Not possible to save InDesign document?

I'm working on a heavy InDesign document CS5, and now I can't save it. None of the options "Save" "Save As" or "Save a Copy" are possible to use.
I made a export for psf where I can see my latest changes, but when I asked a colleague to make a copy of the InDesign-file, none of my latest changes where there.
How can I save it now?

It is showing open item but i am unable to reverse this document.

Hi,
SAP doesn't allow you to reverse a document in FI if it was created subsequently from another module (in your case HR).
Why don't you use F-44 transaction code to manually clear the open vendor line item and offset it against the same clearing account?

Proabably you are using Billing
Reverse at VF11 - Cancel
Other wise go to FB08 and enter FI docuemtn and go to environment and Original document there you can find the Billing number and then go to cancel at VF11

if you use Adobe Reader to view your PDFs you cannot save any changes by default.
To do this you need at least Adobe Acrobat to add additional Rights (aka Usage Rights aka Reader Extensions) to your PDF.

Error while saving activity - it was not possible to save all objects

We are on ECC6 EHP4 and having just started to config EIC ERP, we have done some configuration and have referred to various SAP notes, the main note being 1052082 to set up case management. We have managed to create an activity but on saving we get the following messages:
Error whilce saving activity (message class HREIC_APPL - message number 246)
Activity was saved
It was not possible to save all objects successfully (message class CRM_BOL - message number 010)
We are not sure how to correct this, we have searched and cannot find anything relating to these messages, I hope someone can be of assistance.

There are list of items that dont transport or need to be updated via manual configuration such as number ranges, surveys, email addresses and several others.

We are facing the below error after our CRM 7.0 upgrade when we save Service ticket and IR in IC web.
The flow is unknown, some times when we create a new ticket it comes some times when we edit existing ticket comes.
Strange thing is we are unable to reproduce the same in our pre prod and also prod environment
Only our agents are able to reproduce.

Hello Amol,
You say that you upgrade your system to CRM7 that means your BADI_SAVE (or ACTIONS etc') are written with Function modules and maybe you add some new coding with BOL/GENIL.
We had some similar problem so we rewrite all BADIs ACTIONS PARTNER DETERMINATIONS etc' to work only with BOL/GENIL technology and it solve our problem.
Hope it helped or at least gave you some direction.

MS Word not able to save open documents/quitting unexpectedly

I've had the following problem more than a few times since I've had my iBook (just over a year): Sometimes when I have a Word document open that I'm working on I'll get one of two messages when I try to save the document. One says something to the effect that Word is unable to save the document because the "disk is full," or a message appears that says that Word can't save the document because too many "applications" or "documents" are open (I can't remember which one is specified). Then another box pops up that says something about "autorecovery" being postponed or unable to work. Finally - the icing on the cake - Word shuts down and a message about Word "quitting unexpectedly" comes up.
When this sequence occurs, anything that I've written since the last time I saved the document is gone. Lovely. Who cares that I just wrote the clearest articulation of my thoughts for the day, right? (I'm currently working on my dissertation, so this is VERY FRUSTRATING, to say the least.)
I have tons of space left on the hard drive, so I know that no "disk is full." Also, I find it hard to believe that having, say, two Word documents open along with DSS (an audio program for transcribing) is too much for the computer to handle at once. (I mean, if it were a PC, sure, I might be able to believe that this sort of thing could overload it and cause a hitch, but pleeease, with a Mac? Isn't that the whole reason I was sold on these fancy new-fangled machines?) Plus, this problem has also occurred when I have only one document open.
Just to add a little more info. to the puzzle, I already reinstalled MS Office again, thinking that perhaps it just wasn't properly installed the first time. No change. I've also asked a tech through Apple Care about it, and he guided me through checking my hard drive for any damage, etc. We found nothing out of the ordinary. Finally, a friend who has the exact same copy of MS Office on his desktop Mac has never had any problem with Word.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

as first step try creating new user in Accounts system preference, log in as new user and try running Office.
if it works that way, issue is with some preferences or cache files in the original user account.
if it does not work under new user, issue is system-wide with Office specific files or the OS.

That website is using autocomplete=off on the input form to prevent Firefox from saving and filling the name and password.
You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.

IF THAT PAGE DOESN'T WORK:
*go to bookmarks, show all bookmarks,import and backup, export HTML
*save this file (I'd suggest to your desktop) and EMAIL THIS FILE TO YOURSELF. You may want to list all of your add-ons/themes/personas in this email so that you can re-download them.
*ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ANOTHER BROWSER like chrome/IE or something or you'll be in huge trouble!
* Un-install firefox. Do NOT check the "save personal preferences for later" or whatever box; the point is to completely remove it from your system. I'd also suggest using an un-installer program to be sure. (this may also delete those bookmarks from your desktop. As long as you emailed them to yourself, that's a good thing. ^_^)
*Re-download firefox from another browser, then get the bookmarks file from your email and save it to the desktop.
*go to bookmarks- show all bookmarks- import and backup- import HTML; then select the bookmarks file from the desktop (you may have to browse)
*finally, reinstall your extentions/themes/personas.

OB28 validation: not possible to clear future documents

Hi dudes,
I'm looking for how to build an FI validation (if possible) on OB28.
The purpose is to block users to clear a document of a future year.
Ex.
billing document y. 2009
payment document y.2010
the users create a clearing document with y.2009
It's possible to block this action with a simple OB28 validation?
I tried with a BKPF-BUDAT < BSEG-AUGDT but possibly I can't use two different tables on the same validation step.

You can use a exit in your validation.
1. Check that you have declared the form pool for application area "GBLR" validations in View V_T80D_SL. If not, then enter the name of the form pool (e.g. YRGGBR000) and copy the standard program RGGBR000 to the new program (e.g. YRGGBR000).
2. Declare the exit (the exit name, by convention is U9<XX>, where <XX> is a serial number.) after data statements in "FORM get_exit_titles" as follows:
form for Future Clearing
exits-name = 'U9<XX>'.                  "Description/ Purpose
exits-param = c_exit_param_none.
exits-title = text-9<XX>.                     "Name of the exit
APPEND exits.
3. Put your Code/ Logic in a new form "U9XX" as follows:
FORM U9<XX> USING b_result.

*All fields of Tables BKPF, BSEG, COBL, GLU1 & ANLA are available here>
*REMEMBER - Some of the field values might not have been populated>.

5. Use OB28 to create a new step in a new or existing validation at suitable call up point.
6. Enter any pre-requisite, if required.
7. Select the "Check" node of your validation step. select "Exits" tab. You will find your exit U9<XX> here. Double click on it to insert in the "Check" code.
8. Select the "Message" Node of your validation step and enter the message type, no and variables. Save & Exit.
