Not all my images show up in the Server Panel

Question

Not sure if this is a Dreamweaver (8) issue or a GoDaddy
issue (or neither) – but I have site that has a cart with a
lot of images. Inside the images folder, there are currently about
6400 jpegs and gifs. When I log into the server, I’m only
seeing about 2000 of them. Alphabetically, I get up to about F. I
know the other images are there, because they appear on the site,
and I know I’m uploading to the right directory because
I’ve experimented with names changes, deletions, etc.
Is there something in DW that is presenting me from seeing
everything? Or has anyone experienced this with GoDaddy? Or is
there some other explanation. It’s driving me crazy…

And, if you are on a shared server at GD, it's not likely
that they will
change it for you.
