I just had that, too, but that page didn't work for me.<br />
IF THAT PAGE DOESN'T WORK:
*go to bookmarks, show all bookmarks,import and backup, export HTML
*save this file (I'd suggest to your desktop) and EMAIL THIS FILE TO YOURSELF. You may want to list all of your add-ons/themes/personas in this email so that you can re-download them.
*ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE ANOTHER BROWSER like chrome/IE or something or you'll be in huge trouble!
* Un-install firefox. Do NOT check the "save personal preferences for later" or whatever box; the point is to completely remove it from your system. I'd also suggest using an un-installer program to be sure. (this may also delete those bookmarks from your desktop. As long as you emailed them to yourself, that's a good thing. ^_^)
*Re-download firefox from another browser, then get the bookmarks file from your email and save it to the desktop.
*go to bookmarks- show all bookmarks- import and backup- import HTML; then select the bookmarks file from the desktop (you may have to browse)
*finally, reinstall your extentions/themes/personas.
I just fixed the same thing you have by doing this; I hope it helps. Good luck!

Error while saving activity - it was not possible to save all objects

Hi
We are on ECC6 EHP4 and having just started to config EIC ERP, we have done some configuration and have referred to various SAP notes, the main note being 1052082 to set up case management. We have managed to create an activity but on saving we get the following messages:
Error whilce saving activity (message class HREIC_APPL - message number 246)
Activity was saved
It was not possible to save all objects successfully (message class CRM_BOL - message number 010)
We are not sure how to correct this, we have searched and cannot find anything relating to these messages, I hope someone can be of assistance.

There are list of items that dont transport or need to be updated via manual configuration such as number ranges, surveys, email addresses and several others.

Hi All,
We are facing the below error after our CRM 7.0 upgrade when we save Service ticket and IR in IC web.
The flow is unknown, some times when we create a new ticket it comes some times when we edit existing ticket comes.
Strange thing is we are unable to reproduce the same in our pre prod and also prod environment
Only our agents are able to reproduce.

Hello Amol,
You say that you upgrade your system to CRM7 that means your BADI_SAVE (or ACTIONS etc') are written with Function modules and maybe you add some new coding with BOL/GENIL.
We had some similar problem so we rewrite all BADIs ACTIONS PARTNER DETERMINATIONS etc' to work only with BOL/GENIL technology and it solve our problem.
Hope it helped or at least gave you some direction.

That website is using autocomplete=off on the input form to prevent Firefox from saving and filling the name and password.
You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.

I have Windows OS and iTunes for PC, but the problem is not in my PC, but in synchronization. Your synchronization take minute or two, you have thunderbolt lightning cable??? If is it by you really so quick than ok but by me is it with sync really slow and I have still powerhouse notebook.
I dont know how is it possible that your sync is so quick, but my iPhone starts transfering purchased aplications and all content to the PC, instead of downloading it PC itself without iPhone from iStore. So there is what happend when I am conecting my iPhone.
When it find my iPhone on the first try, it starts makeing backup, than transfering photos, aplication, some info from Safari and to the end also the MUSIC...this should be improved by Apple and it should be able to sync just MUSIC section and not whole system, when I changed just something in MUSIC section(like adding new CD..)
So it does on PC whole resync Maybe is it somewhere in options, but where? I really want sync sometimes just MUSIC or just Apps and nothing else(like Photos, Bookmarks...)
I am sorry for that angry tone, but I am really stresedby this 20minutes sync or 10 miutes...just becouse of adding 1-2 songs, this is by competition phones quicklier :/ !

Not possible to save InDesign document?

I'm working on a heavy InDesign document CS5, and now I can't save it. None of the options "Save" "Save As" or "Save a Copy" are possible to use.
I made a export for psf where I can see my latest changes, but when I asked a colleague to make a copy of the InDesign-file, none of my latest changes where there.
How can I save it now?

Not possible to save from Adobe Reader

Hi friends
Hope you can help me.
I made a simple form using LiveCycle Designer ES2. When finished I saved normally as PDF.
When sending via e-mail or copying to another computer...I´m opening the PDF in Adobe Reader to test if it works. All the fields are ok (I used simple fields, no JavaScript).
But Adobe Reader shows a message that the current form cannot be saved. If I want I could print to have a filled copy of the form.
What I´m missing?
How could I make the PDF opened by Adobe Reader and be able to save without problem?

Long hold on the document in mail and it should give you the open in... option, select adobe reader and the file is now saved locally for viewing even while offline.

Possible to save editable pdf as read only?

I need to make an editable pdf that I can send to a client. The client needs to be able to open it in Adobe Reader, make changes, save it, and then email to customers. Is there any way (in Adobe Reader) that they can make the pdf read-only after they have made their edits, so that their customers can't edit the pdf?

You can do it. They can't.
If this is something they are going to do a lot of, recommend that they purchase at least Acrobat Standard if not Pro.

Is it possible to save which adjustments that should be default?

I own Aperture 2, and would like to have the same adjustment sliders open each time I launch Aperture. For instance I always use Sharpening, and always have to enable it for each picture. I never use White balance, so that could easily be removed for space saving. Why can't I remove some tools and add others and save that as my default adjustment pane?

Yep, download and install Aperture 2.1.
Select an adjustment that is already showing, and click on the small "gear" menu in the upper right hand corner of the adjustment and either choose "Remove from Default Set" or "Add to Default Set", whichever you want. From each new image selection onwards that setting will dictate if the adjustment shows or not.

Is it possible to save 'predefined' settings for General Ledger & Sales Analysis etc. reports?
For example in General Ledger I want some settings to be set by default when I open the GL window:
Accounts unselected,
BP selected,
Due date selected,
From and To dates set to 01.01.01 - 31.12.06,
Ignore adjustments selected,
Hide zero balanced acct unselected,
and so on!
Is this possible with SBO 2004 and/or 2005?
OR is it possible to use some stored procedure to do the trick? I would also need to print the report.

Many of the standard report screens automatically save the last settings you used and re-use them when you next open the screen, so you may not even have to write code for many of these.
To automatically set them through code you will want to create a handler for the et_FORM_LOAD item event. In this event you can set the prompts to the predefined settings you wish. A simple example of this using the Trial Balance screen is included below:

Saving of assigned item categories not possible

Hello Guru,
I wanted to create Open Items and Bank Statement Files using program RFEBKATX. When I am executing, I get the error message "Item category 04000 not allowed in accounting transaction 0200 / 0001.
So, I tried to add the entry 04000 in Accounting transaction variant 0001. The problem is, that it`s not possible to save the entry. If I try to do, I get no message that saving was successful and when I leave the table, the entry is not longer available.
Why is it not possible to save the entry?
I tried the same with creating a new Accounting transaction variant. The result was the same.

Dear Phillip,
The probable reason why you are getting this error is you are combining some cash transactions in the process which you are doing.
SAP would not allow you to change the existing transaction variants.This is a standard behaviour and there is no error. If required, copy the existing variant and create a new variant and include item category 04000( Cash) . Assign the same to your document type.
Strange that you are not able to create a new item category. I understand that system will not allow to create a business transaction, but create a new accounting transaction variant and have all your desired item categories.
Check the below path for customising
General ledger accounting(new)-Document splitting-extended document splitting.

The base-System is a original Debian 3.1 (Sarge) , I installed the SO8 above the rpm-database (mkdir /var/lib/rpm; rpm --initdb) install with the Gfx-Installer, and later with the setup-script - now I have SO 8 update 3 rev 2.
But it is not possible to save a *.xls-File or open a empty Impress-File!
SO8 crashed evry time - with OO2 it is possible to the work!
Have anyone a hint for me?

installing windows xp (incl. sp2) and the mac driver with bootcamp on my mac mini. my wireless router was found but it was not possible to use my required wpa password. only an wep-password was allowed. for security reasons i use a password with more than 25 signs.
what to do?
