Not able to see the Oracle JRF option while creating a domain.

Hi
I am new to OSM development. I am trying to create a Oracle JRF domain using Fusion Middleware. In the select source template for the domain creation screen I am not getting the Oracle JRF option. I am using Weblogic 11gR1. May I know the reason why I am not getting this option?

I downloaded the latest patch from OTN. But when I tried to install it, it threw an error - INST-07010 : Validation of Oracle Home location failed. The location specified does not exist.
The weblogic version is 10.3.3.
The error is thrown since in the middleware folder there is no folder called oracle_common. To see what happens if I created this folder (oracle_common) manually, the pack installer returned an message stating that the s/w is upto date and no upgrade is needed. I am still not seeing the template source - Oracle JRF.
Questions:
1. How is the folder oracle_common created?
2. If the s/w is upto date then why I am not seeing the Oracle JRF option while creating the domain?

i run SE37
- enter the name of function module - BAPI_MDPROVIDER_GET_CUBES
- Press F8
- I got the new screen where i have three fields - cat_nam , cube_nam , cube_type and under table tab i see CUBES whose values is - 0 entries.
- What should i do now ??

Not able to get the AD organizations list while creating access policy

Hi All,
Had created IT Resource for AD server, and was able to successfully connect to it. And Now when I try to create a access policy, where I am not able to view any organization from AD.
Can someone please let me know how to resolve this.

Based on which I had checked the credentials I provided, and they are correct. I am able to connect to AD with same credentials when I create new IT Resource.

Not able to see the generated chart image

I'm using Oracle 6i Reports and Oracle 9i dtabase to generate a report with graphs embedded. I'm able to view the tables populated with exact values but cannot see the graph. The chart image and html generated are placed correctly in the directory pointed to cahedir, but yet I'm not able to see the image. Can you tell me how to congifure the Html output from the server. The server is introducing a base tag pointing to a different location. Can I change the location.

Not able to see the content of opened files (.jpg or .psd) in Photoshop CS6

I recently downloaded Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6. I am not able to see the content of any of the file I open (.psd or .jpg). I do see the file has been opened as the file name appears on the open file tabs, I also see the preview of the file in the Navigator Window and list of layers in the layers window. I am relatively new to this so might be missing on some option that needs to be turned on or something.
I am using Window 7 Professional, Service Pack 1, with 8GB RAM.
Any suggesstion/help is greatly appreciated.

This is going to be the weak point:
Intel(R) HD Graphics card
While the Intel HD chip is fine for general computer work, it is weak for programs, like Photoshop and Adobe Premiere. The driver support is usually very bad, as well. If Lenovo does not have updated drivers, that work better, about the only choice that one has with a laptop is to turn OFF graphics accleration, and wait for a new driver. That will probably be very slow in coming.

Not able to see the Adapters@Integration Directory!!

Hi,
I have created Data types,Messages Types, Message Interface in Integration Repository.
I have created a scenario in Directory and assigned Business systems too(I'm doing file to file scenario) and while trying to create Communication channels i'm unable to see the adapters under Parameters Tab.
 Its not showing any Adapters in ADAPTER TYPE option and also
Transport Protocol and
Message Protocol are blank.
What could be the reason??
Please guide me in order to complete my scenario.

1) Download XI7_0_SAP_BASIS_7.00_10_00.tpz which is available in a zipped format from the SAP Service Market Place.
2) Unzip the contents and copy the file XI7_0_SAP_BASIS_7.00_10_00.tpz (if you are using PI 7.0 or else download the file for your XI version) to
/usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import/
3) Goto Repository (Design)
4) Choose -> Tools -> Import Design Objects

I am not able to see the installed BI content object in the DWB
and the BI server is new one, this is the First BI content info object I am installing.
for example I have selected 0Account BI content info object for installation
I followed the below steps for installation.
1 Drag and drop of 0Account info object in right side window.
2.Grouping option selected as only necessary objects.
3.collection mode selected as manual collection then executed using execuiton button.
4.selected the install all below option.
5.finally installed the object with install in background option.
job got finished successfully.
please let me know if I did any thing wrong and please post valuable suggestions.

If yor installing first time you have to select info area and object catalogs also else it will go and stored in unassigned nodes. whatever your doing the option for installing the business content everything is same, but in right hand side panesl select the info ares etc.

ESB Console - not able to see the processes deployed.

I had created some Systems in the ESB system and deployed many processes in them.
Then i changed the <SOA_HOME>/integration/esb/config/pc.properties to:

Now everything else is ok, except the ESB.
When i open the ESB console, i am able to see the ESB Systems which i created but not the ESB processes which were deployed.
When i try to redeploy the ESB processes through JDev, i get error:
error code: 2006: 5
summary: ESB DT Cache is not initialized. Maybe ESB bootstrap failed.
Fix: Please review ESB parameters for their correctness

Could be a few things.
When you upgraded to 10.1.3.4 did you run the ESB SQL script? If not run it. I believe there is also one for the MLR patch, run this after.
In the console is the right server port, and host name specified in the Default System.
Make sure the dehydration store is up.
Is your database able to accept new connections, try login via SQL plus when you get this error. If you are running XE the processes, and sessions are set low. Increase in the init.ora
Also check the log.xml and see if it provides any more information, does it mention something like open_cursors exceeded. If so increase parameter in init.ora.

Complaint - Structured Product - Not able to see the componentitem details.

First Question:
I have a Structured Product (For eg. a Structured Producted is called Desktop Computer. It has two items say Monitor, Mouse.) In my complaint transaction, when I add this product, I dont see the components within it which are associated in the SAP GUI.
Note: In the Item Category determination for the header product, I have chosen the option 'Single Level explosion of structured products'.
But still I am not able to see the items when I add this Structured product to the complaint transaction. Can anybody throw any light as to what could be missing ?
Second Question:
Will the component items be visible in the ICSS. I am only seeing the product header but not seeing the items within it. What could be mising here ?

SECATT - Not able to see the screen shots

Hi All,
I am trying to execute the SECATT for one of the testing of HR, but I am not able to see any of the screen shots in downloaded folder.
While executing the test script I had selected the check boxes
1) Save Screen shots
2) Before User Inputs
3) After user Inputs
I am able to see the folder created after each executiion of the test script, but not able to see the screen shots in any format (like some of the blogs mention that screen shots will be in JPEG or in BMP format).
We are on ECC6.0 EHP7 and we are using the sap GUI 730.
Kindly Suggest.

I suspect that one of the below mentioned option is the reason for not getting the screen shots.
1. It could be something to do with the SP level that you have.
2. It could be because of a different path mentioned in Screenshot Path (default or user specific).
3. The default path for the file containing the external variants is specified in the user-specific settings.
Procedure
1. From the menu in eCATT or the ABAP Workbench (transaction SE80), choose Utilities → Settings.
2. On the eCATT tab, choose the relevant tab and make the required changes.
Path for Screenshots
You can specify the default path for screenshots taken during the replay of SAPGUI commands.
