Not able to send yahoo emails through 'Mail' with attachments size 5 MB or more.

Hi all,
I am not able sent mails though 'MAIL' with attachment size more than 5Mb or more. I am using macbook pro and 10.8.3 OS X. Can anyone tell me how we can sent mails with resonable size? pls note that I want to send mails with actual size.
I am using yahoo for sending mails.

All email service providers have a size limit on sending an email. See the following link for info on yahoo mail's file size restrictions, and ensure you are within this restriction.

Did you subscribe for BIS or paid the amount to your service provider? If so call them and request assitance with setting up your BB for internet. If you are already subscribed you can check on Manage Connections, Mobile Network Options, Data Services should be set to "On". But I suspect your BIS is not configured by your service provider so call them.

TS3276 When I try sending emails through Mail with my iCloud account, it says "Unable to Sign Message"

Check if you have set the correct language and country in your Apple TV. Maybe you are trying to connect to the wrong iTunes store.

Hello Guys! I hope someone could help me, Im having trouble with my phone's signal, I am not able to send and receive msgs, same as make calls and receive calls. At first, my phone is working fine (iphone 4, iOS 7.0.4) and all of a sudden, my text messages are not getting through, and I noticed that my phone shows NO SERVICE, I refreshed the phone by turning it off and turning it on after a couple of minutes, it worked. My phone is okay again after that, Im able to send and receive messages again. But after few hours, the problem came again. NO SERVICE sign is displayed again, but this time after refreshing the phone nothing good happened. I tried almost every possible thing I can to fix it but it doesn't work. What should I do.

These are the recommended troubleshooting steps to resolve No Service issues on iPhone:
Toggle airplane mode: Tap Settings > Enable Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn off airplane mode.
Turn iPhone off and then on again.
Remove the SIM card and verify that it's a valid, carrier-manufactured SIM. Also verify that it isn't damaged, worn, or modified. Then reinsert it.
Check for a carrier-settings update. Connect to a Wi-Fi network. Then tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, iOS will ask you if you want to install it. If Wi-Fi isn't available, connect your device to iTunes.
Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings.
Restore the iPhone.
If you are outside the United States, please also follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Carrier > Automatic.
If the phone registers any carrier network, Settings > Carrier will be present.
If the Carrier option is missing in Settings and you are outside of the Unites States, please contact Apple for support and service options.
Set the option for Automatic to off.
A list of potentially available carriers appears after about two minutes. If the device is locked to a carrier, it may connect only to the carrier network to which it is locked. If the device displays carrier networks, then the device is working as expected.
Set Settings > Carrier > Automatic back to on.
If you're still experiencing No Service issues, contact your carrier to check for any network or account issues that could cause these symptoms.

Not able to send UWL Notifications as Mail

Hi,
I implemented Guided Procedure with two roles.
The completion of activity / task of first role intimates the second role thru' UWL. I can see the activity / task for the second role in UWL once the activity / task is completed from the first role. But the Email Notification is not triggered thru the UWL for that task. Can any one help reg. this?
PS: I am able to trigger the Email Notifications for KM Workflow & UME.

Check if the mail id of the receiver is set at the UME details of the user.
Also SMTP server should be set properly in Visual Admin (under gp/mail node). Check the Visual Admin configuration and also SMTP server access from your J2EE server

TS4002 I am not recieving or sending any emails through iCloud on any device.

I go to my email through my iPhone 4, Not updated software, last received email is dated 11/5/13. I go onto my Dell computer and still nothing in my emails. OK. I just had this exact issue. You need to go into your icloud.com account on the web and then click on your Trash. Then click on the gear in the lower left corner and select "empty trash." If you're just deleting things you're not really freeing up space because it's still in your trash.
REALLY irritating... I missed a whole bunch of important emails due to this and NEVER not a notification.

Not able to send instant message through CLP

Hello All,
I am a beginner in portals.
I am doing a test assignment on collaboration.
1.I have enabled the Collaboration Launch Pad.
2.Now when I click on the link, CLP opens. I have added some contacts to it.
3.Then I tried to send an instant message and then I get the error:
Could not open a new instant-messaging session. All invitees are offline. Try again later.
I know that some configurations need to be done to be able to send the instant message.
Please let me know the configuration steps for the same or any relevant document.
Please help me with this.

Please check the collaboration contacts is portal users.
Make sure that other portal user also logged in the portal for sending instance message.
OR you can try to loging with two differnet portal userid and try to use instant-messaging functinality by sending message.

Sending SMTP email through James with Authentication

I have a problem I have been trying to solve for about a month now. I have an email server James (latest version) setup on Linux and configured to accept authenticated SMTP connections. I know it works fine because I have been using it with Outlook Express for sometime now. I am now trying to send email from Java through James. I used to do it through Yahoo, but Yahoo is not free anymore, so I am trying to use my own server. If I disable authentication on James, I can send emails with no problems. If I enable SMTP authentication, then I can only send email to local users. The exception I am getting is:

Could not able to send email notification through approval workflow

Hi,
I am trying to send an email notification to the requester and approver on request creation and when the approver approves the request then an email should get triggered to the request with approve/reject outcome. All the SOA configuration has been done and also able to send test email through SOA console but could not able to send email through SOA composite.
For configuring an email notification, I am using notification tab in ApprovalTask, but still problem is not resolved.
Please help me in resolving the issue.

Also check whether any firewall issue is there which is preventing OIM to contact the email server in sending out emails. Check the logs if there are any issues.
Also check this system property 'RequestNotificationLevel'. This property indicates whether or not notification is sent to the requester and beneficiary when a request is created or the request status is changed. If the value is 0 for this system property, make it 1.
I was facing a similar type of issue due to two reasons:
1. System property
2. Firewall
Check both of them and try again.

depending on what email account you are using, you may need to enter a password for you outgoing mail server, go back into mail settings and check, same p/w as your incoming mail server.

Under Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars, What do you have set for the Default Calendar? Personal?
If you don't have it set to a Cloud Calendar it will only create the entry locally. You would need to select the iCloud Calendar specifically when creating the Calendar entry to have it sync.
Otherwise set your default calendar to be the iCloud Calendar so all entries are created there by default. And as such get synced to other devices.

Crash when I send mail with attachments.

Having upgraded to 10.6, when I send an email (through Mail) which has an attachment, Mail will crash. This is bad. Bad, Bad, bad,bad, BAD! Almost every email I want to send has to have attachments, and so mu mail has (effectively) been crippled.
This is something I need a solution to YESTERDAY!
