Not documented button in PS CC? What does it do?

I'm working on an article about the "Verwacklung reduzieren"-filter in PS CC 2014 (sorry, I have the german version of PS and I don't know the correct name of the filter in the english version).
In the filter dialogue there is a region named "detail". In the right lower corner there is a button I don't understand (see screenshot). I found nothing about it in the documentation, nothing in PS help and nothing in Google. In the German version the quickinfo for the butten shows "Detail fixieren" (fix detail?) oder "Detail lösen" (release detail?). And I didn't find any change in the dialog or in the image whether this bitton is on or off. Any suggestions? Any idea? See red arrow in the screenshot ... Thanks for your help!

Okay, I found out by myself: If detail is locked, its content follows the cursor in the preview. If it is released, it doesn't. Does somebody know any other side effect?

Try a soft-reset and see if it works after your phone has restarted (it seems ot have fixed the error for a number of people on here) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

Try doing a hard reset:
Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/wake button simultaneously for about 15 seconds and release when the Apple logo appears.
After that: go to Settings - iCloud - Storage and backup - turn off the iCloud backup
and backup with iTunes from now on

If you have the horizontal menu bar showing (File, Edit, View,...), select View, then select Show Sidebar.
If the menu bar is not showing, dorp down the menu in the very upper left corner and select show menu bar, then follow steps above.

Hi, Kozou. Welcome to the forums!
Connect your computer to the Express's Ethernet port and open AirPort Utility. Does this allow AirPort Utility to find your Express?
If so, go through the setup process. After the Express restarts, disconnect it from the computer and connect it to your DSL, cable modem, or whatever provides your internet connection. Wait a minute or so. The light on the Express should turn green.
Now tell your MBP to join the wireless network created by the Express. You can do this using the AirPort menu or the Network pane of System Preferences.
Does this work?

Go thru every page in the book and look for any text box. Unused text boxes will have somegthing like this in them:

Just put a space in those text boxes where you didn't put text previously. Check the inside flaps of the book jacket also.

"The device does not have necessary services"...what does this mean?

I have been told this error happens because Verizon wants you to use data instead of wifi to browse your phone but as this is happening with a bluetooth connection that does not seem a likely answer unless Verizon is also not willing to let you use bluetooth to browse your phone. All I want to do is browse the files on my S4 Mini via bluetooth. That should not be asking too much... What is the real cause of this error and is there a fix or workaround? Thanks!

hey man, i was getting the same message, with a MacPro 8-core and a MacbookPro, i did this...
1. both has the BLUETOOTH Sharing ON and "Show Bluetooth Status in Bar" ON
(my Require paring is off, don't know if it changes something)
2.in bluetooth preferences, select the device (here MacbookPro) click below in the gear for options than "Configure this device”.
3. when the "Bluetooth Device Set Up" show up, do not click on CONTINUE, instead click on the bluetooth button in menu bar, your device (here my mackbookpro) now has the option for SEND and BROWSE...

My 4th generation nano syncing problems gave me an error msg over 100 syncing problems where songs were "not authorized" on my computer. What does that mean and how do I get them onto my Nano????

Help! My 4th Generation Ipod Nano won't sync all my songs. I backed-up my songs first, then formated and then restored back to my Ipod. Now it syncs and my ipod shows up in the sidebar, but I get an error message that over 100+ songs were not copied over due to "not being authorized to play on my computer." I followed the directions to try to get those songs restored onto my Nano, but it's not working! Now what?

Are you sure you authorized the computer with the same iTunes account used to make those iTunes purchases? Perhaps this article can help.

If nothing else try these steps.
Deauthorize the computer and log out of the iTunes store. Then close out of iTunes and reboot your computer. Then open up iTunes, log into the iTunes store and reauthorize the computer.
