Not able to sync music on my iPhone 5 with ios 6.0.2 and latest version of itunes on PC

Dear all,
I have iPhone 5 with ios 6.0.2 and itunes with the latest version on my PC
I did restor all details from itunes to my new iPhone easily but not able to sync music to it
The funny thing is my wife has iPhone 5 also but on ios 6.0.1 and we did all sync including music sync
I did reset the device and earase all content but it doesnt work.
Whats wrong with ios 6.0.2 and how can i solve the above problem ??

Assuming you are using the current version of iTunes (11,2,2), open iTunes, click "Preferences" under the leftmost entry on iTunes' menu, then choose "Devices".
Find the iPhone's backup there, highlight it, and choose "Delete Backup".

If you've noticed issues after updating to iOS 7.0.2, you may want to first update to iOS 7.0.3 which was recently released.

I restored my iPhone6 from iCloud. How come I'm not able to sync it with my computer? When I plug in my phone to my computer (PC), the "Welcome to your new iPhone" screen comes on. And my only two options are to set up as new phone or restore from an older phone. But I don't want to restore at all because my phone is already all set up. Is there a way to bypass the "Welcome to your new iPhone" screen?m Any help would be appreciated!

I'm assuming your using iTunes to sync your iPhone correct? When you plug your iPhone into your PC/Mac..Open iTunes. Go to music tab. Pick the music you want on your iPhone. Press Sync. . I'm assuning you've done thiis before so I apologize if I sound like I'm telling you something you've already done. If you can please give more information it would be easier to solve your problem.

Okay, so you've searched the forums and google for the EXACT wording of the error message that is displaying, correct? And after searching you read the results and tried the troubleshooting steps, correct?

I deleted bonjour and so I am not able to sync music I have on my iphone to my library. I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling itunes and that hasn't worked.

I accidently deleted bonojur and now what music is on my iphone is not transferring to my itunes library. I can't get the most recent version of itunes unless I sync my library and iphone which would mean all my music on my iphone being deleted. Itunes says when I try to get the recent version that I should transfer my purchases but when I I click okay it doesn't work. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling itunes which has also reinstalled bonjour but I still can't get my music from my iphone onto my library...help!

None of that worked but I sat on it for almost 5 hrs and tried the last option of setting up my iPhone as NEW instead of restoring it from a backup that I created through my Indian bought iOS devises. And that solved the problem. So looks like I cannot backup my old settings. But was able to get my aps and contacts recognized through cloud.
And just in case I also updated the iTunes later. Everything works perfect now. Thanks for your thoughts too.

Not able to sync music to iphone after ios 8 update

title pretty much says it all. When i plug my phone in, iTunes thinks that i have all my music on there and the sync button is greyed out. Any ideas on how to fix this? ive already restored my phone.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

I did not upgrade to the newest version of Itunes on my PC. I just now went to my Library were Music is listed. Under that is Movies, TV Shows, ItunesU, etc. When I opened my music list, each song was in numerical order. If I have the songs listed alphabetically, they are in numerical order. If I change my listing to album or whatever, the first song is listed in numerical order just as I showed in my original question. They are also numbered on my Playlists. I have my favorites in two different playlists. One of them was minus a song. I was able to see which one was missing because they were in numerical order. I know I could have just copied to correct one into the incorrect one and just skipped the duplicates, but I chose to do it this way.
So, the songs are listed numerically in my music folder under Library on my older version of Itunes. But, on my newer version, they are not listed numerically under music. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?????

How can I sync music on my Iphone with a Mac that previously had an different Itunes account.

Im having trouble syncing my playlist to a previously owned Mac. It keeps telling me that my Iphone is already synced to a device and will be erased in order to sync with the previously owned Macs library. Im not concerned about keeping the music already on the previously owned Mac, and would like to keep the $2000 worth of music on my Iphone, I need to be able to back it up though so if anyone could help.

Yup. You have to update itunes first. heres what I did and I had no problems.
1 Download newest version of iTunes.
2 Back up phone to PC.
3 Hook pc up in a safe place with good wifi and power supply.
4 Start iTunes.
5 Hook up phone via usb cable to pc.
6 click on update button in iTunes.
7 Let the phone and iTunes do the rest. dont touch your phone until it restarts itself and goes back to the mini tutorial when you first turn it on.

Not able to use online banking virtual keyboard with ios 4.3 neither 4.3.2. Used to use with ios 4.2

I used to transfer money via ebanking with my ipad 1 ios 4.2. But since i updated to ios 4.3, i'm not able to do so. Then i bought an ipad 2 and still not able. I updated ios to 4.3.2 yesterday and the problem continue. I can open the bank page without any problem. But when i try to transfer money, it ask for a confirmation key and pops-up an virtual keyboard. Well with ios 4.2 i was able go see the virtual keyboard and enter the key, but with ios 4.3 and 4.3.2, not able to see the keyboard. Safari is set to allow popup windows, but still not able to do so. I installed another webrowser, which allow me to see the virtual keyboard, but when i type the key it doesn't do nothing. Does anyone have an idea how can i solvr this issue? Thanks

The update to iOS 5.0 or greater is an erase/restore deal, so make sure ALL of your content is on your computer BEFORE you begin.
iOS 6.1.3 will be installed on your phone.

ITunes WILL NOT let me sync music onto my iPhone 4!

I am having so much trouble with this! I have read that if you create a playlist with the songs i am wanting to put on my iphone, it will work.. but it doesn't. The playlist is added to my iphone but is empty?! I have also tryed syncing automatically so that EVERY song in my library will go on but the same 2 songs i am wanting to put on just will not go on. Any ideas whats going on?

Go to Settings > Music. Turn off iTunes Match.
