Not allow to install AE & Pr on Leopard?

Hi All,
I am using OSX Leopard 10.5.8 right now. Yesterday I tried to install Adobe CS5 Master Collection, and I found that I couldn't install Adobe After Effects CS5 and Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 (which are both 64-bit based) (The main installer hid the options of AE and Pr) . I checked the system requirements again, and it showed that there shouldn't be a problem to install these programs on Leopard.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Please please please!
Valent

Safari does not allow to install USB drivers from http://www.flymaster.net/Products/LIVE/tabid/143/Default.aspx
I don't know what to do to allow downloads from www.flymaster.net to be installed.

Can you download the driver properly or the error happens while the driver is being downloaded? As you are saying that you can't install the driver, check this website > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5290

See if BNN has an app in the app store or do without.
Adobe does not make a flash player for ipod/ipad/iphone and likely never will.

  • Desktop manager does not allow to install 5.0 Firmware

    Hi all,
i got following problem. I try to upgrade several 9000 and 8900 to FW-Versions 5.0.0.190 or higher.
The Desktop-Manager recognizes the installed Firmwares and shows them BUT marks them with an asterisk.
    Then it states
"only users with an activ subscription the the Blackberry-Service are allowed to install this BB Device Software."
Can anybody help me with that problem ?
By the way: it worked once or twice , but now, on any PC i install the Desktop Manager and the Firmware Files this error occurs.
    Greetings from Munich, germany,
    Markus

The device you are upgrading must have an active connection to a BlackBerry Data Plan.
You will see this message if you do not have a data plan on their BlackBerry and they try to use Desktop Manager 5.0 to upgrade to BlackBerry Device Software 5.0 or greater.  Sometimes you will see this error if the user has never turned on the mobile network on their device so that might be all that is needed to work around this.
This is a new requirement of RIM for devices upgrading to OS 5

  • MacBook Pro 10.8.5 not allowed to install server software - needs 10.9.

Brand new MacBook Pro updated software to 10.8.5 but will not let me install server software because it says I have to update to 10.9.  I don't see how to do that anywhere.  New Mac user
    Thanks for any help.
This is a new laptop I am helping setup for a school.  it needs the server software to run configurator that will control a couple of ipads for the children.  Cant seem to get past this first step of trying to install server software.

Open up the  App Store from the Apple logo. In the Featured tab search for OS X Mavericks under Top Free. This is 10.9. Click on the Free Upgrade option which should update the Mac to 10.9 which will hopefully allow Server to run.

  • Two issues: Mail dotcom is now telling me to enable java in my browser and firefox has issues w/duckduckgo search engine. I am not allowed 2 instal DDG n search

2 issues: After a windows update on 5 10 2012, maildotcom says I need to enable java in my browser, when as far as I can tell, it is.
Second issue is, I am not able to add duckduckgo as my preferred search engine. I get a pop up in search tool add-ons that says "sorry, you need a Mozilla based browser to install a search plug in."

  • EPM system Installer 11.1.2.2 is not allowing to install all Products

    Hi All,
I am trying to Install EPM system 11.1.2.2 in Solaris machine, but in the Product Selection it is allowing to select only "Foundation Services" and all other Product Components are disabled.
    Note:
EPM System Prerequisites check is showing that all prerequisites are okay.
This is the New Installation and no existing EPM installation is there in this box.
Have used the same assemblies in other Solaris box and it is working fine there. Please advice what can be the prospected reason for it.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Abhay

    Hi,
Have you extracted all the product components assemblies to the same folder from where you are launching the installTool.cmd/.sh?
The products that are grayed out is because you don't have zip files or assemblies extracted to that folder??
So try extracting all the product components zip files to the folder and then launch the installtool.cmd/.sh.
I am sure that you will then be able to select and instakll the products ..
    Regards,
    Sourabh

  • Not Allowed To Install Adobe Reader 9

I'm using a G4 eMac with 640 megs of RAM running Mac OS 10.4.11. According to the system requirements, I should be able to install Reader 9 with no problem.
Download of the install package went fine.
I'm able to open the Adobe Reader 9 install, but then I get a message saying
"Adobe Reader 9 cannot be installed on this computer.
Make sure your system meets the requirements."
    Help.

Thanks for responding quickly. It's definitely the Mac installer package (it's called "AdbeRdr90_en_USi386.pkg", and it does open up. And I downloaded it via the Adobe site, which asks which version of Mac OS is being used, prior to even allowing a download.

  • NOT ALLOWED TO INSTALL!!!

I downloaded the iTunes software 8.0.1,
    * I'm trying to install the software.
    * I uninstalled the old version.
    * I ran Registry Doctor.
    * I rebooted the computer.
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
    And it uninstalls iTunes afterwards.
What's up? I can't update my iPhone without iTunes!

Uhp. I fixed the problem. Nevermind.
It took using "Windows Install Clean Up" utility and deleting all the installation notes on my computer.

  • Having a problem with noises and mouse jumping, tried to reinstall and computer will not allow me to select the correct install icon.  Sends me to xcode install

my kids computer began acting up this spring...so I shut it down.
Would not stay turned off, various noises almost continually, jumping highlights, etc.
Decided to reinstall os x snow leopard.  insert disc and icon appears.  then 3 icons with x in a column.
automatically highlights middle icon and will not allow me to select one above.  Says install xcode.
not what i want to do.
    any help?

What model iMac do you have?
What version of Mac OS is it running? If you don't know, try to give approximations on when it was set up and whether it was ever updated so we can take our best guess.
How are you trying to boot from the install disc? Your description of 3 icons with x in a column' leads me to believe that you aren't booting from the install disc, but rather you are inserting the disc after booting from the OS that is installed on the hard drive. If that is what is happening you'll see something like this, although it will vary depending on the actual version of the Install Disc that you have and how you've chosen to view the files (icon, list, column, etc).
What happens if you restart the system with the Install Disc inserted, then quickly hold down the 'c' key so that the system attempts to boot from the Install Disc. Do you still experience the same issue?

Hello, The Hatter, I read about the 'trick' of backing up, erasing, and restoring too, but I figured it would take longer than defragmenting the disk.
But the defragmentation process has just finished! so I'm gonna try to run Boot Camp again soon!
    Thanks for your helpfulness, anyway.
And P.S. I didn't clone my system onto the external drive, I just inserted the Mac OS X Install CD, rebooted holding down the "C" key, and installed a fresh Snow Leopard system onto the predetermined partition. I will use that in cases of emergency, when my main/internal system becomes unusable.
