Not able to use Airtel121 selfcare service

Hi,
I m using airtel service. I m able to get messages from 121, I m able to send messages to my friends but I am not able to send messages on 121 which is selfcare service of Airtel. Whenever I try to send messages (Like DATA USE, CL or BP) on 121, I always get this error "Network out of order". I have made complaint about this on airtel customer care many times and they have escalated this issue many times but the issue is still same. I have talked to Appellate officer of airtel Delhi NCR Circle but according to him they are receiving message from my side whenever I try to use 121 selfcare service and airtel server also reply to me but I m not getting that on my mobile, instead I am getting error "Network out of order" in Red with "X" mark, he said he confirmed this with airtel technical team.
What shud I do ? Please suggest.

Works for me! I’m using Q5, I was unable to reply sms to selfcare 3636 Telkomsel (indonesia). I put 3636 on my contact, then delete all previous 3636 sms, then try to send sms to 3636 again (without restart). Thx.

    Hi All,
    I am facing an issue where in I am not able to access the external web service through webi rich client.
    Error is Provided URL is not valid WIS 10853
    It works fine for QAAWS and the external web service opens fine through Browser ( it opens an XML  page ).
    Additionally I have xcelcius installed and the external web service works fine on it.
    What can be the problem??

    Well, everything that you have bought with her Apple ID prior to getting your own Apple ID is forever hers. Apple will not transfer content from one ID to another. But in the case of the Mac, contact iTunes Customer Service and request that they send your issue to the Account Security Team and ask that the Mac be released form your mother's account so you may register it with your account. Then you can accept the iLife apps into your account for any future updates.

  • Dynadock U3.0 - Not able to use Ethernet port after Win 8.1 update

    Hi everybody,
    i am using a Dynadock u3.0 dock with my Vaio SCP 13.
    Since I updated my device to Windows 8.1 Update 1 I am not able to use the Ethernet port of the Dynadock.
    Before that everything worked fine.
    I am not able to reinstall the drivers correctly (tried 7.6m0, 7.5m2). While the driver insaller tries to start i am getting an error message, that the installer is not able to set a bunch of registry Keys (SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DisplayLinkGA\D evice1) (till 0). (Image 1)
    If i ignore those messages and do install the driver, the Ethernet port will remain uninstalled in the device manager. (Image 2)
    If I try to install the driver manually (DisplayLink Network Adapter NCM), Ill get an error message that a driver was found but that the access was denied. (Image 3)
    I started the safe mode and could install the driver. But if I reboot to normal mode, the device could not be started.
    I also tried to disable UAC and I am logged in as the "real" administrator.

    After Windows 8.1 upgrade, you should also update the Display Link driver/software
    This is very important!
    The latest driver can be downloaded here:

    Note: the old version should be removed!

    It is locked to your sisters carrier.
    She would have to ask her carrier if they unlock iPhones and if she qualifies for this service.

    My problem is that I am not able to start isql*plus service,its continuosly showng "starting.." status but doesnt start.In the event viewer there is an error of isql*plus service which says

    After checking your PIN number, it shows you do not have a BlackBerry® data plan with your network service provider.  This is required to use Google® Talk.  Contact your network service provider to add a plan.

  • Not able to use GoogleTalk via WiFi

    I am using BB-9320 since last 2 weeks.
    But I am not able to use GoogleTalk via WiFi.
    Since I don't want to connect my phone via service provider, so I have keep "data services" option off.
    I am able to use internet and all other apps via WiFi, but just 1 app that is not running is "GoogleTalk"!!
    I am not able to log in on GoogleTalk. It displays error that, "Data Service Unavailable".
    What should I do?
    Is there any other way to use GoogleTalk??

    NOW, ALL WEB MANAGED SWITCHES ARE FIXED IN THREE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT. & LAYER-3 SWITCH IS FIXED IN CENTRAL SERVER LOCATION.
    IN L-3 SWITCH, I HAVE CREATED THREE DIFFERENT VLANS & GIVEN DIFFERENT SUBNET TO EACH VLAN.
    NAMELY,
    (DEFAULT VALAN ID -100 & SUBNET IP:192.168.100.1/24)
    (FIRST VALAN ID -10 & SUBNET IP:192.168.10.1/24)
    (SECOND VALAN ID -20 & SUBNET IP:192.168.20.1/24)
    (THIRD VALAN ID -30 & SUBNET IP:192.168.30.1/24)
    NOW,
    EACH DEPARTMENT SWITCH ARE ATTACHED TO L-3 AS PER THE PARTICULAR VLAN SEGMENT.
    ON L-3 SWITCH,
    TWO SERVERS ARE ATTACHED ON DEFAULT VALAN WITH THE SAME CLASS IP & GATEWAY OF DEFAULT VLAN IP(i.e. 192.168.100.1)

    I AM NOT ABLE TO GIVE THE GATEWAY ADDRESS ON THE LAN SEGMENT OF THE ROUTER & HENCE INTRA-VLAN PCS ARE NOT ABLE TO PING THEM & NOT ABLE TO USE THE INTERNET.

    There are plenty of packet data services that your phone can use & some provider does not offer or configured automatically in your phone. When you browse the internet without using the modem, you might be connected by WCDMA (packet data) & when you use the modem, it's using another services such as GPRS in which your phone is not configured or your service provider not activated. Go to connection & check all access point if all are in order.

    I have a iphone 4 which was purchased in the UK 2 yrs back. I use this phone in india. Since today morning the screen has become unresponsive and i am not able to use the slider to unlock the screen to be able to make or recieve calls or perform any other fuction on my phone. I spoke to apple customer care in india about this problem and they suggested to try restoring the phone which didnt work out. Now they say that I will have to get this repaired in the UK since apple doesnt have apple stores and service centers in India. I think it is some hardware issue. I am not in a position to send it back to UK since i dont have any friends or relatives there in the UK nor i am traveling to the UK at this point in time. Pls help me out and suggest how can i get my phone replaced in India.
