Not enough storage to backup

4.8GB free is what's shown and that should be enough for a backup but I keep getting the not enough storage error. I've got mail and photo backup both turned off, so there shouldn't be any problem with backup size.

hi! I have the same problem: my iphone has 16gb and I constantly get to 12,7gb used. I paid for a 200gb icloud that shows only 3gb at use. When I try to backup from my device to the icloud it shows that total space used and that can be backuped is 6gb (out of 12,7Gb); still I'm only using 3gb of the icloud and hace 197gb of free space. Thanks!
