Not  able to see Shopping Cart Details

Hi,
We are in process of prototyping SRM 6.0 for Shopping card - Describe requirement scenario. After creation of SC, the lists of all SCs appears at very first page in portal in a WD Pro table form. Upon clicking any of the shopping cart link nothing is getting displayed. Browser shows busy activity of loading but nothing actually happens
Is this a portal configuration issue or any context mapping is missing ? please advise

Hi Vipin,
This could be a protocol issue. Are you using http protocol or 'https'. If you are using the 'http' one, please try with using the 'https' protocol. Also it could be a bussiness package issue. Check if you have imported the right bussiness package.

    For marketing there is a standard Busines rolle MARKETINGPRO with
    PFCG Rolle  SAP_CRM_UIU_MKT_PROFESSIONAL. Please check whether it is also valid for
    Utilities.
    I dont see any Marketing workcenters and Links in the "SAP_CRM_UIU_UTIL_IC_LEAN_AGENT" Rolles.

  • After Oracle Upgrade to 11G - Not able to open shopping carts in SRM system

    We have upgraded the Oracle to 11G on our SRM development
    system.
    Now we have an issue with opening the shopping carts from below url.

  • File Monitoring - Not able to see File Path on the Detail Information Tab

    Hi Experts:
    I am setting up the "File Monitoring" in the Solution Manager. I am having STA/PI01L_CRM570 on the Solution Manager.
    And on the Satelite System - ECC I have STA/PI 01L_ECC600
    While I am setting up the parameters, I am supposed to provide the file path in "Detail Information" tab page.
    But I am just able to see two tabs:
    Count    and Short Text (optional).
    I checked all the other tab but not able to locate where I need to provide the file path.
    Can any one let me know, If I am missing anything or do I need to do any further steps.
    Similarly for the File Size setting:
    I am not able to see where I can define The parameter "File Pattern (e.g. *.log, *.txt or any string)" is mandatory.
    Pls let me know.

    You can find the FilePath in the 'Detail Information' tab if you double click the initial and predefined counter 001.

  • Display the shopping cart details via Monitor shopping cart without the user being mapped in organizational structure

    Dear Experts,
    I have a scenario where the Project/Support team members won't be mapped into the organizational structure. But they must be able to view the shopping cart details. Could you please help me in providing some clue to achieve this.
    As of now, I am getting the below error if the user is trying to view the shopping cart details when the user is not mapped into the organizational struture.

    Hi Bharathi,
    Make it more simple. Create a separate organizational unit for the Support/Admin team and intergrate the users there.
    It's the common practic.

  • Report exection problem for one user - not able to see the data.

    Hello Friends ,
    Need some help . I have got the one ticket from bussniess side about the report execution .
    Unfortunately , I am also not having authorisation of that report due to sensible data.
    Problem - User is executing the report but some how he is not ABLE TO see the data for one company code Hierachy .
    I executed the same report through RSSMQ via his user id , and I got the  below message.
    All value were selected . Hierachy Authorisation cannot be used.
    A displayed hierachy requier a hierachy authorisation .
    But when i checked his authorisation , I am able to see that he should have authorisation to all the hireachy .
    could you please let me know , how can I check more ?

    after accessing the report , u go to su53 tcode and check the authorization and u can see what is problem in authorization for the that user and u can send the details to secuity team to rectify the issue ,

  • Service Desk end user not able to see messages

    Im configuring service desk.Iam facing following issues.
    1. In solution manager service desk user could not able to see his submitted messages.He could able to submit his message and they are appearing in crm_dno_monitor. Is there any way he can see his submitted messages and message status.
    2. I have assigned following roles to user, but he couldnot able to send message and getting 513 error. If i assign sap_all to him, he is able to submit message. Just i wanted to know how can i avoid sap_all to him.

  • Not able to see Employee type supplier after upgrade to 12.1.2

    We have custom responsibility for Payables Manager, after upgrade to 12.1.2 from 11.5.10, some of the employees are not able to see the Employee Type supplier, but some employees are able to see all. I thought this maybe related to Role so I tried to add the roles that are missing from the employees that are able to see all supplier, but didn't help. Anyone know where to look at this?   • Apple TV and iTunes not able to see each other

    I think I have found a bug in either iTunes or Apple TV. My network configuration is a bit complicated so I will describe it first.
    Cable modem into my house hitting a Linksys WRT330N router at a central box in my laundry room. From there my house is hard wired to different rooms of the house. One goes to my office where I have a Apple Extreme N airport, connected to my PowerMac and my iTunes library. Again out of the central point in the laundry room again hard wired I have a wire going to my living room, where I have another Apple Extreme N airport, this is where my Apple TV is hard wired too. I have all the latest firmware and software installed on all my devices. Also both Airport Extreme's are setup using bridge mode and letting the Linksys serve the IP addresses for my network.
    Now to the problem. I can not explain when or why but my Apple TV and iTunes are not able to see each other after about 48 hours. I have tried all kinds of troubleshooting steps including changing my connection from being hard wired to wireless connecting directly to the Airport Extreme my iTunes computer is connected too. I know my network connection is good as I can see trailers and pull up video's from uTube.
    The only way to get them to see each other again is to do a factory reset of my Apple TV. After I do this they can both see each other again. But again after about 48 hours they lose the ability to see each other. I have taken these steps twice now to fix the problem
    I just finished reseting my Apple TV and am going to watch it to see when it stops working the next time.
    All of these problems started the other day when I introduced a new Apple Extreme N router in my my network. The airport Extreme seem to be working fine with my PS3 and XBox 360 that is also connected to it. So I don't think it's the router that is causing the problem.
    If I had to guess I would say something in the Apple TV is locking up. Although I have tried power cycling the Apple TV which does not fix the problem. I'm going through 3 routers to get between the Apple TV and the iTunes library somehow it appears the Apple TV is losing it way.
    I welcome any help as I don't want to have to keep factory resetting my Apple TV to keep it working.

    Fascinating just reading about your setup. I have a WRT350N and have noticed that it will drop its speed, sometimes down to 1Mbps. It seems to do so at about the same time every day, but usually comes back to speed in about 5 minutes. In my experience, the Apple TV will disconnect if the speed falls this low. Try monitoring the Linksys with Netstumbler, Vistumbler, or just in the Windows Network utility.
    Check the "lease obtained" and "lease expired" times for your router to see if that is when the network fails. I've just finished reading an angry thread over at the Linksys forum about the WRT330N where someone mentioned that the router wasn't renewing its lease.
    "I cannot set it run off automatic DHCP from the WRT330N, the router will not assign it an IP every time the lease expires, causing me to have to manually set an IP on the Print server. That's annoying. Having the router drop IP's to individual machines after 12-48 hours...very annoying."

    If that is the problem, then I would consider setting up a Static IP address for your Apple TV. You can do that through the user interface -> Settings -> Network -> Configure ... (Quite intuitive as you only have change IP address and the subsequent details remain the same.)
    My router assigns IP Addresses in the ranges of 192.168.1.100 ->149. The idea here is to choose an address outside of that range but is not greater than 192.168.1.253 (and should not end in the number 1). You shouldn't have to change the linksys router as long as 50 clients are assigned in that range. You'll have to figure that out by accessing your router webpage at browser address 192.168.1.1 -> the default password is "admin" (without the quotes).

    I developed CR report using CR 2008, and integrated it with .Net 2.0, Its working fine in all the environments that we have except one environment. I'm not able to See the preview of Crystal report in that Environment but able to export the report to PDF format.
    Details Of the Error is mentioned bellow:
    My Application is working fine in In-Proc session, here we can see the preview, export to PDf format.
    But when we are trying to See the report in Production Environment u2013 WebFarm (NT Cluster+SQL Cluster) which run in SQLSession. i'm not able to see the preview option. But when i'm exporting the same report to PDF format its working fine. Bellow is the error i got while i try for the preview options. kindly tell me solutions for this.

    It looks like you might be attempting to serialize the ReportDocument and store it in Session on a StateServer or SQLServer. The ReportDocument is NOT serializable. You can only put it in Session if the <sessionState> is InProc.

  • Purchase Order not created for a Shopping Cart

    We have a few Shopping Carts created in SRM which did not transmit as PO to our backend R/3 system. This happened because our R/3 system went down for a couple of hours and the Shopping Carts were created during this time. We tried to submit these Shopping Carts through the Application monitor later and the SRM system gave a message "Processed Successfully". However, POs for these Shopping Carts were not created and the Shopping Carts have a status of "Item in transfer process".
    The Shopping Carts have already got a PO number assigned to them through the SRM system. However these PO's have not been created in the backend R/3 system
    We are struggling to find the failed RFC calls with the help of BASIS so that we can possibly reprocess them. Alternatively we are also looking for a way to retrigger the PO creation for these Shopping Carts.
    I need ideas to resolve this issue.

    Not sure if you received an answer or not, but this is what we have had to do in the past:
    1.  Run BBP_PD for the shopping cart to see what the purchase requisition number will be on the backend system.  The requisition number will still be provided even if it fails to transfer to the backend.
    2.  Run FM BBP_PD_SC_RESUBMIT.  The object key field will be the requisition number; the object ID field will be the shopping cart number.

  • Preference Processing: Not able to see PO in Manage Vendor Declaration

    Hello All,
    I have completed below activities for Preference Processing
    1) Material transferred from Feeder to GTS
    2) Material Prices & Procurement indicators transferred to GTS
    3) BOM Transferred to GTS
    4) Material and all BOM item classified
    5) Preference indicators and LTVD details are maintained in Product master in GTS
    Now I have create a PO for Raw material and the PO is transferred to GTS but i am not able to see the PO in path /SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL --> Risk Management --> Preference Processing --> Manage Vendor - Based Vendor Declaration --> Display worklist.
    Have i missed any configuration?

    It doesn't sound as much that you missed something as it does you'd done one step too many.
    In step 5 where you say you have maintained preference/ltvd status in the MM; that's why you wouldn't be seeing your PO listed under 2014 in pref processing.  Since you've already manually maintained it's status, you've basically bypassed the need for that PO this year.
    If you change the year in Preference Processing however, you should see your PO listed for the FTO in question for 2015.  Without the manually maintained material status in place, this material/vendor combination should be relelvant for request with the year pushed out.

  • Not able to see backend material document number in SUS

    Hi,
    A GR is created in ECC. It is avaiable for disply in the supplier's login.  We are able to achieve this.
    The question is "We are not able to see backend (ECC) material document number anywhere on the screen. We are only able to see the SUS Confirmation number (i.e. as per the number range assigned to BUS2233). Is it standard behavior?
    Details: SRM7.0 SP07, ECC Ehp4, Using MM-SUS. Plan driven procurement.

    Thanks for the response.
    We have noticed that, the back end (ECC) material documents are getting replicated to SUS as we are able to see this number in BBP_PD &  BBP_PDBEH-BE_OBJECT_ID.
    So, let me put the question this way.
    Our issue is with display of document in the portal (BSP Pages).
    For Example, in case of Invoice, the supplier can see the back end MIRO invoice document number with the "External Reference" Label, under Basic Data section. The case is NOT same with GR. The back end (ECC) material document number is NOT seen any of the layout (for end user, who has logged in as supplier).
    Is it standard behavior? If we want that, the suppliers should be able to see the material document number in the portal, when a GR is created in ECC, what settings we have to do?

    i am trying to see the workflow log for my workflows but they are all shown blank.
    in SWI1 i enter the task name, date range and execute and i am able to see the worklfow ID list. when i double click one of those id, the next screen that comes up i.e. the workflow log is blank.

    What is the status of the workitem ID on which you double clicked, is it in In Preparation or Started. Try to check in the table SWWWIHEAD is the workitem generated  from SE11 txn by passing the same workitem ID for which you are not able to see the log.
    Some times in the workflow desgin you can choose whether the step has to appear in the workflow log or not so make sure that this option is not enabled for all the steps defined in the workflow template
    1. Goto PFTC Choose Workflow template.
    2. Mention the workflow template ID open in display mode , click ok workflow builder button.
    3. Double click on the first step of teh workflow and navigate to the tab Details and check in the section Workflow Log Graphical Representation what is the option they have choosen if it is Only in technical workflow log or In all workflow logs, you have to choose In all workflow logs if you want to see it in the next screen as soon as you doucble click.
