Not connected to cellular pop up

I disconected a lot of apps access to cellular data since i'm over for the month. Such as podcasts. Everytime I open these apps, it now informs me that it's not connected to cellular and i should go to settings and change that so the app works better. But I already know that since I did that on purpose. How do I make that pop up go away?

Is Settings > Cellular Data turned Off? Presumably yes.
There is a possibly that your iPad is occasionally temporarily losing connection with your WiFi network. This may cause the message to come up.

Apple mail will not connect to gmail (POP)

Hello,
For a week or so, Mail just will not connect to Gmail. Macbook Pro, Lepoard 5.8.
I tried deleting all accounts and creating them again but I get a message saying that the server is not answering.
This happened suddenly and Mail had been working fine for years... No changes in the Mac, no new software...No known general problem with Gmail. Gmail parameters set to POP as I'm using this instead of IMAP...
So right now All accounts have been deleted and I cannot re-connect....
Latest: even my Yahoo accounts do not work any more now.
Perhaps I should remove Mail and re-install it again ?
If so, how the h..k do I go about it as I'm no computer expert !
Please try not to be too technical as I'm french and do not really master PC language that well ...

This issue that you are experiencing sounds like two-step verification is enabled on your Gmail account. I would recommend selecting the Gmail Help Center link and search for two-step verification in the link below.

To use Find my iPhone you have to set it up on your iOS device before you lose it. Your device also needs to have iOS 5, be switched on and connected to wi-fi/3G.

Firefox 3.6.15 on my Motorola Atrix Desktop system will not connect to cellular data connection.

Have you tried the Easy Link Advisor application that Lynksys offers (free). It help me set up my network and it's very "User Friendly". It checks all of your router settings and then will walk you through the process to connect your PC's to the network. It's a large file, but worth it (for me anyhow) to download, install, and set up my network. Good luck!

Not receiving texts from iPhone contacts when I'm not connected to wifi or cell data. I can't send and receive regular SMS texts with non iMessage users but iMessage users message are not being converted to text when I don't have internet connect

I can send and receive to any non iPhone user. I can send a message as a text to an iPhone user but if I'm not connected to cellular data or wifi I do not receive messages from iPhone contacts. From what I understand these message should automatically send to me as texts instead of iMessages but since the update it's not functioning properly. Please help. I've tried turning iMessage off and I still don't receive the messages until after I reconnect to wifi.

I have the same problem! Before the upgrade, if I wasn't connected to the internet, any messages sent to me from an iphone would convert automatically to a text message. I have payg tarriff, so I turn cell data off, as it costs too much to use it. I have wifi at home and work, but if I'm out and about, I don't receive texts from iphone users until I'm on wifi. Why do i have to restart my iphone 4 to connect to cellular data network after moving out of wifi range?

Whenever I move out of a wifi zone, I expect my iphone to connect to cellular data automatically. But this doesn't happen. I have tried turning flight mode on/off and also tried turning cellular data on / off couple of times, but nothing works.
I only get the cellular data connection back after I restart my iphone.
I started having this problem after upgrading to iOS7.
Any idea how to fix this?

Unable to Connect to Cellular Network - iPhone 3g

I have not had a connection to my cellular network in over 2 days. It keeps telling me I have "No Service". I have been in contact with the carrier multiple times and it does not appear to be an issue on their end. I have reset the network connections, reset all general settings, did a complete restore on itunes (which told me my SIM card was bad), so I went and got a new SIM card from my carrier and still nothing! The folks at my carrier store have never seen this before. It's like the phone just will not connect to cellular. I have had the phone for 2 years and have never experienced anything like this before.
Has this happended to anyone else before? Is there any way to fix it? The phone works great, so I don't want to get a new one unless I really have too.

Hi, I have the same issue as you with my iphone 5, when i connect to my router at home I only get less than 1 megabites, but with my other iphones (i4 and 4S) don't have this problem, I can get up to 15 megabits. I sent my i5 to apple care and they said that my phone is ok and returned it to me without fixing it.
I live in Spain, so it is possible that in ihe US Apple is more carreful with its customers and will fix this problem!!!

Try resetting your network settings.
Settings>Genenal>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

Did the iPod connect to this network before?
Try:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

- Power off and then back on the router

Too bad my 4S is 2 years old. Wifi is dead. I had to upgrade to 5S, but 5S is soooooo much faster than 4S so it's kind of good outcome. Without the 4S breaking down, a stingy person like me would have never upgraded the phone.
