"Not Pemitted" when I try to play.

Hi, I made a slideshow in Fotomagico & made a disc images which played on my iBook if I hit enter but not if I hit play & when I burned it it wouldn't play in a stand alone DVD player. Didn't even show anything.
I used iDVD to make a disc image which is behaving the same way. When I hit play or spacebar I get the Not Permited message. Don't want to waste another disc. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Another ? is I chose a theme in iDVD 6, the lotus & the lotus background didn't show, only a grey one with buttons. I read of snags here with v 06 so & trashed it & installed v 05. Still some themes showed only grey– the full screen ones. Surely the whole point of a theme is that you get the background pic? Why am I not getting them?
I just made a background in Photoshop & used it for this project to get it done.

Mozilla seem to be losing the plot. In the past, people expected Microsoft to release software which contained security problems and then re-release it, only for it not to work properly. Now it appears Mozilla is taking over that role! And the solution to this? Install a Beta version, a version still under development!
I suspect that the very great majority of software users look for stability, for a program which works well and meets their immediate needs and which will continue to do so for some time - certainly months rather than, as it appears, days, before a new, "improved" version is developed. Maybe Mozilla should think along these lines; meanhwile, I'm going back to the latest 15 release.

ITunes does not respond when I try to play a movie

I just installed the latest iTunes update onto my Windows 64-bit computer and now, whenever I try to watch a movie on iTunes it freezes and does not respond. I have to start the task manager and end the program manually. I have unistalled iTunes and reinstalled it but I still face the problem of iTunes freezing and not responding. I have a pretty good collection of movies and would love to watch them cause well I paid for them but i cant because it keeps FREEZING. Also, it wont let me view trailers on the iTunes store so I'm thinking something is wrong with the 'video' part of my iTunes. Please help.

HT1725 My movie havent been download proparly its show a icloud symbol on the top right corner i keep trying to put the movie on my desktop but its not responding when i try to play the movie but it eithers plays another movie or doesnt play at all

You may need to download a lower resolution version of the movie in order for it to sync to your iPod.

I continually have problems with Firefox freezing when I try to play Farmville or on Pinterest. Have tried suggested fixes.

I have an HP laptop; windows 7; core i7; wireless. I have been having problems for several months with Firefox freezing or not responding when I try to play farmville or add pins on Pinterest. I have tried the suggested fixes, without much luck. I un-installed Firefox and re-installed ; went thru the fixes for the plug-in etc. I don't know what else to tell you, but I am not very computer literate.

Sometimes the audiobook will play, then disappear from iPod's play menu after I reconnect to iTunes and load more music. I've got plenty of free memory, and iTunes shows the files still on iPod.
....or should I just roll it back to iOS 5... never had these kinds of issues with the old OS.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all AB and resync
To delete all ADgo to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Manage Storage>AB and try deleting them from there
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

The problem resolved itself when I resynced the iPod with my computer. I suspect the error displayed when I tried syncing with my laptop and canceled out of it.

HT1399 I have a windows pc. It has windows 8 installed and I've installed the newest version of itunes but when I try to play anything, it won't. There's no sound and it says it's playing but it does not. What can I do?

I have a windows 8 computer and I installed the newest version of itunes because I used to have an ipod and I have a few purchases that I wanted to listen to. When I try to play them it says it's playing but I can't hear anything. It does not even says it's played the whole way. It just stays at the beginning. It won't let me pause. I checked my computer sound and there is nothing wrong with it. So there must be some software problem but idk what it is. If anyone can help I would appreciated. Thank-you

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like there is an issue burning CD's in iTunes. Is the playback issue only occurring on a specific device and does the disc show up correctly in iTunes? My apple tv it is not authorized to play a movie that I received as a gift from the itunes store. It plays on my G5 but after downloading to apple tv, when I try to play the movie, i get an error message that says the apple tv not authorized to play it

When I try to play a movie I downloaded from iTunes on my apple tv, the error message I get says the apple tv is not authorized to play the movie. I reauthorized the computer to be sure it is authorized ( as per Apple advice).

If this is the Apple TV 1, this is a new issue which started with any new protected content purchased after October 28.
You could de/re authorise your computer, disconnect and reconnect the library and resync your content, alternatively purchasing content directly from the Apple TV also appears to resolve the problem.

I have been successfully using my Apple TV with my iPad2 to access Netflix through airplay (mirroring) and suddenly it won't work. It says "the connected display is not supported" What's up?
Also when I try to stream Netflix through my Apple TV menu on my television it says "An error occurred loading this content. Try again later. But trying again later doesn't work any better.

Also, try a game called Supremacy1914 and run that game. Its an outside browser game (Essintially) that runs via Java. It should give you a security option to allow the certificate to play the game. Some games require certificates and depending on your user account, it could be blocked.
Java panel is now stored in the System Preferences > Other
