Not Able to see SAP systems in List of Available SAP Systems for Crystal R

Hi All,
We have installed Crystal reports 2008 and SAP integration KIt client software on my machine. I am trying to create Crystal reports based on the BI query and I could see SAP Connections in the 'Create new connections list' but not able to see any SAP systems in the list of 'Available SAP Systems'.
How to Add SAP systems to this list.

1. Define an environment variable (user or system) with the name SAPLOGON_INI_FILE . This variable should contain the path to your saplogon.ini file including the file name eg. if the saplogon.ini resides in the folder c:\windows the variable should contain the following value c:\windows\saplogon.ini
2. Open your saplogon.ini file using Notepad and go to File->Save as. Choose All Files in the field Save as type and DO NOT change the name of the file. In the field Encoding make sure that UTF-8 is selected.

Hi,
We have installed SAP BO XI3.1 SP3 linux version. We have been successfully installed business objects XI 3.1 SP3 on linux X64bit version. We have installed SAP integration also on same server we have installed it sucessfully. I was able to see SAP credentials at logon screen of CMC and Infoview. We login using adminsitrator we are not able to see SAP underr CMC authontication tab.
Can any one have faced same issue and how it was resolved can you please step by step instructions.
If any one have document that related to sap integration kit installation on linux please provide.

Have you specified the path of sapjco.jar file in catalina.sh ( file location: /../tomcat/bin)
pls see below procedure to set classpath
CLASSPATH="$CLASSPATH":"$CATALINA_HOME"/bin/bootstrap.jar:"$CATALINA_HOME"/bin/commons-logging-api.jar:"$CATALINA_HOME"/BO/bobje/tomcat/common/lib/sapjco.jar
and restart tomcat server.

Not able to see other users change list in IR/ID

Hi All,
I need to perform the CTS+ transports in PI 7.1 and when ever i am going to change list tab apart from my user id i am not able to see any other user id to transfer the objects to my id
Is some setting is missing or some role we need to assign.

Not able to see BI4 system as technical system

Hello,
I installed host agent and configured to point to sld used by solution manager but it only shows the BI host in solution manager.
I also installed SMD agent on BI host and pointed to same sld and solution manager with no luck.
Do I have to manually create technical system for root casuse analysis configuration for BI 4 system?
I followed SAP note 1653689 - SolMan 7.1: Managed Sys Setup - BI Platform 4.0
I also updated place hoder in CMC as per Installation guide post install steps for BI 4.
I have the tomcat running on same BI server where application runs. how do I configure it? Do I need separate SMD?
As for SAP Portal or PI, can it use different sld than SMD agent for them? can only SMD point to sld used by solution manager but Portal or PI can point to different sld?

Purchasing orgn not able to find in the dropdown list.

Can anyone guide me I am not able find the new Purchasing groups in dropdown list of my basic date in while creation of shopping cart.
I aslo created new company code and new Purchaisng Org , I am able to get the new company code and new plant in the drop down list but not able to find the Pur groups.
Can any one help me on this, Because I have assigned the Org unit of Company code and Pur org also in the responsibility tab of this Pur grp.
but still the problem persists.

Hi,
Please check the user attributes in PPOSA_BBP.here you can see the user id is tagged to one purchase group.
You can assign the user to one Purchase group,that's a reason you are not able to see the drop down list for purchase group while creating SC.
If you want another purchase group, please change the user attributes.

I have created as per the below sequence for both sender and receiver types wherever necessary
1. Software Product
2. Software Component -
3.Technical System - (Third party )
4. Business system (Sender and Receiver)

imported the software compnent in IR and created Data Types, Message types etc and tested, it is working good.
I have created a Configuration Scenario, and tried to assign the business system in "Service Without Party", i was not able to see both the sender and receiver Business Systems which were already created and getting an error : service :Business systems not found
Do i need to change anything while creating Product, SW Component, Third Party Technical System and Busniess System..etc

Hi,
I think u r bussiness system is alredy assign to other scenario.If u assigned once it will not show in the list.U have to import the bussiness system not assign.In ID select 'Objects' it will show all the Bussiness system details.Selet u r business system and add to u r scenario.
Also refesh cache objects using SXI_CACHE and refesh obeject in ID.
In ID Go to ENVIRONMENT->select Clear SLD Cache
Then refresh the all objects.

It has something to do with Segoe fonts in your system.

Not able to see list of Plan applications when click on Navigate- Applica

Somehow I am not able to see list of Planning applications when clicking on on Navigate->Applications->Planning from Workspace within Planning 9.3.1. Is there an Internet settings that I would need to change in order to see the list of applications. It seems like there are something disabled within my internet options or within my preferences.

Is it just yourself that is experiencing this issue.
Are you using IE7, If so
Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level -> Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints
Otherwise it could be that you have not been given access.

Not able to see all the SAP tables from CR 2008

Hi All,
1)I am not able to see all the SAP database tables(DEV server) from Database expert menu in CR 2008. Only tables those start with alphabet letters upto A & B are visible. I checked the database connection>right click>options> found no filters as well.
We are using the CR 2008 trial version with SAP ECC.
2) When i am trying with Production Server of SAP ECC, I am not able to logon to the SAP from CR 2008. It is giving error message
as : LOGON FAILED : User USER1 has no RFC AUTHORIZATION for function group SYST
Please help me to resolve these. Thanks in advance.

10.57.410.70_1 or so. How to overcome this.

I have a subcontracting PO with Account assiged to the Project. I know as we can not use the 541 O Movement type to provide the components to the to the Sub contracting vendor when the PO is account assined to the Project. But my requirement is only to see My subcontracting PO (Account assigned to Project) in ME2O requirement list. Based on the requirement list I will transfer my stock to vendor sloc with 311q Movt type.
I have created the PO but could not able to see in ME2O, is anything I have missed to maintain in config or in some othe rplace.

Hi Cherryk,
In case of subcontracting PO with account assignment for Project, components are directly withdrawn from the project stock at the time of the goods receipt. But if you want to withdraw the components from the stock of material provided to vendor then you can set the collective requirement field in Material Master MRP4 view as Collective requirements only (2), then you can use ME2O.
The collective requirement field has to be set for the components to be provided.

I am using ECC6. I have defined 7 (4 dialog, 2 background, 1 spool) work processes on dialog instance.
Now I am trying to define operation mode using rz04. But when I define the number of dialog and background work porcess according to day time or night time. I am not able to see my spool work process in the list. It looks like:

Yes, I have set the rdisp/wp_no_spo on the instance profile and restarted the instance after update.
Now, I check the value of rdisp/wp_no_spo in RZ11.
It shows like:
Dift value______   0
ProfileVal______    1
Current value____   1
So, Plesae tell me how to resolve this issue.

Not able to see any of the application,system windows in jdev

I am facing a strange problem in jdev 10.1.3.1.I am not able to see any of the application,system and other window.I tried clicking the view button in the toolbar and clicking on the application and system navigator to show off in the window,but there was no luck.I continue to see a blue screen.Even i deleted the jdev10.1.3.1 and installed again the new jdev10.1.3.1 but still then its not showing me the windows.When i tried to explore more clicking Tool->Preferences it gave me the following exception:
