Not opening approval decision report

Hi,
I am try to open the Approval decission report at approval procedures in Administrator module for all clint user and master user, but it is not opening (No matching records are found drafts "(ODRF)") and this error appearing in the screen so please give me suggision for this problem.

Approval Decision Report Error

Hello to all,
I have a problem regarding the approval decision report functionality in SBO.
I have set-up an approval template with 4 originators (say, persons A, B, C and D) and one approving manager. The approval check is applied to A/P Invoices and A/P Credit Memos and the approval terms is set to launch as 'Always'.
Say person A and B create A/P Invoices. When I run the Approval Decision Report, check all the three decision types:
[/] No Decision Yet
[/] Document Production Approved
[/] Document Production Not Approved
And indicate person A as Originator From and To, the report shows the documents created by Person A.
However, when I do the same for Person B, the report does not show the documents created by Person B.
I receive the error message:
No matching records found 'Drafts' (ODRF) (ODBC -2028) [Message 131-183]
However, I check for documents unapproved created by Person B through a query and I see that they exist in ODRF.

I am sorry (query should be = 'Person B').
When I execute the following query, I confirm that person B has existing documents to be approved.

But when I run Approval Decision Report and put Person B in the originator, the error occurs.
In summary, the Approval Decision Report can see Person A's documents but not Person B's documents.

Hi All,
On version 9 PL 07, we have created an approval stage with two users (authorizers) but only 1 no. of approval required.
As soon as a document is sent for approval, in the approval decision report, the users are getting two lines items (I think 1 for each authorizer). But even after the document is approved by one of the authorizer, the document still shows as pending for other user.
Has any one faced this issue and know a solution for this one or is this a limitation?

But I can open it on Siebel Server IE.

ITunes not opening, just error report...

Everytime I try opening iTunes, it doesn't come up, but an error does. It says "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvienence."
I've tried all the help from the Apple support page - yet nothing works. This is really bugging me because I can't put music on it, and I can't even use Windows Media Player to sync, because even when my iPod is connected; it still comes up saying it's not connected, so I have absolute no way of putting music onto it.
Does anybody know what I can do?..

In trouble - need help: FCPX will not open - prompts CRASH report

Tonight, 7:15pm MTN, I closed FCPX upon a short range (single connected clip) wasn't rendering. It played perfectly, and I simply wanted to get rid of the red line above the project timeline over the clip, but nothing I did to render that section or the entire piece would remove the red/orange line above the clip, so I closed FCPX and re-booted my 12-core. Once it rebooted, I was unable to launch FCPX - either by clicking the icon on the dock or by selecting the project in the FCPX library.
Prior to the issue, I did the most recent software update which was for Safari 7.1
The only other detail is that the project I was working on had to be updated which went relatively OK except I had to re-kink media.
What is going on? Is anyone else suddenly unable to launch FCPX?
I am on 10.1.3 / running OSX 10.9.5. I'm at work, so I'm on the 12-core (2 x 2.66 GHz 6-core Intel Xeon, 32GB 1333 MHz DDR3, ATI Radeon 5770, 250GB SSD, and a hardware RAID controller which addresses a 42TB SAS RAID (media drive).

Tom - Thanks very much - that was shocking. I searched this forum for recent issues wondering if the Safari update had anything to do with this - I haven't experienced anything like this in months - and when I read all the 10.1.3 worries and posts, I was surprised - I had no issues updating to 10.1.3.
I saw Russ' post on holding down option/Command and tried it (just as you have advised) and it worked although it opened a single project I didn't recognize and then I closed it and opened my recent project and it's off to compressor now.
I am very thankful to you and to this forum for your help! I was going to say "you cannot imagine the pressure I'm under..." but that's BS - you of all people are probably extremely familiar with deadlines and workloads. Steve Martin (MacBreak Studio) described us once as people who sit alone in a dark corner editing for endless hours, and his partner Mark Spencer laughed and said, "you've just described my life" and of course I was laughing too - he also described mine.

When i open my SQL reporting URL it says this page cannot be displayed

I am using SQL Server 2008 with SP3. When i open my open my reporting manager URL. i get the error as "This page cannot be displayed" HTTP Error 500 internal server error. I read few blogs posted below. Tried both but could not help me out

How can I add a variable that will always be relevant to a decision report?

I would like to add assessment date and assessment notes to a decision report, such that these two variables are always displayed (always relevant), regardless of whether the overall conclusion is true or false. What would be the best way to do this?

Is there a reason why the assessment date and notes are part of the eligibility rule? Looks like the assessment date and notes are just two bits of information to be collected, but which aren't really part of the eligibility determination?
Normal practice is to keep the eligibilty rule 'pure', i.e. just containing the eligibility logic, and to separate out other attributes which may need to be collected, but which are not really eligibility criteria. For example:
the Immediate Needs Assessment is complete if
the Immediate Needs Assessment Date is known and
the Immediate Needs Assessment Notes is known and
it is known whether or not the person has an immediate need for assistance
or if you just need to know the assessment date or the notes:
the Immediate Needs Assessment is complete if
either
...the Immediate Needs Assessment Date is known or
...the Immediate Needs Assessment Notes is known
and
it is known whether or not the person has an immediate need for assistance
As long as the interview has been completed (regardless of whether or not the person is eligible), the decision report for "the Immediate Needs Assessment is complete" will show the assessment date/notes, and then the logic tree for the main eligibility rule.

Crystal 9 will not open Reports

A users hard drive failed. Went throught the process of rebuilding the OS (XP Pro) and support software, which includes a fresh install of Crystal Reports 9.
I though everything was fine with crystal when I opened it to test, I was able to create a blank document. However if I want to open an existing report, and click;
File>Open, Open report button, or select open Existing from the document wizzard, Nothing happens. No Error, No open dialog box.
If you use windows explorer and browse to the file to open it, it will open, and everything works properly. I am not really sure what to do here.
I have searched the forums and the knowlege base, but most of the opening document issues i have seen involve a report after you are past the report selection process.
any advice is greatly appreciated.

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin\filedialog.dll"
and everything is working as it should.

Double-clicking on rpt file does not open report

When I double-click on a *.rpt file, Crystal Reports opens but does not bring up the report file. I have to then go to File/Open in order to open the file. I don't receive an error. Does anyone know how to get Crystal Reports to open the file at the same time as executing the crw32.exe?
I checked in Windows Explorer under Tools/Folder Options/File Types, selected RPT which is associated to Crystal Reports, went to the Advanced options, and all I have is Open for an Action. I have the following settings for Open:
Application Used to Perform Action: "C:\Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Crystal Reports 10\crw32.exe" "%1" /dde /e /n
DDE Message: [FileOpen("%1")]

I had to go into the Advanced settings and delete the "Open" action, then click "OK" to exit. Then go back in and re-add the Open action, browse to your crw32.exe file as the application to open. Seems to correct the problem; not sure of the cause.

Well I'll guess you're using iPhoto 11:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
