Not authorized to put new Springsteen box set videos on iPad and iPhone

I just purchased the new Bruce Springsteen "box" on itunes. The videos that come as part of this will not transfer to my iPad (or iPhone). I get an error that says I am not authorized on this computer, when I attempt to drag it over to the iPad. I can play the video just fine. I can stream it to my apple TV just fine.
I can transfer others itunes store purchased videos to my iPad just fine.
Is there something different about the new Springsteen videos?
Has something changed recently with regard to iTunes videos?
Any ideas o what may be going on?

I have filed a ticket with Apple via the "report a problem" button on the iTunes receipt.
So far we are only at the stage of getting them to understand what my actual problem is.
I'll be sure to update if I get an answer to the problem.
Perhaps you should report a problem as well.
Be specific in that it's only the new Springsteen videos, in your library, that are giving you the problem, and that your other purchased videos can be copied just fine.
(It makes me wonder if other newly added videos will have the problem. I know the stuff I bought about a month ago, does not have the problem.)
All that said, I had decided I was never going to buy another itunes video until they do away with the DRM. Lucky for them, I forgot my rule in the excitement of getting the Bruce content. I will certainly never do it again, however.

    You can use the same Apple ID, iTunes will still be able to tell them apart. If both are on IOS 5.x, you can use backup from the iCloud. To have pictures across all you devices, switch Photo Stream to ON.
    Settings > iCloud > Photo Stream.
    (Note: Photos that are already in Photo Library will not stream, only those you take after Photo Stream is switched on)

    This can sometimes be the result of a faulty/damaaged USB sync cable.  Do you have another cable you could test it out with?

    I keep getting "the network connection could not be established" message when trying to update my iPad, iPad2 and iPhone4 devices using either my iMac or MacBook.  The Macs and iOS devices are apparently working correctly otherwise.  Problem started about a day ago when I connected one of the iPads to my iMac and iTunes notified my of an update for the device.  I tried and got the above message.  Tryied other iPad2 and iPhone4 and get the same message.  Also, get same message when trying to update using the MacBook. My system SW is 10.7.3 on the iMac and 10.6.8 on MacBook.  iTunes is version 10.6. Have gone thru the check list of things to check and have re-started. Would appreciate any ideas. Thanks.

    Another user named Springbk posted a fix that worked for me as I was having the same problem today:
    I Changed my DNS settings to OpenDNS
    On a Mac go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES>NETWORK>ADVACED>DNS
    change DNS by adding ( + )
    208.67.222.222
    then
    208.67.220.220
    click okay/apply after. then try the update. after the update, just delete the two open DNS server numbers. should revert back to your old one.

    As with the previous iOS versions.
    Press and hold the Home button and use the on/off or sleep/wake button as a camera shutter button for the screen shot.
    Or while pressing and holding the on/off or sleep/wake button before the slide to power of appears, use the Home button as a camera shutter button - this must be done before the slide to power off appears.

    I may recall that you might have to charge your device in order for the automatic download to work. But I'm not 100% sure, it is worth trying out.

    In order to use your Apple ID to create an iCloud account, the primary email address associated with the ID must first be verified.  To do this, Apple will send a verification email to your account and you must respond to the email by clicking the Verify Now link.  Make sure you are check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox.  If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

    If you have been using the mac.com Apple ID to make iTunes purchases recently, then there should be no issues continuing to use it with the new iPhone. I would abandon the new ID as you will never get Apple to merge the two IDs. I have had a mac.com ID for years and continue to use it with my iPhone 4S.
    Tell us the issues that you encounter trying to set up the iPhone with the mac.com account.
