My ipad says "this ipad can not be abacked up becasue there is not enough i cloud storeage avaliable. You can manage your storeage in settings"
i am clicking on settings but it is not working. the whole thing is frozen, and i can not do anything with the ipad.
what should i do. Is there any way to delete the information stored. Stop the storeage through a computer or delete my icloud account?

MadihaA reset should help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons and await restart. No content will be affected.

I recently updated to the new iOS through my computer with my iPhone 4 pluged in via USB. It has shut down my phone and just shows the iTunes icon with the USB cord to plug in. When I try to sync my phone with the computer iTunes does not recognize it!! So now my iPhone is useless and I really need it back to working order!! Please help......Hilda

With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Reboot and see if all is well. -
How can I activate an old version of Photoshop that I've loaded on my new tablet? The web activation doesn't work, and when I call the number, it says it's not being used anymore. Meanwhile, I'm down to 13 days till it stops working due to not being activated. HELP? I have rented a movie on my ipad. It did not download due to not being on wifi at the time. I know I completed the rental because my gift card balance went down $3.99 plus tax. How do I find where to download the movie?

How can I stop music and movies from being automatically deleted from my phone and saved on the cloud? I've just tried to watch a movie on my 2 hour commute, but yet AGAIN it has been removed. But in terms of my initial query; thanks for responding. But no, this is NOT the cause of the problem. I have auto sync and sync over wifi activated, but have also selected manually manage music and videos. Plus, all of my music and videos are on my macbook, absolutely all of it, so if it my phone was syncing with my macbook everything would still be on the phone. Life would be peachy if my phone jsut copied everything that was on my macbook, but unfortuantely it keeps deleting tracks for no apparent reason.
Any thoughts greatly welcomed, because at the moment i can only conclude that my iphone is crap. -

I am allowed to post a text into my movie, but when I do it covers the entire movie. I then crop it down to where it belongs, but it then will not accept anymore text. It's as if the open area still sees the original text as being there after it has been cropped and it just tosses the new text back to where I drug it up from.
Ok, I'm not having luck with the above method. When I create a form, there is no option to insert an item as an image, I can add text but not an image. I do not have access to Live Cycle either. Any other ideas or if I need to go about inserting a form in a different manor? Thanks so much for the feedback.

I cannot buy music currently as I am being asked to answer security questions due to it being supposedly "the first time I have bought form this PC". This is not the case. I have now changed my password and security questions, but it is asking me the same when I try to buy again.
First off, the name of your computer is only the way it is becuase the Apple user is the first one they created after repairing the Mac. Go into Sharing System Preferences and change the name to whatever you like.
Can you explain how you did this:
This didn't seem right so I went in to it and changed the computer so that it would recognise me as the Owner/Administrator.
You can delete the Apple user in Users & Groups System Prefs. Select that user and delete it. It will ask if you want to save the user data or delete it. If you archive it, you can always delete it later and it will be available if you need to recover that account for some reason--I doubt this will be necessary. After deleting the account, and when you feel you are still working normally, you could delete that archived user folder.
I have also never seen anything ask for that. It does sound like an Epson thing, but without having access to it, I couldn't tell you for sure.
Here's what I would try. Create a new User and give them admin rights. Log in as that user and see what happens with the installer. If it still complains, it is an Epson issue. My guess is it is looking for user id 501, the first user created. If it works, then something is indeed odd about your account. If so, use that new admin account to disable Admin privileges for your account, then re-enable it. This is done in the Users & Groups system prefs. -
Currently using Photoshop CS5, but with a replacement computer and upgrade to Yosemite, keep being told I need to install the legacy Java 6. Currently, Photoshop won't even open. I absolutely do not want to subscribe, don't want to mess with the cloud, just want to buy an upgrade to something that will run for a while longer. I don't care about Lightroom, Bridge, Illustrator, etc.; most of those I've deleted over the years. But I do use Photoshop - or would if it would still run. What options do I have?

It's also possible you may have to reinstall photoshop cs5 even after installing the above java, because sometimes the upgrade to mac os x 10.10 messes up the photoshop cs5 installation.

You have to have a Canadian credit card, billed to a Canadian account, AND you have ot be physically inside the borders of Canada.
