Not been able to sync since updating to dm6
i really have not had a good experience with blackberry so far.
i bought my first blackberry in dec 2010, it came with os5 and dm5, no problems with anything.
i then upgraded to os6 and dm6. ever since then i cannot even connect my bb to my laptop.
as soon as i plug my phone into the usb port i get 'rim.transcoder has stopped working', and that's it.
i've run windows update regulary and updated my os which is vista.
i have been syncing media using other apps, but i need to sync my yahoo calendar items.
it is so frustrating.
my laptop has vista 7 and 2gb of ram.
Just tried everything and it appears that its a yahoo issue. They're rolling out 'yahoo sync' which replaces 'auto sync'. They're very specific in saying it won't work with BB Desktop. The only thing it will sync with is MS Outlook

I did find a table at one point that said that iphone sync was "coming soon". There was a blank space for when BB support was expected.
Their "solution" is to view yahoo calendar online

I'm going to see if I can "share" my yahoo calendar with google and try to sync google with my BB as described below

Apple told developers they were removing that service over two years ago. The developers that depended upon it should have done something about it.
Why did they remove it? My guess is because it was pretty crappy, was difficult to maintain, and wasn't a good solution for multiple devices that could get the info without tethering to a "base" Mac. -
I have not been able to sync Entourage to iCloud ever since the iCloud update debacle of yesterday. iCare just claims it is an Entourage problem when it is clear that the update did something that is not allow it to authenticate to sync mail.

I have a older MBP running 10.6.8 and after the recent iOS update I have not been able to sync my devices. I was able to sync an ipod, but not iphone or ipad. iTunes recognizes my devices, but sync button stays grayed. I've changed my USB hub, reinstalled iTunes and run disc cleanup. No luck.
You said that your computer will sync other iPods? Are they iPod touches? Other iPod use different drivers the the touch And iPhone and iPad).
You can try:

Does it charge? Does the iPod work?
I would try on another computer.

Since I joined creative cloud, I have not been able to sync. Why the difference? Worked good during initial trial.
Also I had installed the Mosaic app for ipad before Lightroom mobile came out and I cannot seem to get rid of it. How can I get mosaic out? I have cancelled, I have deleted, I have looked through the files for visible remnants.The sync count is 60 and static. The total number synced so far is 500+. None have been synced from the ipad except for corrections made there on those already synced.
I have deleted the Mosaic app from all machines and checked the library folder and have contacted the Mosaic tech support and they have discontinued my subscription. I still get mosaic messages on initiating Lightroom and sometimes at closing.
I have not tried to sync fewer yet, but some catalogs that I have tried are smaller numbers. Initially, it did well on good connections. Nothing works on my home connections over satellite. -

i upgraded my iphone os to 4.01 and i have not been able to sync to my computer. The error message I get says the Iphone connected is not recognised what can i do to solve this problem.

I have not been able to sync my mail with iCloud on my MacBookPro (Lion OS). Everything else has been syncing fine for the past two months, but when I go to System Pref/iCloud/and try to check Mail, it asks me to choose an iCloud email address. When I put in my regular @me.com email, it says that address already exists (of course it does - it's mine!) and wants me to choose another one. But I want it to sync with my stuff. What can I do? I haven't been able to find help anywhere online... Thanks!
You should have signed in with that address in the first place, but there is a workaround: go to System preferences>Mail, Contacts@ Calendars and add your @me.com address as an account there.

I just got a new iPad 2 and I have lot of questions. I was able to wirelessly link my iPad and iTunes on my PC. I was able to SYNC my email and calendar (new entries only no history), however I have not been able to SYNC Outlook contacts. Outlook has multiple contact lists. Only one has any data. I can't find a way to delete the others and I can't keep the one I want to use at the top of the list. Any ideas?
I have a question about email. I have several thousand emails in 10 or so days. How can I select multiple emails for deletion in stead of one at a time? How do I designate emails from a given sender as junk or block certain senders?

I'd suggest converting your old videos to one of those formats

Download iTunes 11 from the Apple site and reinstall. The error message was quite plain in telling you what to do to resolve the error.

Try to download the updates manually from the Adobe website. I believe you need something like Acrobat 9.2.x for full Windows 7 compatibility. -
