Not printing the Second Page in SMARTFORM

Hi,
I am working on Purchasing Smartform... I have created a layout with 2 Pages.. In 1st page I have the Data and in 2nd PAge i am having Terms & Conditions.. But in the output 2ndpage is not printing.. Please help me regarding this issue...

is the first page completely filled with data or do you always want to print the second page no matter if there is an overflow or not ?
so you have defined a new page like 'NEXT' .
then in the 'FIRST' page create an event and a command and check next page.

Fillable form will not print the second page

I have created a fillable two-page Acrobat form using Adobe InDesign. Everything appears to be okay with the form, except that the second page does not print. The first page prints okay, but the second page exits as a blank page without content from the form or the user-entered data.

The only PDF Plugin that works is PDFBrowser Plugin by Schubert of Germany, and it appears he has discontined updating although Thankfully It works in OSX.8 with most mdern Updates. You can Only fill out forms by opening Chrome, iCab , and OperaNext only Safari doesn't work and any product using the Gecko Rendering engine (Mozilla Products , FireFox and SeaMonkey Form Fields don't work or crash the browser. (depending upon version of the pdfBrowser Plugin).

Should not print the second page

Hi floks,
i have the 2 pages in the adobe form layout.
2nd page has the subform which contains the table. if the table is initial the 2nd page should not trigger..
how do i proceed. can some one help me out in this..

if you have created 2 BodyPages in layout (i.e. if you see 2 BodyPages in hierarchy Palette), i am not sure if it is possible to hide or not to trigger the second body page.
a possible approach for your requirement could be:
Create one BodyPage1 with following properties:
Select BodyPage1 in hierarchy Palette, and goto Object Palette-> Subfrom -> Conent:Flowed, FlowDirection:TopToBottom, and Select "Allow Page Breaks within Content".
Add all the layout objects to BodyPage1 (preferebly embed within a subform).
Now add your subform2 containing the table.

in your case if the table is empty, the table may not be shown.
or you can write a small script on the initialize event of subform2 to hide it if it satisfies a certain condition
e.g.

Not printing the whole page

My printer will not print the web pages using firefox...how do I set it up to print a web page?

I have an hp photosmart c4180 printer and it will not print the web pages in firefox...how exactly do I set up FF so I can print web pages? I will need step by step instruction also on exactly where to go to set it up.

Open System Preferences (gear icon on the dock), then open Print & Scan
Click the + button at the bottom of the printer list
If your printer appears....not all printers are supported....click on the name to highlight it
Click the Add button to install the printer at the AirPort Express location
Try to print. You must choose the correct printer at the AirPort Express location since the printer is "installed" at other locations on your network.
If you open Print & Scan again, and select the printer at the AirPort Express, there is an option to make the printer the "default" location, so you do not have to choose which location to select when you want to print.

Print range does not print the last page in the range.

Adobe Reader for New IPAD - The print range function does not print the last page in the range. For example, if you enter a print range of 2-18, pages 2-17 print and page 18 does not print. Also, if you enter a print range of 9-9, page 8 prints and page 9 does not print.

I have the Epson 4540 printer. I don't know for sure if it connects via AirPrint. I didn't do any thing to set up Air Print. The printer is attached directly to my network router and it shows up IPad apps. I have not printed docs from other apps, but I will give it try and let you know.

Data not coming on second page of smartform

Dear All,
I am having a smartform . The smartform displays 7 items on first page 7 on next and so on. The problem is if there are total 10 items , the smartform is showing 7 items correctly on first page but showing only one item i.e 8th item on the second page. But it is showing the total in the footer correctly i.e total of all the 10 items .
Please suggest wht can be the problem.
I tried everything from my side but all in vain.

In the default setting, the next page is the page itself.
If a page is processed (filled) and processing of the form is not finished yet (if not all texts or data
are displayed), the system processes another page. The page used as next page can be
determined statically during the form definition (Next page) or dynamically at runtime (manual
page break).
The new page is the static next page. If a new page is called by a manual page break with
page specification within the main window (dynamic next page), the system processes this
page.
This page does not contain a main window and no static next page exists
In a main window you display text and data, which can cover several pages (flow text). As soon
as a main window is completely filled with text and data, the system continues displaying the text
in the main window of the next page. It automatically triggers the page break

LaserJet P2055dn is not printing the last page

Hello! Our LaserJet P2055dn prints all pages in a multipage document but not the last one. When a new document is sent to the printer, it first prints the final page of the previous document, then the new document (again without the last page). If a one page document is printed, it works without a problem.
Anyone know how to solve this?

Printing does not print the web page only the http info at top of page and dated and time at bottom of page, nothing in between. help! Thanks.

Printing a web page works fine from the microsoft windows browser but fire fox browser will not print a web page only the heading at the top and the date and time at the bottom.

Does that happen on all pages or only on some?
You can try to reset the print prefs on the about:config page.

You can open about: pages via the location bar like you open a website.

Why won't launchpad will not display the second page?

I can see the first page. But when I attempt to see the second page, by swiping with two fingers or hitting the tiny dot, the second page appears for a moment, but then returns to the first page. I have tried closing all my open applications. This is new behavior. I have Mtn Lion.

Data printed incorrectly on the second page of smartform

Hi all,
I need to create a smartform where I have to print the header details at the start and then below that details for all line items for a particular document.
so i have data ;ike :
Header data :
field 1 : field 2:
Field3 : field4:
field5: field6:
Item data :
field1 field2 field3 field4 --> Item 1
field1 field2 field3 field4 -->Item 2
field 1 field2 field3 field4 -->Item3
For the Header data,Im planning to use a template in a secondary window.
However for the item data,i need to use a table (As i know the no of records only at runtime).Also another reason for usng table would be that I dont need the header on each flloowing page but only the Line item details on the following pages.
However I am facing an issue now:
At the end of the first page,2 fields of the line item data are printing and the remaining 2 fields are printing on the next page BUT after the 1st row !
Can anyone suggest why this is happening?

probably a difference in height between the 2 columns of the left and of the right (check paragraph and character formats, cell margins, borders, etc.)

Header Area of Table is not printing on Next Page in SMARTFORM

I am facing one problem while Developing a smartform for Delivery.
I want the same data to be copied to the Next page which is coming on first page. I copied the Main window to Next page with all the details but the Header of the Table is not printing on the Next(Second) page.
Please help me out regarding this...

If you are talking about the table (which you created in the main window) and you want the header of the table to be printed on the next page. Is it because of overflowing that's why its printed to the next page?
If yes, the header cannot be printout out.
Just for your information. If you want a window in the first page to be copied to all subsequence pages, set the window type to be copies window.

When I print a page from the internet it only prints a partial page. I have tried print to fit, it still does not print the whole page. I change the scale to 40% but the print was so small that I could not read it.
