Not able to see a narative report from a contact detail page.

In the URL of the weblink, I set up the link to the report as follow:
https://secure-ausomxdca.crmondemand.com/OnDemand/user/analytics/saw.dll?Go&Path=/shared/Company_31844_Shared_Folder/WEB+APPLET/FAX+to+contact&Action=Navigate&P0=1&P1=eq&P2=Contact."Contact ID"&P3%%%Id%%%
but when I right click on the weblink on the contact detail page I get this:

I get %22&P3ADBA-3AYF6O at the end of the URL when I should get %%%Id%%%.
What could have happened? How can I fix this?

Actually thats correct. When you specify %%%Id%%%, it gets replaced with actual row id which is "ADBA-3AYF6O" in your case.
One mistakeI noticed, '=' is missing after P3 it should be

Please let me know do i need to add any other roles or add Auth object to the roles.

hi gurus(bi publisher)
since one month i have been facing problem with bi publisher reports
We have created flex chats using bi publisher and we have placed all the chats in dashboard,
when we were maintaining users and groups in RPD Administrator and all user were able to see the flex chats,
for that we have created XMLP_ADMIN group in RPD and we assign the uses to that group,Now we are using external tables for user and groups and
in the table i have created XMLP_ADMIN group in admin and i have assign user to that group
now the problem is ,administrator is able to see the flex chat reports but all other user r not able to see the bi publisher reprots
i was getting an error like access is denied please contact to bi publisher Administrator,such error i am getting
i did all the changes in security configuration ,i set security model as bi_server and i have given everything
even though users can not able to see the chats
is there any one using bi-publisher reports in dashboard with external table authentication? please
help me out form this problem

Not able to see the crystal reports XI version in the IE 7 and IE 8

Hi Team,
I am using web based application developed in VB,ASP,SQL SERVER,Crystal Reports(XI). I am able to see the Crystal Reports in IE 6. But i am not able to see the reports in IE 7 and IE 8. While clicking on the reports button it is showing the red X image top left cornor.
I am using CrystalActiveX viewer11 version for viewing the reports.
In IE 6,if the client using fiirst time for vieiwing the reports,it will ask the Activexviewer control prompt and says ok,it will display the reports.

Thanks your advise.But we are using following crystal reports (XI) version and we don't have CRXI with R1 and R2.
CurrentVersion:11.0.0.895 ( CR Developer and Product Type:Full)
Crystal Reportviewer11 configured in the IIS which is version (5.0). and configured the virtual folder to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\crystalreportviewers11\.
Our web application code also configured in the IIS at same level.
When the user wants to see the reports through the application,it will ask the Plugin of Crystal Report Viewer and user will download this plugin and it will save in the IE plug ins.It will ask only first time viewing the reports for the next onwards it will not ask or prompt of the Activex control.
So please suggest me, is there any upgrade version of this Crystal Reportviewer11 needs to be installed or any browser setting need to be configured for IE 7 and IE 8.

WLC 4404 - Not able to see the 802.11a/n AP summary details

Hi Friends,
I have a query related to wireless. I have multiple WLCs in my network. Recently I observed that in one WLC, in monitoring page while we checking the access point summary information, I can see in 802.11a/n Radios, 8 APs are down. And I tried to see those details by clicking the ‘detail’ option over there, but no result was displaying. Same I have checked in ‘Wireless’ tab as well but the result was same. We have total 69 APs associated with this WLC. AP Models which are associated with this WLC are AIR-LAP1231G-A-K9 & AIR-LAP1242AG-A-K9. Firmware version running in the WLC is 7.0.235.3 which is recently upgraded.
Then I logged into multiple WLCs for checking the same. All these WLC are running with 7.0.116.0 code. In some APs I am able to see some AP information which is down for 802.11a/n Radios, for eg: if I have 18 APs down in a/n radio I can see 7 AP’s details. But can’t able to see all the AP information. For 802.11b/g/n Radios it is perfectly fine. And in these WLCs we have AIR-LAP1262N-N-K9 model also associated.
And one thing I noticed here is the number of APs that I can see the details is exactly same as the number of AIR-LAP1262N-N-K9 model APs associated with that WLC.
So can anyone confirm that the other 2 models won’t support a/n radios (hardware limitation) or is it any kind of bug in the firmware.
My WLC models are AIR-WLC4404-100-K9 & WS-SVC-WISM-1-K9

I am not able to identify the AP which are down for 802.11a/n radio :( (we are not using a/n radio in this location, that is why 8 out of 8 are showing down).

Only one User is not able to see POV for reports

Entity POV is not seen to the user in the prompt button for a FR in DEV where as the same user is able see the POV in PROD.
What might the reason for this as POV to be seen in one environment and not seen in the orther?

You should have a group called 'XMLP_ADMIN' in your repository and administrator or the user you are using should be part of that group. Look into paint.rpd for all these.

Not able to print the ALV Report from NWBC

Crystla Report Samples not able to see in infoview

Hi All,
I have install the BOE XI 3.0 on one system. i am not able to see the crystal report in infoview means when i clicked on any sample report or any zreports developed by me but i can not see the data . though i transfered it into PDF and then i can see it from infoview in PDF format, while i also want to see it in crystal report format also.
My webi reports and dashboard can see from infoview but crystal report can't be able to see.

In IR I created all DT,MT,MM,MI but when I want to activate it in changelist I am able to see my fields.
1. Make sure you have saved the objects.
2. Go to changelist tab -> Under user select your username and check if you can see anything.

Except sadmin other users not able to see siebel BI publisher reports

we have integrated siebel with BI publisher, except sadmin other users not able to see BI publisher reports, it is throwing error "No file has been attached to this record, please attach a file. SBL-SVC-00155".
when login with sadmin report is generating. we have created user sadmin on BI publisher. if we change that user sadmin on BI publisher to some other name, then sadmin not able to generate reports. is there any specific on user creation on BIP should match with siebel?

i suggest then dropping user and re-creating and then re-assigning permission (just keep his webcat files) - it'll be faster than looking into individual permissions
another possible option - did you check his browser? sometimes the screen resolution can be too low and they don't see it on the same screen - need to scroll.
is it possible he's not using the same Dashboard page as others? just check the "Report Links" to make sure
i'm not sure what else could be a cause of this

Not able to see Consolidation Administration

Hi All,
I am not able to see the Consolidation Administration from Navigate--> Administer -->Classic Application Administration.
But i am able to see Applications --> Consolidation --> here i am able to see the created applications.
after creating the applications from HFM destop , i am trying to access from workspace i'm getting the error not registed with shared services.
i registered with "HFM Application Registration.exe" still i'm getting the same error.
in shared services also if i select the created application under HFM projects getting error " application is inactive". How to make active an application?
Please let me give the solution if anyone knows

In this case, I think that there is no real need to change the ports to fix the problem. What you should do is to reconfigure the Web Server from Hyperion Reporting and Analysis configuration. If after this, you still have the same problem, step back and redeploy to Application Server as well. In several occasions in the past I had to step back to the beginning (Shared Services) and reconfigure everything from scratch. Finally it worked though.
As far as we have understood by experiencing the same problem with 9.3.1, we have concluded that when you install the suite on a server that may not be a super hardware, you have to pause and wait between installation and configuration steps, in order for the services previously installed to start running for good. As soon as you start the shared services and the windows services console indicates the service as started, it takes however some time before it's really started. If during that time you go on with installing and configuring next products (hfm, reporting etc), the configuration reports success, but you end up with the problem of opening applications through the workspace.
