Not liking iTunes right now!

Ok, I had some video's in my iTunes that didn't work. So I thought maybe if I go to the apple site and look in support, I'll find out how to get them to work. It told me to sync the video's. So I did. GREAT!!! Now all of my 487 songs are gone and none of the video's will work! To make things better, I can't put any music that I had in my iPod back on it. Somebody please help me. Btw, I have a 4 gig 3rd gen nano.

Is anyone having a problem to download anything from iTunes right now ?

If I understood it correctly, what you are saying is, whenever you send an iMessage to someone, it shows your "email address" instead of your "Mobile number" and in the past it used to show your "Mobile number".
If that is so, go to "Settings", than "Messages" than "Receive at". At this point you should be able to see "2 addresses" written in front of "Receive at". After clicking on "Receive at" you should be able to see your phone number as well as email address in "You can be reached for messages at" part. If you see, this, than everything is correct and all you need to do is click on "Caller I.D" in the end of the same window and select your "Mobile Number" in the next window.

No. If it states designed for both iPad and iPhone, then it won't run on an iPod touch.

We just migrated over to Exchange 2013 and have a few issues. The main concern is users and their individual distribution lists didn't carry over correctly. I narrowed it down to the lists that users received via an email, then dragged-n-dropped
onto their Contact area. All other individual contacts and other lists can be viewed/edited, its just the ones that was copied via an email into their contacts. We get the message that "Your request can not be completed right now. Please
try again later." This is an important asset to be able to pass distribution lists from one user to another user (per department); but don't want to make the list a global list. These distribution lists can be seen if using the full outlook
version; but won't display in OWA.

Unplugged Ipod during "do not disconnect", Itunes freezes now at plug in

So, I made a mistake. I unplugged my ipod, when it said "do not disconnect".
Now, when I plug it in to my laptop, Itunes freezes up, and doesn't sync.
That means I can't restore the factory settings.
Plus, everytime I plug it in now, it says "do not disconnect."
What should I do? Should I reformat the Ipod drive? (it's an Ipod Photo)

I may have the same problem but I don't think I removed it too soon. The ipod says there are no songs, books, etc... but I can see where the space is used up. I cannot get it to reset to factory settings and itunes freezes up when I plug it in. I tried the 5 R's as best I could. I've talked to tech. Windows recognizes it in the drive and in fact I can go through windows and look at the drive and see that there are files on it. I have 3 other ipods and an iphone -all the others are ok except this one which was the last one I synced before this happened. There has got to be an easy answer to this. Anybody??

We're all just fellow users here and have no insight into why any given content does not appear in any of the iTunes Stores. You'd have to contact the iTunes Store and ask if they have any information they can give you on the matter or can issue a refund if the series won't be filled out.

IOS7 - not so good right now.

Downloaded the IOS7 on a iphone 4s. When deleting voicemail my phone will freeze and/or the deleted voicemail will reappear. This is not an intermittent problem it occurs on a regular basis and also can't pause a voicemail deleted.

I usually hear about this when the user has done an over-the-air iOS update. The only way to back out of it is through a firmware update or "DFU."
Connect to a computer with internet access and the latest version of iTunes. Perform a backup first and myou should be able to restore from the backup after DFU.
Press and hold both the sleep/wake button and the home button for ten seconds.
After ten seconds, continue holding the home button, but let go of the sleep/wake button.
The iPhone should go dark and you should see a popup on the computer. It should say, "iTunes has detected a device in Recovery Mode. . ." If there is no popup and the iPhone shows the Apple logo, you can immedeately try again. It often takes an experienced user two or three attempts before the device successfully enters recovery mode.
Follow all of the popups and a new version of iOS will be installed. If your issue was firmware, you should feel free to restore from the backup. If the issue returns, that means it was a software issue. In that case, you'll need to do another DFU and restore the iPhone as a new device.

Your iTunes account is totally separate from your iPad. If you delete music from the iPad it will still be in your iTunes library on your computer. I don't keep much, if any, music at all on my iPad because I just don't need it. I still listen to that music on my iPhone, my iPod classic, and my iMac.
