Not able to see hierarchial org structure by clicking on Expand this branch

Dear experts,
I am currently using the Online data extraction via sap for Nakisa Integration with SAP Landscape.
I have completed the configuration of Nakisa with the help of configuration guide and administrator guide - After completing administrator steps the org chart is visible - When i navigate to the org structure i can see the org unit under the org structure root that i configured as an administrator in the general settings section.
When i click the + sign ie on expand this branch i am not able to see all teh org units under the displayed branch.
Can you please guide me regarding how one can view the org structure below the selected branch when i click on expand this branch section.
Manager Personnel Id is not maintained for this org unit - Should the user clicking on the expand this branch be the manager of the org unit to see the org structure.

Dear Luke,
I am not able to see that navigation icons within an org chart box - The org unit that is displayed on clicking the orgchart does have branches in SAP but i am not able to see these navigation icons that lead me to these branches.
Is there any specific step that needs to be done to see these branches.
By the way what is the log file you are refering to is it the "PresentationResources.xml " or is it any other log file.

Complaint - Structured Product - Not able to see the componentitem details.

Hi.
First Question:
I have a Structured Product (For eg. a Structured Producted is called Desktop Computer. It has two items say Monitor, Mouse.) In my complaint transaction, when I add this product, I dont see the components within it which are associated in the SAP GUI.
Note: In the Item Category determination for the header product, I have chosen the option 'Single Level explosion of structured products'.
But still I am not able to see the items when I add this Structured product to the complaint transaction. Can anybody throw any light as to what could be missing ?
Second Question:
Will the component items be visible in the ICSS. I am only seeing the product header but not seeing the items within it. What could be mising here ?

PFCG Rolle SAP_CRM_UIU_MKT_PROFESSIONAL. Please check whether it is also valid for
Utilities.
I dont see any Marketing workcenters and Links in the "SAP_CRM_UIU_UTIL_IC_LEAN_AGENT" Rolles.

Could not able to see POs in URL (SRM-SUS-MM) Scenario

Hi All,
We have created a PO in MM(R/3) and was transferred to SUS through XI.
We could able to see the PO in TCode BBP_PD in SRM-SUS. But for some reason we are not able to see the PO from the URL.
We have Purchaser (SRM_ADMIN) and Vendor (ARAMI-02) assigned the roles SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_PURCHASER and SAP_EC_SUS_ORDER_PROCESSOR respectively.
My Org Structure is as follows:
We have an Organization defined as company. Function CCode deifined.
We have an POrg defined as POrg Function POrg Defined.
We have an Pgrp defined as PGrp Function PGrg Defined.
We have defined vendor Org. haven't assigned anything in function tab.
But defined some attributes needed for Vend Org.
The PO is coming into transaction BBP_PD(SRM SUS) through XI from MM R/3 but is not available in URL either for Purchaser or for Vendor.
Please tell me what needs to be done to resolve the above issue.

Not able to see the request in ODS to activate

Hi all,
I have a content ODS, i scheduled a infopack and the data came in thru ok. But inorder to upload the data into the cube, i know i need to activate it before. But when i rightclick and go to activate data in the context menu .. there is a popup which shows all the request id's in the ODS. but i'm not able to see my request to activate it ... Is there some flag has to be set inorder to see the requests in the activation list? once its activated, I think all i need to do is "UPDATE ODS DATA TO DATAPROVIDER" as it is a standard content. Is there something else i need to do ..Pls guide.
Now, I have a new problem, when i'm trying to see the transfer structure, it doesnt open and i get a msg
Transfer method 'TRFC with PSA' is not supported by the source system
Diagnosis
The PSA transfer method is used to transfer data from source system CRM to transfer structure 0xxx_xx_xx_I_BB. Source system CRM does not support a PSA transfer.
Procedure
Define the PSA in the source system.
Its actually a content one i installed and i didnt do any customizations to it... Shouldnt it work out of box? If no!! how can i define PSA in the source system.

1.) Are you sure that the loading process finished successfully in the ODS? Kindly ensure it did.

Could not able to see my customized BP after Importing

I am using Standard Business Package for SAP CRM4.0 60.2.3; it is stored in PCD -> Migrated Content
I customized the Business Package and stored the content in my folder and transported the Business Package to Local (on Desktop) and Server (in server: C:\usr\sap\J2E\SYS\global\pcd\Export).
I did not deleted the Standard BP from PCD/Migrated Content
After importing the Customized Business Package from local system i could not able to see the Business Package in PCD.
I could not able to see the Customized BP in PCD.. , Whether that Standard BP should be deleted before Importing
What is the Default location it stores after importing?
Plz help me to solve this issue its very urgent.

Hi Sanjay,
There is no need to delete the Standard BP from PCD/Migrated Content.
After customizing the business package and storing the content in your own folder, you have to add all objects to new transport package(by right clicking on main folder)then export it and download the epa to your local system.
After importing the epa in some other portal, BP will sit under same path you have specified while creating business package(PCD).In sense, it will create the same PCD structure when you import epa in some other portal.
You might have done some mistake while creating transport package and exporting it to your local system. You might not have added all object to new transport package.

Not able to see the PSA

Dear Experts,
I have enhanced the extract structure of 2lis_13_vdkon in R/3 with 5 fields which are exist in transfer structure.
I have replicated the data source in BI but unfortunately i have not deleted the data in the PSA.
After replication when i try to activate the data source the system is giving Dump and im not able to see the PSA also.
Please help me out.
When i manage on the data source to c PSA, its giving error like this
Invalid DataStore object name 2LIS_13_VDKON_BB: Reason: No valid entry in table RSTS
The Dump when activating the data source is :

How to correct the error
     Use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert only if you are sure that none of
     the records passed already exists in the database.
     If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
     find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
     If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
     keywords:
     "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" "CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB"
     "CL_RSAR_PSA===================CP" or "CL_RSAR_PSA===================CM006"
     "_UPDATE_DIRECTORY_TABLES"
     If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
     notification to SAP, include the following information:
     1. The description of the current problem (short dump)
        To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File

The issue I think is the PSA was not deleted cleanly. If you try and activate the PSA you will get the dump again.
..Probably if you go through the ABAP dump you will notice it is pointing to the following code;-
   75 * Put the fields of PSA to database without check, otherwise error by

Given below different key comb. are maintained for same p.o , but as p.o was created then in message tab the first combination of fax was displayed and for this combi when clicking on print preview the message came for " Error in open _form " .
1) P doc type / P. org./ Vendor = Medium = 2 ( fax) / Date / time = 1 , is maintained
2) P Doc. Type / P.org / Pgrp = Medium = 1 / date/ time = 1 is maintained.
3) P Doc. Type / P.org =         Medium = 1 / date/ time = 1 is maintained
4)P org.                        =         Medium = 1 / date/ time = 3 is maintained
Here my querry is that as medium = 1 ( print output ) is also maintain then why Other comb, were not triggered , why only Comb. for medium -=2 ( fax ) was trigered , and after that as i changed the medium to 1 , i m able to see print preview , why ?

We have developed sample uix jsp application using jdeveloper rel2. we create .ear and .war files and deployed on 9ias(902).After deployment we are not able to see the default icons(using jdeveloper wizard icons)When running in 9ias(os windows nt).

Not able to see iby_fd_extract_ext_pub custom tags of in XML data

I have customized the iby_fd_extract_ext_pub package to add the custom tags in the payment format xml data.Package status is valid but I am not able to see any of the custom element in the XML Data.

1. Do not prefix it just put your code in and compile - unless you want to call XX_IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB from IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB to have minimal impact to IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB.

You won't be able to put in an additional parameter, you'll need to derive the Payment Process Profile from SQL by linking from payment document to payment process to payment process profile; or just get the org from, say, the first invoice in the batch - as long as you always group by organization this will be fine.
3. Yes, it is probably that a patch will overwrite your customization - make sure you test it after each IBY patch - use applcust.txt and make sure your DBA's check adpatch logs for the file being overwritten!

Not able to see scope Compensate

i am using Bpel 1.1
I have created two Services one is Flight Booking Service,another is Hotel booking Service,i have implemented compensation. i have raised exception thorough the "Throw", i used catch all to hold the this exception.in that catch i have i used Compensate , to roll back the booked services,
but in the Compensate i am not able to see the scopes of the Airline,HotelScopes.
