Not letting me sign in with Apple ID to set up iOS developer program

I have an apple account and registered for the itunes connect member center, but when I try to do the iOS developer program add on it asks me to sign in and when I do, it just refreshes the page. It doesn't say my password is incorrect (if I type in the wrong password it tells me), it just refreshes the page. I can't get pass this screen.. Can anyone help with this issue?

Instead of pressing the Sign In button at the login screen, I press the Register button. The next screen says I have already registered. I press the Continue button. At the next screen, I do not select the Programs and Add-ons menu bar option but instead select the Your Account option. Now at the Account Summary page. In the Apple ID Summary view press the Account Details button. Now at the My Apple ID screen, it says Sign in to Manage your Apple ID, and I am presented with the login dialog AGAIN! Enter password and sign in and voila! the ugliest and least useful page you have laid eyes on in 25 years!
Apple - I need to be able to login - and then to get my "Enrollment Pending" issue resolved - so I can move forward in my app submission.

Same thing for me. I'm getting an error message that states "The server encountered an error processing registration. Please try again later." Make sure you are signing in with an iCloud ID, not just an Apple ID. You have to first create your iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account using this ID on your PC.

I don't have a credit card, or a gift card; an when I go to download an app I log into my account; but it wont 'Fully' log me in until I press 'review', then it does the whole "Your credit card number is a required field". Thus resulting in me not being able to download my desired app, even though my account is verified on the sight ect. But even still, when I go to save my "billing" information on the sight, my "Credit card number" is STILL a required field..! I don't have a credit card..! So how can I download apps without a credit card..?

Try logging into your account in iTunes on a computer and setting the payment method to None.

Not letting me sign into my apple ID

when i try to sign in to my apple ID its telling me. "Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again" Ive tried on Wifi and 4g. Ive also tried restarting my phone. HELP

When I first opened my itunes acct. i was sharing with my daughter. some time ago she got her own acct. i thought i should get my own too. so for the last several years i used my new acct. i reciently wanted to add some new cds to my ipod and it said that some of the songs that i purchased were no longer there. and were associated with a different acct. so i tried to log in to my old acct. but it asked for my birthday and the one i entered didnt match the records, and i no longer have the email address from the old acct to email me so i can reset the password. i have well over 100 songs that i purchased back then and i cant believe i cant get them back!! someone please help me. i love my music and i really want my other songs back.

Yes, of course.   Did you set up with your Apple ID?
Reset the iPad to factory and set it up with your Apple ID and password.   You can still sync different apps, music and other stuff onto the iPad, the devices need not mirror each other.
I have an old wifi iPad, an iPod touch and a new iPad mini with cellular.   All on the same Apple ID and password, different content on some apps, same on others.

I have just bought an Air. While trying to setup it will not let me sign in with my Apple ID. The message displayed is: "Couldn't sign in because of server error. Try signing in again" I registered my air online using my iPhone hoping that this would help but it still will not sign in.

My iPhone 4 is not letting me sign in with my Apple ID. I have my phone synced up to my sister's computer (who has a 4S) because I don't have Internet on my computer. And ever since I updated my phone to iOS.6, the App Store asks for my sister's Apple ID password. I log out in settings (even though it says its my Apple ID) and login again and my phone accepts it. Then I try to download something and it STILL asks me for my sister's password. This has never happened until I updated to iOS.6

The update seems to be defaulting to the United States region - which also explains why most users are not experiencing a problem with logging in to iCloud, as most users are in the USA.
However for the rest of the World, a visit to reset the Region to one's own country, in settings, fixes the bug, and one can then proceed to log in fine.
Rather exasperating [as we say here in Blighty] and not a bug we've had before, on previous updates, I think...

- The next standard thing to do is to download/install a new app but you cant 'do that.

When I talked with apple cust service they assured me that everything associated with apple would change over. NO it did not! Cannot find how to get cloud to change this. Same thing happened to me. My son's iPod touch suddenly started indicating that my "username or PW had changed" or was "incorrect" so I paid Apple $30 to find out that all that was required was updating the software by plugging his iPod into my computer & syncing with iTunes. My problem was then solved.

I read the 10/30/13 randers4 post to just change your Apple ID back then sign in and change it to the new email address again and then you can sign in, but I cannot change back to the prior email address Apple ID because that is no longer an active email account (or at least not mine). Any thoughts on how to get signed into iCloud when it does not allow me to type in the new Apple ID and the old Apple ID no longer exists.
I see that many people have asked, but no one has come up with a solution that I found.

This did not work for me. My old email account for iCloud still pops up on my screen every time I open my macbook. I've deleted it, reset it, every thing I can think of and it still shows up. I think six months of this is more than enough time to wait.

Download them to iTunes abd then sync the apps. Make an appointment with Apple and see what the problem is.
