Not more then 3 hours old

I got my iPod about 3 hours ago. I had already put some videos in iTunes. Only one works, 1 doesent load. The rest are not seen as movies. What is wrong? The movies that don't work are in Quick time and the one that does work is a mpeg-4. Please help.

Yes, I know I have converted some movies in Videora to MPEG-4 put they don't load into iTunes., or play in Quicktime. I have QT Pro, and I can convert movies in there, but it takes awhile, are they any faster/better soft wear then Videora, or can some one help me?

I think the best way to do it is to create linking text boxes, so that the overflow of text from one box appears in the linked box on the next page.
To do this, go to View > Show Layout, then click in the gray margin area to make your cursor disappear. Now when you insert a text box, it will be defined as Fixed On Page, allowing you to move it wherever you want. Insert the first box, then click on the little blue "ear" on the lower right of the box. That will create a second, linked box. Drag that second box to the next page. Move and expand the two boxes as needed.
Adding a background color to text is easy. Whether the text is on the main text layer or in a text box, highlight the text, click on the Text inspector > More button, then check the Paragraph Fill box. From there, click on the color box, crayons, then choose the color you want in the background. Drag that color from the swatch into the paragraph.

I have a problem: I want to upload file about 2G. file uploads in /tmp while its size not more then ~980mb, after that he deleted and ~1.2G go to /dev/null
httpd was restart after I changed in php.ini
post_max_size = 30G
upload_max_filesize = 30G
error UPLOAD_ERR_CANT_WRITE: "Failed to write file to disk";
files less 900mb upload normally

The /tmp filesystem is mounted in RAM and limited to half the amount of total memory. If this is your issue then either change the download location to somewhere else or adjust your tmpfs settings.

Using more then 126 chars for naming models...

Today i noticed that models in Shockwave3D can have a maximum
number of 126 characters. I needed to know that because i have to
store some Informations in the names of the models when i export
them (i have not option to use the "userdate" when exporting the
models).
But now something interesting happend when i tried to create
long names in director via lingo. If the names are longer then 126
charakters they are limited to the first 126.
if you use for example this code to generate a new group:
member("world").newgroup("Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet,
consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod
tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna aliq")
this are 126 chars, you get a group with exact this name.
if you now add more charakters at the end it will produce
another group with the same name as the group above. You can check
this in the Objectinspector.
use now this code:
member("world").newgroup("Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet,
consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod
tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna aliqLorem ipsum dolor sit amet,

It will produce a second Group with exact the same name. The
good thing is, that you can still reference to the model with that
long name, the bad thing is, you can't read the full name of the
model anymore.
What does this mean in the end?
There is a visible name of the model that can be read by
lingo, but there is the "real" name of the model that can be used
to reference to models. If the names have more then 126 chars you
can only see the shortend name but its still nessesary to reference
to the longer name.
if you try this in the message window (this are 127 chars, i
added a "2" as last character):
member("world").newgroup("Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet,
consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod

Conclusion:
It's better not to use more then 126 characters for naming
models.
But if you want to prevent your 3D models from being used by
other people, then you can use longer names and add for example a
serialnumber to the models, behind char 126. So you can generate
shockwave apps that need to know the correct name of the model.
if you give your models in your 3D app names like this:
"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit,
sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna
aliq_12345"
(132 chars)
the last part is in this example the serialnumber "_12345"
you can only reference to the models with
serialnum="_12345"
rightname=member("world").model[1].name & serialnum
put rightname.position
Maybe interesting to some people that want to make external
w3D files unconfortable to handle for other people, you still can
reference to the models by their numbers. I think it will only
prevent models form the "CloneModelFromCastmember" command, not
much... in the end there is no real protection when external *.w3d
files are used...

Nobody told me not to charge my nano more then 4 hours a day!

My iPod nano was a gift for my bat mitzvah and I was never told not to charge it for more then 4 hours a day otherwise the battery will drain out completley! and i have an iHome so i just keep it in there all day to listen to music whats the point of having an iHome if i cant keep my iPod in it all day! Also my iPod nano is the old one so where do i get a new battery to put inside of it and does it ruin the memory or anything? Can i just take it to the apple store and have them put one in, and if it is still in warranty will apple replace the the battery for free and does instalation have a cost? Please get back to me as soon as possible!!!

If your Ipod only holds a charge for an hour then the battery does have a problem. But you might want to refer him to the Apple article that I gave you a link to. It will not overcharge and charging it does not weaken or hurt your battery. There is a number of charge cycles, complete charge cycles, but that should take you about two years of normal usage to reach that. About the replacement of the battery, it should still be under warranty and should be done under that. I am not familar with using an Apple store, there is only one and that is a couple of hundred miles from here. Hope this helps.

Even if it is a hardware problem they should fix it regardless of warranty. If you buy a car and after 1.5 years the doors fall off due to a failure in their design and construction, do you think the car manufacturer could pull off what Apple is trying to do? Yes the car still delivers its primary objective of driving from A to B, but significant functionality has been lost due to their fault.
It is the same with this iPhone wifi problem. Apple are a disgrace, I have had significant Apple Hardware failures with my MacBook Pro and iPhone within 2 years of purchase. Pathetic quality.

Mail if no file available for more then 24 hours

I have one File to RFC scenario on PI7.1.
But now I have requirement that, I want to send error mail if file is not available for more then 1 day.
Can it be done in any SAP-PI standard way?
Or I need to write a small ABAP code on table SXMSPMAST to check if scenario runs in last 24 hour or not & then send alert mails?

Hi Rohan,
You need an ABAP code. There should be a table where you store all the file name PI receives and processes and the time and date when they have been received. The ABAP code will continuously check contents of the table and find out difference between current server time and date with the last entry in the table. If the difference is more than 24 hours then it will trigger emails to a fixed address or that may be obtained from a different table.

Taking more time(more then 12 hours) while syncing

I sync some music(about 340 MB) and pics (about 200 MB) to my new Ipad for the first time, and it was ok.
But when i connect my Ipad Second time to my laptop(running on Windows 8) it was syncing & taking backup for more then 12 hours but still it was not completed. Is there ny problem in My Ipad or in my Laptop or in Itunes.

Looks like you have a 1:M relationship from TableA to TableB, with a 1:1 back pointer from TableB to TableA. If triggering the 1:M relationship is causing you delays that you want to avoid there might be two quick ways I can see:
1) Don't map it. Leave the TableA->TableB 1:M unmapped, and instead just query for relationship when you do need it. This means you do not need to call tableA.addTableB(tableB), and instead only need to call tableB.setTableA(tableA), so that the TableB->TableA relation gets set. Might not be the best option, but it depends on your application's usage. It does allow you to potentially page the TableB results or add other query query performance options when you do need the data though.
2) You are currently using Lazy loading for the TableA->TableB relationship - if it is untriggered, don't bother calling tableA.addTableB(tableB), and instead only need to call tableB.setTableA(tableA). This of course requires using TopLink api to a) verify the collection is an IndirectCollection type, and b) that it is hasn't been triggered. If it has been triggered, you will still need to call tableA.addTableB(tableB), but it won't result in a query. Check out the oracle.toplink.indirection.IndirectContainer class and it's isInstantiated() method. This can cause problems though in highly concurrent environments, as other threads may have triggered the indirection before you commit your transaction, so that the A->B collection is not up to date - this might require refreshing the TableA if so.
Change tracking would probably be the best option to use here, and is described in the EclipseLink wiki:

Do you see more photos, when you enable "Hidden Photos" in the "View" menu?
And that was afetr I took the connection with the NIKON out of my laptop.
Check, if you really imported into your iPhoto library - is the preference setting "Advanced > Importing: Copy items to the iPhoto Library" active? If not, connect your Nikon again - do you now see more photos?
If you imported into the iPhoto Library, check inside the package:
Select your iPhoto library in the Finder, ctrl-click it, use the command "Show Package Contents".
There will be a folder named "Masters" inside, with subfolders named by year - month - day. Look for the date you did the import and check, if the photos are inside.
If yes, copy this folder to a folder on your desktop to save the photos.
If not, search for a folder "Importing" inside the library. Is it there? Then copy these photos to a folder on the Desktop.
If you found your photos, backup and rebuild your library.

I personally like to Crop, and then use PNG for my screen-caps. If I need more images, say to show other Palettes, etc., then I do one each for those shots.
We see a lot of full-screen caps posted, where aggressive JPEG is used, and nothing can be read. That is especially true with images, like Adobe Encore's Flow-chart, where there is a lot of text and linking being shown.
Just my personal preferences.

I can not establish more then 1 call at the same time

I have SPA9000 with four active accounts. I can not establish more then 1 call at the same time. Accounts are all in registered state. The field in SIP tab, Default Group Line:, is by default: 1,2,3,4 which means if line 1 is busy try the next one in the order ( in this case number 2). But this is not happening. It always tries to dial out with the first line (account). There is no problem with the provider and I don't want to specify groups of userID's and to assign them special line for dialing out.( by the way in this way it is possible to establish more parallel calls, but then each user will always have to dial thru specific line only). Please help me to find out if the SPA is faulty or give me some workaround, so that when I try to make a call , if one line is busy to dial out thru the next available.
P.S. I suspect that SPA9000 does not notice when the line is busy or not. Maybe there is some issue with the Control Timer Values (sec) on Regional tab.

Battery does not charging more then 43%! PB shuts down, does not go to slee

after 223 cycles (at the moment) my battery did something weird. I was surfing internet with 50% of charge and my PB turned off
i pluged in the adaptor and when PB turned on it said that time was reset to 1970 year bla bla bla (PMU reset) after what battery charging level increased up to 43% LED became grren and my battery indicator stopped at 43% and that is it
26 month PB 12" (as shown in System profiler)
i tried to use my pb on battery again and again near 5% it switched off (but should go to sleep mode) and my date and time settings reset to 1970. Again my battery wont charge more then 43%
How could it be?

i had a similar problem not once, not twice but THREE times. the only difference being that my battery would charge to "100%" only to just switch off at 80% then a few days later 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, etc until a point where only a few minutes unplugged caused the computer to switch off and the date reset.
for me the issue caused a dead hard drive (i assume from being hard switched off so often)
after my computer chewed through a second battery the same way, theory was devised that the logic board was messing up the power management. one replaced logic board and in a short time another battery down.
at the moment i am waiting for it to be looked at under warranty for the fourth time and honestly feel like as much as i enjoy using osx, i can't really justify another apple purchase .
i hope the road to finding what is wrong with your computer is easier than what it has been with mine.
