Not account holder

I have tried unsuccessfully for two days; making numerous phone calls to BT, to get them to sort out my account so I can access BT Sport.
MyBT says I'm not the account holder, the account belongs to dcwales2012, strange as I am dcwales2012 (real name not shown). Tried to edit account, nothing works, because I'm not account holder, can only change email and phone numbers. No other accounts registered to my name, or hidden.
Last call to BT yesterday, when they said account would be changed in 48 hours. Checked this morning and account had been changed, but to wrong email address. Still says I'm not account holder.
So after speaking to three BT call reps, sitting in a chat queue for 45 mins only to be thrown out when I reach number one in the queue, I've gone one step forward and three back.
Does anyone have any ideas, other than the ones posted in other topics, because I've tried them all but with no success.

After some more research I logged into My Bt then went to edit account (didn't do anything) at the bottom of page back to profile, this opened up into My Accounts and under Residential account holder status You are not the account holder If you believe that you should be the account holder, please call 0800 800 150. So again I phoned and after 20 minutes I spoke to a guy who insisted I am the account holder and swiftly passed me onto tech support who guess what never answered after a 45 minute wait. I have been going round in circles for two months now and I am close to giving up on Bt

    After running the F110 pament run, In the payment file the ACCOUNT HOLDER name is missing . The ACCOUNT HOLDER details must picked up from VENDOR MASTER. This  is happening when ACCOUNT HOLDER and VENDOR  are different. When ACCOUNT HOLDER and VENDOR  are same it is displaying Correctly.The Bottom line is when VENDOR=ACCOUNT HOLDER, in the payment file it is displaying the VENDOR name correctly. But When VENDOR is not= ACCOUNT HOLDER, in the Payment file ACCOUNT HOLDER name is blanked out. The bank requires the name in that field in the payment file.

    Hello Friends - Can you please give me a little idea on what could be the reason for the below issue.
    We are using the program RFFOJP_T and when payment file is generated, some of the payment details are missing.
    I have executed payment run for 5 payments and only one 1 has come to the file and below 4 are missing.
    The following payment documents/payment orders were not updated
    (Result of the payment document update)

    The accompanying payment media have not been generated

    I'm currently getting an error when trying to access my ee online account. I wanted to check my previous bill statements but keeps telling me I am not account holder when indeed I am. The bill and account is my name and I currently pay the bills. This seem to be working before but now it won't give me access.

    It sounds as though you are experiencing an issue with an Apple ID and authorizations. Based on your post, it sounds like you are familiar with the authorizing and deauthorizing process. The Apple ID in question (your wife's email) may be originating from the iPhone you are attempting to update. Is it possible that your wife created an Apple ID or iCloud account which is signed in on that iPhone?   • You are not the account holder woes...

    Bit of a long story this...
    I used my email address to help my mum to sign up to BT about five years ago as she didn't have one. She has since left BT and uses another provider.
    I thought nothing at all of this when upon moving into my newly purchased home I signed up to BT for myself about a month ago, using the same email address as had been used all those years previous.
    I received the account number through the post and proceeded to sign up to myBT for online billing. On attempting this it stopped me as my email was already on the BT system. I used this address to log back into my mum's now long cancelled account and amended the email address of that one to another of my email addresses so as I could use my favoured address for the online billing. When I completed this registration it told me that I was not the account holder and that my mum was. 
    I used the chat help several times and was told that this was resolved within 7 days and to try again after that. I heard nothing and about 2 weeks later I have logged on to find the issue still remains. I again took to chat and the helper cancelled the myBT account connected to my mother's name (with the email address I didn't want to use) and told me it should now work. It didn't. Nothing changed.
    Tired of the chat service I then took to the phones. Three hours later and I have got nothing to show but a monumental phone bill (I do not have a phone to connect to the landline to take advantage of the 0800 service) so had to rely on the 0330 numbers. I have explained my problem to about 12 people, been kept on hold for over 30 mins, been promised a call back which never came, had an attempt to sell me additional services (insult to injury?!) and still nothing. Basically it now seems that nobody at all is the account holder and that nobody can access this profile.
    I can not access much of the myBT functionality and I can not watch BT Sport through the online service (literally the only reason I went with BT). The latest is that somebody will call me tomorrow although I am not going to hold my breath.
    This is the error I am getting... There is no option to change the account holder on the page, I can either click to go back a page or ring the number which I found of no use at all.
    Some of our services, such as the BT Wi-fi, BT Cloud and BT Sport Apps, are only available to the BT Account Holder. We may ask you to confirm if you are the Account Holder before you can use some BT services. You can check and change your Account Holder status on this page.

    I have access to two accounts...
    One in my mother's name using an email I don't want to use which is now (thanks to the BT employee on chat) not connected to any BT account. If I try and connect it using my account number it states that it willl be a guest account because *my mother's name* is the account holder. 
    One in my name with the email address I want to use. This is connected to the correct BT account but is again just a guest account with no access to the BT sport online app that I purchased the service for.
    I've paid for a year's line rental up front by credit card but before I call the bank and ask them to reverse this payment and cancel the direct debit for the monthly payment can anyone help at all?

  • My device iphone6 16gb storage is showing more than what i have installed in it. I tried restoring the phone but it still holds around 900 mb of storage which is not accounted. When i connect my phone to Itunes around 868mb is shown. Help

    I have an iphone6 16gb and the device storage is showing more than what i have installed in it. A few days ago suddenly i got a popup window of my device storage getting full though i hardly had 4-5 apps and 500mb of photos.  I tried restoring the phone and using it again as a new phone, i got my 10gb of storage but it still holds around 900 mb of storage which is not accounted. When i connect my phone to itunes, around 868mb is shown in the others section. I have no backed up data except for the contacts which are there in the icloud account. i dont understand what is that 868 mb of data.

  • Verizon Cloud login for iPad and PC for second line (not primary account holder line)

    I am the primary account holder but the primary line is associated with my wife's phone so I added Verizon Cloud to the second line which is my phone.
    I downloaded the Verizon Cloud app to my iPhone and backed up my data. The Verizon Cloud app did not ask for a password and must have recognized that my device was authorized.
    However, I can not access my Verizon Cloud "account" for my line from my iPad or PC. When I use the account name and password for My Verizon (which is associated with the primary line) I get an error.
    During the setup process of the Verizon Cloud app on my phone I supplied my email address but was never asked to setup a password for my line/device.
    How can I access my line's Verizon Cloud storage from my iPad or PC?
    Does Verizon Cloud only work for the primary account holder?

    I guess I should have read the Verizon Cloud FAQ #2. For anyone interested in the same answer I'll post it here:
    Can other individuals on my Verizon Wireless account access my Verizon Cloud storage account?No, your Verizon Cloud account is tied to your own individual mobile number. No one else on your account (including the Account Owner) can sign in to your Verizon Cloud account without access to your password for My Verizon.
    If you’re the Account Owner or want to manage the content of a different mobile number, you’ll need tosign in to My Verizon with that mobile number and password, or create a new My Verizon account for that number if it doesn’t already exist.

  • Vendor "Account holder" information to be transmitted to bank

    I have a requirement where for one of the Vendor, Payer Account holder information is different that the Vendor name.
    The requirement is that 'Account Holder' information should be transmitted to bank while payment is done through F110.
    Would appreciate if you can let me know where the config is maintained. Also let me know how the testing can be done to check as to which name is getting transmitted to bank.

    Hi,
    If the address is right and you have only a different name, you may enter this name in the "Account hold" field of the "Payment transaction" screen (field LFBK-KOINH).
    If the address is also different, you may create another supplier and put his number in the "alternative payee" field, either at supplier level (LFA1-LNRZA) either at company code level (LFB1-LNRZB).
    In the last case, the right name and address will be transmitted to the bank in any case. In the first case, it may depent from the country, but with DMEE it's right, the  field FPAYH-KOINH if filled with the contents of REGUH-HOINH (account holder) if not empty and with ZNME1 (supplier's name) in other cases (it's working fine in Luxembourg with DMEE engine and standard tree).
    For testing it is possible to create the payment file at proposal level; if it is not right you may delete the proposal.

  • Changing the account holder on my phone account

    we returned from overseas 3 years ago and on our return we had our phone line connected. The problem began when my wifes card would not work when we paid over the phone to BT so my boss kindly used her card to open the account. Ever since that time the bill has always been in her name and not ours although we have paid by direct debit from our bank account from the start.
    We setup a broadband account with virgin but now would like to change to BT and have the BT account put in our name as i no longer work for this person or have any contact with them. BT have not been very helpfull with our problem and in the end i gave up ringing them. I did at one point tell them if i stopped paying the bill where would they go for the money as the account is not in my name which was replied with "we would then contact the account holder to sort out payment" all i want is the bill in my name??? And no i dont want to be cut off for ages and then be charged a reconnection fee on a line that i am still using!!
    Any ideas how i can sort this out???

    Hi Cliffandjayne,
    Thanks for the post and welcome to the forum.
    To have the account changed into your name I am afraid that you will need to cancel the current account and then setup a brand new order.  BT are unable to just change the name on an account as a credit check is required before service can be provided.
    Best bet would be to place a working line takeover.  This means that your service will continue to work as normal until we put the account in your name.  A working line takeover has a lead time of 11 working days. 
    As there is already a working line within the property you will not be charged for installation as no engineer will be required to carry out any work.  Once you place an order a credit check will be carried out on your name, you may have to pay a deposit for service which will be refunded after a while.  That really depends on the credit check result.

    hi wondering if anyone can tell me how i would cancel all phone services on account holders account as account holder has been placed in a hospice tried cancelling the phone line and features at start of this month  didn't appear to acknowledge after the account holder was taken into the hospice, just want to be sure that she and the rest of the family can be certain that the services have been cancelled and that she will not get any letters demanding payment for something that was already requested to be cancelled at the start of this month but doesn't appear to have even been acknowledged that it was requested.

    According to Apple's list (link above) you will probably want to pick up a Sprint or US Cellular model. HOWEVER, as I mentioned above I know that the Verizon iPhones come unlocked from the factory (assuming it will be the same for iPhone 6 and 6+). I DO NOT KNOW if the Sprint and US Cellular models come unlocked. But I am sure some quick internet research will lead you to the answer.
    I think your goal would be to get a Sprint or US Cellular version. Also I believe a law was just recently passed that allows someone to have a phone unlocked by the carrier no questions asked. So even if the Sprint and US Cellular iPhones are locked you can have them unlocked.

    Hey there, I just seperated from my husband and I was in charge of the cable bill.  I now want to transfer our cable account from my name to his without worrying about shutting off the service and having a technicial come back out again.  Can verizon just change the billing person from my name to his? 
    Any help would be very much appreciated... and thanks in advance.

    This depends on a few factors... here are some questions to consider and are normally reviewed:
    Are you:
    1) the sole account holder on the current bill?
    2) moving to a new address and need to set up Verizon service for yourself at a new location?
    3) currently under a 2-year agreement?
    Is your husband:
    1) willing to be the new account holder?
    2) looking to reuse the same equipment (router/set top boxes) at the house?
    3) keeping the same telephone number (if you currently have telephone service)?
    4) keeping the same/similar TV/Internet/Voice package you currently have?
    For a simple change of ownership on the account  both parties have to be agreeable to the switch.  A credit check would need to be performed for the new account holder.  If same equipment will be reused, a technician install would not be needed, just ensure that these are not moved and the cables are not unplugged. There would be a loss of service for a few hours, though.
    However, if during the discussion, your husband decides he wants a completely new bundle with the higher speeds, and new equipment from the beginning, and is also particular about pricing/promotions, then this could likely necessitate setting up a brand new account under his name as well as a technician install.
    If you are exiting from the account and the responsible party on the account is going to be your husband going forward, then Verizon would provide him the options available as a new customer also so that he can make the necessary choices for the services that he wants.

    I'm not sure what you are actually asking, but if you mean how do you sign into another Apple ID - go to Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap the ID that you are signed into and sign out of that one, then sign in with the other ID. You can do this in the App Store as well, by going to the featured tab and swipe to the bottom of the screen. Tap on the ID there and sign out, then sign in with the other ID.
    You can't change the account holder of an iTunes account. The account is yours and yours alone. Someone else can use it, but you can't transfer ownership of the account.

    I'm on a plan where I am on a sub account.  Everything is in my friend's name as SS#.  Can she see, online,  the picture/video or text messages I send and receive?

    As long as you are not uploading the pictures to be viewed on the Verizon website! Any pictures uploaded to Verizon to be shared that way, can be viewed by the account holder. If you are just sending and receiving them from one phone to another, then the sender and recipient are the only ones who will see them.

  • Changing an account holder name

    I live in a shared flat and the account holder for our BT account has moved out. Is there a way to simply change the account holder name, as we would still like all the payment details to remain the same?
    From looking at other posts it seems we would have to close the account and re-open another. Surely BT have a system for people living in shared houses, where I should imagine tenants change regularly. It seems ludicrous to have to close the whole account and then sign up again to the exact same package every time someone moves out?
    If anyone could clarify I would be grateful.

    I would use it as a great way to get a better deal, if you've had the same contract for more than 6 months you're likely to find a better deal when you call anyway, and as a new account can take advantage of a myriad of deals going at the moment!  Perfect, look at it as a positive, not a negative...
    You would have to take out a fresh 24 month contract changing almost anything on your account anyway, so even if they allowed changing details they would probably insist on a new contract term, however, these aren't difficult to escape from if you need to, just ask what the cancellation cost per month is (£1.50/month has been mine for years) if this is what is making you wary?
