NOT funny, Adobe. Paid but CC's still trial

Hi all,
This is crazy, ridiculous and maddening. I've got loads of work to do, but instead I have to keep on "playing" this CC membership game - for another week now.
PROBLEM: I paid for a membership, it's showing on my account fine, but I keep getting this bugging Subscription Reminder every time I start any CC program saying that my trial is about to end. Tomorrow actually. When I have important work due. 
That is what I need help with tonight. 
But let me share my story unabridged:
1. A month ago I successfully purchased a CC membership and used it okay.
2. My next payment didn't process - no clue why. Just got an email saying my membership switching to trial again until I update my payment info. Truth be told, I have several web services that charge my card monthly alright. But Adobe (Digital River) can't. Obviously, it wasn't my problem. The card is still fine btw.
3. So, I tried to use my other card but the interface kept saying my card details were invalid. Now, that was the first time EVER that I had no clue what was happening with the payment interface. Several attempts didn't work.
4. Anyways, I called the Call Center (Russia). They weren't really helpful. They just cancelled my membership so that I could pay from scratch again. And I did. And the payment worked.
5. In a couple of days I got an email from this stupid Digital River saying that my payment was terminated and funds returned. W-H-A-T? I called the Call Center and they said I would be soon fine.
6. Also wanted to mention here, that the whole Adobe website is so not intuitive, so weird at times, so complex and "unexpected", lots of logins and unclear information architecture. Hard to use and navigate and figure out. 
So, this payment nightmare over, the account clearly says now that I have an active subscription. Now I have to deal with other problem - my CC software doesn't recognize me as a paid membership and keeps switching to trial.
Could this Adobe CC service be any more aggravating than that? I doubt. Dear Adobe, hire someone competent to clean up these bugs before you start charging for your wonderful creative service.
Thank you for listening, I just needed to share. I have no idea how I can reach someone in charge to tell how unhappy I am with Adobe CC membership service! And my rush job is putting me under big stress in this situation.

First of all, we really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you so far.
I have checked your account details and the subscription looks fine to me.
It seems like an issue with some corruption amongst the Adobe application files.
I would suggest you to:
Uninstall the CC apps from Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers folder and then run the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool(http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) to remove the remnants of the installation.
Run the uninstaller for Adobe Creative Cloud app from Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud(ACC) folder.
Once that is done, go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and download the CC desktop app.
After installing ACC, install the respective CC apps and then check.
Let me know in case you face any issue in trying the above mentioned steps.

    There is not going to be an ideal solution. Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, and Puffin work on some sites (but judging by their reviews not all). Also a number of websites (especially news sites) have their own apps in the app store which might let you get some of the content that you want.

    I'm on a new mac computer, I need to know how to get Adobe Flash up and working. I've tried uninstalling then installing again, but it's still not working.

  • I am unable to open raw files from my Canon T1i in Adobe Camera Raw of my version CS3 of Photoshop.  I have tried to update my ACR by downloading version 4.6 from the Adobe website but I am still unable to open raw files, just JPEG.  Is there a way to use

    I am unable to open raw files taken on my Canon Rebel T1i in my version of Photoshop CS3.  When I import raw files into Bridge they come up as patches with CR2 on them and when clicked on, a notice comes up stating that Photoshop does not recognize these files.  I tried to update my Adobe Camera Raw by downloading version 4.6 from the Adobe Website, but when I clicked on the plus-in, I got another message that Photoshop does not recognize this file.  I spoke with a representative from Canon who said that I could not update CS3 and that I should subscribe to the Cloud.  I would prefer to use my CS3, if possible.  Can anyone advise me what to do?

  • Got Adobe-ID, but can't download trial version of Lightroom. Always got a webpage saying that Adobe has a problem. When to expect this to be solved?

    I've got a Adobe-ID yesterday, and have tried to download a trial copy of Adobe Lightroom, but I always receive a webpage that says that you (Adobe) have a problem. What's the problem, and when could I expect it to be solved?

  • Netflix and Youtube will not play on Firefox but I can still hear sound and can pause with the space bar. Works fine on Internet Explorer.

    All of a sudden last night after Firefox restarted after an update I am no longer able to play Netflix or Youtube. I can hear the sounds from whatever I select to play but the browser is black and I can even pause using the space bar but no interaction with the cursor. Both Netflix and Youtube work fine on Internet Explorer... I tried updating plug ins, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling plug ins and I even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox itself but nothing has helped. Not sure what steps to take next...

  • PDF Portfolio, broken in 9.4.6 also...... not funny Adobe...

    PDF portfolio on Linux broke in 9.4.2, with newly released 9.4.6 it's still broken. It has been broken since February. I wonder if Adobe takes these things seriously, for sure it doesn't look that way. Many governmental institutes  use portfolios, so please make an effort and fix it

    as per Joel's recommendation, used 4.5 instead - that worked just fine

  • I have paid for adobe cloud but now it says 'Trial expired'

    I have a monthly subscription to Adobe cloud apps.
    I thought I could use it at home and at work.
    On my home computer it says trial expired with no options other than to enter a serial number.
    What can I do? I pretty sure I'm allowed to use at home machine too.

    If you have any trouble to launch your Adobe product and has been revert to trial and/or prompt for a serial number, please try the steps below:
    1. Sign Out and Sign In back following the steps:

    2. Delete the OPM.db file: 
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.

  • Deleted notes in Iphone 4 but files are still in my computer

    I have an I phone 4 that I accidentally deleted a note on and the phone synced with Itunes...but I did look in my computer and find the previous back up how can I access that data date it does not show up at all in my back up restore???

  • IPhone and iPad not visible in iTunes--but i can still sync...

    So, I was having trouble connecting my iPhone 5 via USB to my Windows 8 PC and iTunes 11.
    I tried stopping and restarting the Apple mobile service. I also deleted the Generic USB hubs and restarted the PC.
    Just for kicks, I unchecked the box that prevented automatic syncing.
    Now, iTunes is syncing both the iPhone (connected via USB) and the iPad (via Wifi)--but I just can't see them on my PC.
    Suggestions? I'm a little reluctant to uninstalled and reinstall iTunes--I keep my iTunes library on an external and I seem to recall creating duplicate entries for every song last time I tried that...

  • Airport Utility does not see Base Station but I'm still online

    I have an original airport base station and just downloaded Airport Utility 5.5.1
    The base station is working because I'm online with it posting this thread.
    But Airport Utility 5.5.1 does NOT see it...
    The strange thing is that I have one of the early dome Airport Extremes here as well. That one IS recognized but the Airport Utility.
    Anyone have any suggestions as to why the original Airport is not showing up in the utility even when I know it's obviously being seen by my card and connecting to the web?

    Did you power cycle your network as follows?
    Power everything on the network down, order is not important
    Wait a few minutes, then start the modem first and let it run a few moments by itself.
    Then start the next device connected to the modem and let it run a few moments.
    Then start each device the same way until everything is up on the network.

  • Subscription paid but I am still asked to get Skyp...

    I have paid for subscription monthly and I am able to call landlines or mobile with my ipad but I can't make a call with my macbook pro, each time I try to make a call with my macbook I am told to "get Skype cridet" to call the numbers.  Could you help me please? Many thanks.

    I am and MP3 Newbie & I need one question answered in order to decide if I should exchange my Zen Xtra for another unit.
    If you want to play your Zen Xtra loud in an open space with external amplified PC style speakers is the headphone jack suitable? It doesn't seem to be. Maybe I just don't have the right speakers.

    Do I need to go out and buy a model wit A/V plug access in order to plug it into a complete amplified stereo system or a boom box?
    Please let me know because I will only use the unit with headphones 5 or 0% of the time.

    should be. just be sure to turn the volume all the way up on the xtra and be sure to have good computer speakers. all computer speakers are not created equally.

  • Upgraded to paid CC but IOS apps still say "Creative Cloud Free"

    I had the Creative Cloud app (amongst other Adode apps that are linked to my CC account) installed on my iPad before I paid the CC subscription. I then downloaded Lightroom after I paid, but the app says Trial Version. The Creative Cloud app says I have "Creative Cloud Free" only under Settings. I have tried logging out, logging back in, shutting the iPad down, reopening, uninstalling the app, reinstalling, turning around, touching the ground, burying the iPad under a full moon, but still I'm listed as Free. I have no issues downloading desktop apps, and when I log in on desktop my account says I have a paid subscription. Any ideas? Thanks
