Not playing HLS streaming on Safari (and HDS gets and error)

I just installed Flash Media Server 4.5 on my apache2.2 server. I am running the default webpage from the program, https://filmthos.com/flash/. I get an error when running the HDS streaming sample Error#2032. The rtmp sample runs fine. I run the HLS on IE and it give the error message that it can only run on Safari, whicvh is fine. BUt when I run this sample on Safari nothing happens. So any suggestion would be helpful to figure out the problem. THank you!

I had external Apache setup. So, I uninstalled it and reinstalled the FMS with the bundled Apache. It worked fine. The only problem is I don't know how to configure this Apache with php5, pear, mysql etc. Things I had already configure with the external Apache. So I reverse all that I did. But you mention I would have to configured my enternal Apache to FMS correctly. What or where can I find what has to be configure with my external Apache? Thanks for your help!

The conclusiver answer is that there are only 2 ways to display H264 video in AIR for IOS

1. Progressive download
2. HLS format (slight caveat, in my tests at least, OSMF 1.6.1 does'nt handle this, but if you use the NetStream directly with StageVideo enabled it works)

Is this a webpage that contains a link to a flv file? Please post a link to the page and tell us which link(s) are the problem flv files or else post a link to the .flv file itself.

You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

Depending upon what country that you are in have you tried deleting and redownloading it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ? If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

If you've bought a film from iTunes then you can only copy it to a DVD or CD for backup purposes, you won't be able to watch it on a stand-alone DVD player.

I understand while viewing a video or listening to some different content, you lose audio, is that correct? I will do all I can to assist you with this issue.
Does the issue occur when you have headphones inserted? If you are not sure, if you have a set of headphones available could you test that please?

Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset network connections.
Other basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, and restore.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

You are in a country where music can be redownloaded i.e. music appears as a category in the Purchased link ? If it does, and as long as that track is still in your country's store, then deleting that track from your iTunes library (where you are getting the 'unable to locate' message) should get it to appear in Purchased with the cloud symbol for redownloading - as you still have it listed in your library iTunes is assuming that you still have the track somewhere and that it doesn't need redownloading. If that track still doesn't show in Purchased (and it's still in the store) then check to see if it's hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919

To anyone who has viewed this post and is having similar difficulties, the answer came on a different forum: I dragged & dropped the files from Mail to iCloud Drive. Opened them on my MB Air, they were saved in Templates and are now accessible across all my devices.

Here are a couple of things that you can try.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again.
