer 6.0 and configured OAS
for deploying forms in WEB. Configuration went fine and services
started. I have generated the HTML file for cartridge type
implementation. When I invoke from the browser it starts the
applet and after that gives an error
"FRM-99999: A network error occurred, the client will not be able
to continue".
and stop executing. I have started the form server also.
I'm using JInitiator version 1.1.5.3
Can anybody help me to overcome this.

I think you are working with REM scenario.
Standard Cost estimate can be carried out only once for any material for a period.
Assuming that after taking if your BOM is getting Changed say For Eg: One more new component is
added in the BOM of a Finished Product,then in that case goto the product Cost collector of the Finished
product and click on Change mode Button (Shift + F6) and then click on The Cost button (Shift +F1) and
then save the datas.
Now while doing the confirmation in MFBF,you can see the latest BOM components getting
posted.
So no need to carryout eh cost estimate once again,so till this period that particular component will be
having only the actual value in KKF6N.So during the next period take the cost rollup and so that the
component will be having Planned as well as actual values.
Check & Revert back.
