Not all Components show in design

There are some components that were in Flex Builder 3 that no longer appear in the Components panel in Flash Builder 4, such as ApplicationControlBar, TitleWindow, etc. Why? Where did they go? Is this a bug or were they replaced with something else? If so, what?

On the components tool panel there is a drop down menu just untick "only show recommended components" option.

In material master not all fields show the description of their value

Gurus -
Certain fields in the material master show their description text along.
Example -
Base Unit of Measure - EA      each
The description Text 'Each' which represent 'EA' comes from text Table T006A-MSEHT
Not all fields in material master show the description of what they represent. (only appear on F4 popup)
I want this description to come up for MARA-MAGRV field.
I want the configured value description for this field to appear on the screen.
I have 3 values put in this MARA-MAGRV
Z001 - description text 1
Z002 - description text 2
Z003 - description text 3
in MM01/MM02/MM03 only Z001 is see, not it description.
Here is what i tried
Added TVEGRT-BEZEI (desc field) in Transaction OMSR and assigned selection group 103 which holds MARA-MAGRV field too
any config missing?? what say?

You have to find out the conversion routine for domain MAGRV and enter in the convers. routine field.
if did not find one than you have create custom (take ABAPer help)
go to SE11 adn enter the domain MAGRV and hit display
on the definition tab you will see the conversion routine
here you need to populate the appo. conversion routine to see the text on the materia screen.
Conversion takes place when converting the contents of a screen field
from display format to SAP-internal format and vice versa and when
outputting with the ABAP statement WRITE, depending on the data type of
the field.
If standard conversion is not suitable, it can be overridden by
specifying a conversion routine in the underlying domain.
A conversion routine is identified by its five-place name and is stored
as a group of two function modules. The function modules have a fixed
naming convention. The following function modules are assigned to
conversion routine xxxxx:
o CONVERSION_EXIT_xxxxx_INPUT
o CONVERSION_EXIT_xxxxx_OUTPUT
The INPUT module performs the conversion from display format to internal
format. The OUTPUT module performs the conversion from internal format to
display format.
If a screen field refers to a domain with a conversion routine, this
conversion routine is executed automatically each time an entry is made
in this screen field or when values are displayed with this screen field.

Not all characters showing up in "Import Settings" dialogue

On the "Import Settings" dialogue in preferences, not all characters are shown when you select an encoder and use a custom setting.
For example:
When you select AIFF encoder and click "Custom...", sample rate and channel is shown as "sample rat" and "channe".
Can someone tell Apple to fix this?

In Itunes look at "get info" for the missing artists and see if the part of a compilation box is checked.
On you iPod go to settings>compilations and toggle it to off
To get the artists to show up on the Ipod you only need to do step 2.
When you have the compiliations features switched on (in either iTunes or iPod) artists that only have albums that are compilations will not show up in the artist list.
As for your other problem you can sort the columns by clicking on the title bar at the top, to sort by artist or you can add something to the "Greatest Hits" album title to differentiate it - for example all my greatest hits albums are titled GH - Artist so I know which one is which

Not all artists showing up in 60gb pod

not sure if this topic has been discussed, but i have a new 60gb pod, just loaded some music, updated my pod and not all the artists show up. If I go the album search, the albums are listed. The groups do show up on itunes, just not the pod. And all the artists with a greatest hits cd are jumbled into one list in the album search!?! I have tried deleting the albums from itunes, reupdating the pod, reloading the album to itunes, reupdating the pod - no change. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

Not all features showing up

installed iLife 5 on a 14" iBook with 256M of memory. tried to edit a photo and not all of the adjustments showed up when selected. only brightness/contrast. sharpness, saturuation etc. were not there. is this because of the memory...or something else?

If your iBook is a G3, as is mine, you do not get the extra adjust features as they are only supported for G4's and up. It actually says it right on the page for iLife.

Not all Albums show in Cover Flow

When I use Coverflow not all my albums appear on my iPod. They do appear in the Albums selection area in music on my iPod though and also appear in Coverflow in iTunes.
Any ideas?

Does the problem persist if you reset the iPod? Cover flow order is affected by the fields Sort Artist, Artist, Sort Album, Album with any leading "The" gerneally ignored. Maybe a combination of these values makes the albums you are looking for appear somewhere else in the Cover Flow.

Iomega 250 external hard drive - not all files show up

Hello,
I purchased a MacBook Pro last weekend. I have an Iomega 250 Gig external USB/Firewire hard drive. I have been able to connect it through USB and Firewire to my Mac. I have video clips in windows media player, quicktime and real player formats on the hard drive. All of my word files and music are showing up on my Mac but the video files do not. Does anyone have any suggesstions on what I can try to make them show up?

I hope you mean you have tried USB and FireWire separately. Don't use both at the same time on the drive. FireWire should be a bit better.
Did you generate this disk on a Widows machine? If so, it may be in NTFS format. The Mac can read, but not write or modify a NTFS disk.

By not showing up, do you mean the video files won't play? Real files need the free player from <http://www.real.com>. Some Windows Media files can be played using software from <http://www.flip4mac.com>, but their Intel version is not out yet. Do any of the file or folder names begin with a period? That would make them invisible to the Mac.

Not all computers showing up in observe panel

I have selected 23 computers in my ARD panel and clicked Observe. However, only 20 computers are showing up in the window. When I try to scroll to the right, the remaining two computers are hidden to the side, but sometimes scrolling doesn't work for a reason I can't figure out.
In fact, no matter how many computers I have selected in the list, it always leaves 2 off.
I've already looked in the settings panel and set the # of computers per screen as high as it will go, and it still only shows a partial list.

Not all artists showing up on the iPod

I just added the whole of my CD collection to iTunes, then synced it. Firstly, there were about 40 files less on the iPod than the computer, which I really don't know why 'cos they're all playable files.
But the main problem is that lots of the artists aren't showing up on the iPod and the only way to get to the song is by searching for it.
Why is this? How do I solve it?

For those songs whose artists are not showing up, right click and Get Info in Itunes and see if they're a part of a Compilation. If so, highlight all those songs, Get Info, lower left corner of the window, set Compilation to "No" (make sure there's a check mark on the left of the field).

Not all photos showing on iPhone 4s

All of my photos are showing on my Windows PC in the "My Photo Stream" however, only 32 of those are showing on my iPhone 4s.

Not all music showing up in iTunes

The latest version and previous version of iTunes will not show all music in my iTunes Media folder. All my music files still exist in the Music sub-folder, but only those artists from T - Z are showing in iTunes. I have tried a previous iTunes library, but it is also not showing all music. I am on an a 64-bit HP laptop running Windows 7. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you feel that you have enough evidence of the symptoms, use the feedback at http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html to let Apple know. The "feedback type" of "bug report" has been removed from the iTunes feedback, so I suggest you use use "Other".
You will not receive any feedback from them, but they do read the submissions and act upon them. It can take a while, and more than one iTunes update before the issue is resolved.

ICal sync: not all calendars show

Hi.
All of my calendars in iCal won't sync with my iPod or iPhone. They do not show up in the sync option in iTunes.
Any pointers?

that does not work. my problem is that some of the calendars from ical do not show up at all under the info tab....old calendars of mine do, but newer ones do not.

Client Installing But Not All Components Are Available Post Install

Hi,
Now I am not positive how the posy client install process works but it seems the CM client normally installs and has only base components, then downloads a policy and installs the other components based on the policy?
I have 2 DP's that is PXE enabled. 1 DP works fine installing the CM client via task sequence on W7. What happens at the other DP is after the task sequence runs it seems like the CM client is stuck and won't install the additional components. The way you
can usually tell there is a problem with the CM client is there are only 6 of the 7 tabs present when you open the CM client and if you click on the Actions tab half the actions are missing. What logs should I be looking at to try and troubleshoot this?

Clients stuck in provisioning mode are usually due to unexpected reboots or unexpected state changes within the task sequence. Double reboots caused by a handful of software updates are a common culprit as of late. Really, the only way to troubleshoot
this is trial and error. Remove things from your TS and run it again to see if the client agent stays in provisioning mode or not. Start with the Install Software Update task.

Not all videos show up on Apple TV as do on computer

My son posted a video on YouTube last night and I can find it in You Tube on my computer, but it does not show up in a search with Apple TV or my Internet-connected Panasonic tv. I don't have a YouTube account; I just go to the web site and search for a video. Why don't Apple TV and my tv find the video?

many reasons why it might not show up.
1) youtube/google hasn't converted it to be appletv compatible yet
2) the uploader unticked the syndication option which means it can only be viewed on a computer
3) the video is private which means only certain people can see it

I have updated iTunes on my computer and my iPod nano 4 is up to date but not all music shows up in my iTunes library..only the purchased songs..what happened and how do I get them back into the library?

The music library in the updated version of iTunes is grossly incomplete although the music still remains on my iPod. Why did this happen and how do I get the music back into the library?

If your iTunes library is on an external hard drive, but iTunes is not recognizing the library, first make sure the right library is selected.
You can use these steps to make sure iTunes is opening the library on your external drive:
If iTunes is running, quit iTunes.
If you're using Windows, hold down the Shift key and from the Start menu, choose All Programs > iTunes > iTunes.
If you're using a Mac, open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option key.
You should see one of these screens:
Pick Choose Library and locate the library on your external hard drive.

If the right library is selected, but you do not see your songs, try re-creating the library using the instructions found here:
