Not allowed to use olsql on this Db

hello all.....
I have this message when i try to into plsql developer with connection normal, when i use sysdba no problem but i can't see some stored procedures...
message full:
you are not allowed to use pl/sql on this database.
how i can to fix the problem when i access normal way??
thanks for you help!!!

I believe this has to do with custom authorization functionality implemented by the PL/SQL Developer product. See the online help to learn how to either grant the privileges you desire or disable the authorization functionality (note that this will not affect native database authorization, just the optional, custom layer implemented by the PL/SQL Developer product).

  • I am not allowed to use upgrade on this computer ???

Itunes 7.6 keeps telling me, that I am not allowed
to use the Jan-update on my computer ? ? ?
It does not allow me to sync the upgrade
to my ipod touch FW 1.1.3 eventhough my Vista-PC
    is activated to Apple.
    Need help - thanks

    It works for me now.
I had to delete the folder C:\ProgramData\Apple Computer\iTunes\SC Info
Subsequently, I had to authorize my computer from the administrator account.
Seems that VISTA messes something up when you try to authorize the computer from a non administrator account.

  • Why is something I bought on ITUNES not avaliable anymore? I bought it (college football game) on this computer and now it says I am not allowed to use it on this computer-something about "not permitted on this PC".

So yea, bought this BCS college football game on ITUNES, put it on my IPAD once, watched it once, then connected my IPAD to ITUNES and now it wont let me sync it anymore. Are they only letting me watch it once?

Me again. It says I am "not authorized to watch it on this computer" What a load! I bought it on this computer!

We have a group account that we use for support. We have used the Delegated Administrator to limit which domains can send to the list by setting "Allowed Domains:" to the form "*.our.domain" on that list.
We are now getting thousands of the spam to "postmaster" saying that saying the message could not be delivered because "Reason: you are not allowed to use this list:". We have successfully kept a lot of spam from going to that group mailing list, but we as postmasters would like to not receive all those messages telling spammers that they can't send to the list. Is there a way to turn off those "not allowed to use this list" messages to postmaster for the group list?

Is there a way to turn off those "not allowed to use this list" messages to postmaster for the group list? There appears to be two issues here:
    1. The postmaster address is getting a copy of the bounce emails.
    2. The mailing list is not rejecting the email at the SMTP level, rather it is creating a DSN bounce email.
Whether the postmaster gets a copy of bounce emails is controlled by the various warnpost, sendpost etc. imta.cnf channel configuration parameters. More information on turning these off here:
    http://msg.wikidoc.info/index.php/Turn_Off_Postmaster_Notifications
For the second issue, if a mailing list has the "maildeferprocessing" attribute set to "yes" then the email will be accepted (without checking the allowed/disallowed recipients) and processed 'offline'. If the email is rejected during this processing then a bounce email is created.
As of Messaging Server 6.3 you can set mailDeferProcessing to "After_Auth" to cause group validation to be done immediately but group expansion to be deferred.
Setting mailDeferProcess to "no" causes the group expansion and validation to be performed before the email is accepted. The downside to this is that for a large mailing list that take a long time to expand, the email client could time out and the email not accepted.

  • "Your organization's policy does not allow you to share with this recipient." When trying to share calendar within our Org

    Hi,
Wondering if this is a bug - we have serveral different accepted domains, and our users within our org might have different primary SMTP domains - some @nwtraders.com and some @contoso.com - as examples.
We had a user today report an issue where they were trying to use the 'share calendar' button in Outlook 2010 and then typed in the SMTP address of someone in our org in the field of whom to share with, but that address had a different SMTP domain
than the user's (but still in our org).  When she tried to send the sharing request she received a popup stating:
Calendar sharing is not available with the following entries because of permission settings on your network:
<intended smtp address>: Your organization's policy does not allow you to share with this recipient.
I thought it might be related to freeform typing in the address - if I hand type out the address with a valid SMTP address within the same SMTP domain, and press send it works.
If I use the address picker, and pick the intended sharing recipient (who's has an SMTP domain that is different that the senders), it works fine. It only seems to have an issue when you manually type out the address and it's not in the same SMTP domain
    as you....
Could this 'problem' be masked with setting up Sharing policy between all of our authoritative domains?
    Thanks

Looks like Microsoft has an answer as to whether this is to be expected: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/983062/en-us In my research into this, the error you are receiving is a common thing people have run into and they are all using the solution MS lists
in their KB article. Hope that helps.

  • HT1539 What happens when you attempt to download a digital copy, but it doesn't upload in iTunes, and you're not allowed to use the code again?

What happens when you attempt to download a digital copy, but it doesn't upload in iTunes, and you're not allowed to use the code again?

Thanks for your reply, but you might have misunderstood it a bit. I'm NOT trying to buy a movie. ****, I'm not even in the actual Apple Store, when this happens I'm in the library not the Store part of iTunes.
To clarify - I have purchased a physical copy of a movie which came with another physical copy which contains the digital copy. The digital copy is on the DVD, all I need is just to transfer this file to my iPod Touch, for example, I'm not trying to download it from the store or repurchase it and it's not any gift code that I've received, the digital copy is on the disc. This is the first time ever that I've purchased something on a disc and I'm not allowed to access it because the disc hasn't been purchased within my country.
So again - I'm not attempting any purchase or download any purchased digital copy - it's on a DVD I own physically so... why is even the region of my Store relevant, the code I enter is (as I assume) just supposed to check if it's a legal genuine copy (which it is, as I've said - there are 6 discs in the pack: 3 movies on 3 Blu-rays and 3 DVD containing these digital copies of them). If I own it, I think that's proof enough that I have the right to use it. I just don't get it. I fully agree with you and understand your point if there was any purchase going on here, but it's not, it's just - I put a disc into my computer and I can't access it

  • Why is not allowed to use "/" in Storage bin?

    Dear experts,
It is mentioned in the Help that "For technical reasons it is not allowed to use the special character "/"  while creating storage bins.
Kindly let me know what is the technical reason behind this?
    regards,

/ is a character that is used in IDOCs to indicate that a field should be left untouched
So it is impossible for SAP to decide whether it has to input the / or to not process this field.

When sending an email from my Ipad. I get "receipient was rejected by server because it does not allow relaying". What does this mean and how do I correct it?

On the email account's settings (Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tapping on the account on the right), go into it's outgoing SMTP settings and try putting in your email name and password (they might currently show as 'optional')

  • After 6.1.2 update Game Center says "not allowed to sign in on this device"

I just downloaded the 6.1.2 IOS update for my 4th gen Ipod touch, which caused a couple of my games to start over.  To resume progress, I attempted to log into Game Center, but it keeps telling me that "you are not allowed to sign in on this device".  I have done multiple searches online and reset my password, etc, but I can find no solution to this - when the error come up, it gives me the option to cancel or go to settings.  I have tried changing some of the settings, but I am unclear what setting would cause this to happen.  I would be very appreciative if someone could help me out!
