Not received welcome coupon

Hello all,
I am new to the gamers club unlocked. I purchased my membership earlier this week, and I haven't received my welcome coupon. If anyone can tell me what I can do to get this coupon, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi all,
    I signed up for GCU for the $30 sale price on February 15th, but have yet to recieve my welcome coupons.  I know it typically takes 2-3 days to get the email, so I can give it a couple more days, but I just figured I'd get on top of it sooner rather than later.

    Welcome to the Best Buy forum, and congratulations on becoming Unlocked!
    As you mentioned, you should receive a Welcome Packet via email within about 2 to 3 business days.  Since you purchased your Unlocked membership on 2/15/2015, your 3rd business day would have been 2/18/2015.  Please feel free to send me a private message if you still do not have a Welcome Packet, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will see what I can do to help.  Just remember to first double check your email accounts spam/junk folders.

  • Did not receive welcome package coupon

    I purchased a gamers club unlocked membership about three weeks ago and I have not yet received my welcome coupons. I called Best Buy's customer service department and after multiple calls I was directed to these forums.

    I am sorry you didn't receive a welcome packet, however.  This should have arrived within 2-3 business days of signing up.  I have sent you a private message with additional information regarding that.
    I also saw, though, that you signed up for a new My Best Buy account in conjunction with signing up for your Unlocked account.  To ensure you receive all the benefits and announcements, please register your account on www.my.BestBuy.com.  You can find instructions on this process at the link below.

  • Renewed GCU a month ago and have not received welcome packet.

    I renewed my GCU membership on 9/28. To date, I still have not received the welcome packet coupons.

  • Signed up for Gamers Club Unlocked on 5/28 and never received Welcome Coupon email packet

    I signed up for the Gamers Club Unlocked on 5/28 and am still waiting to receive my Welcome coupon email packet.  I was told that this takes 2-3 days but have not received anything.  I combed through my spam/junk email filter as well and did not find anything.

    It can generally take 1 to 2 business days for the Welcome Packet to arrive via email once a member has become Unlocked.  If it has been more than 2 business days and you have not received the Welcome Packet yet, then I want to make sure the email address that we have one file is accurate.  I am going to send you a private message so that I can go over your My Best Buy™ account with you.  To check your private messages, you would want to login to the forum and click on the envelope icon at the top of the screen.

  • Didn't Receive Welcome Coupons

    Hello! Any help is greatly appreciated
    I've been a member of GCU since March 2014. However, I recently (last month) added another 2 years to my membership in-store, but I haven't received my welcome coupons yet. From what I understand, I should still receive the coupons since I added 2 more years, correct?
    Is there anything I can do to still get the coupons?

    You should have received a Welcome Packet via email 2 to 3 business days after purchasing the additional two years.  It is possible that your Welcome Packet was sorted into one of your email accounts spam/junk folders, as that tends to happen.  Any coupons in the Welcome Packet you were sent would have expired by now.
    With that being said, I will be sending you a private message to go over your My Best Buy™ account with you and to see what I can do to help.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope icon located at the top of the page.

  • Never received welcome coupon.

    I never received the welcome coupon for 50% off a strategy guide or Buy 2 Get 1 Free Used games. I signed up in early September. Please assist.

    There`s currenly no Gamer`s Club/Gamer`s Club Unlocked membership cards although the idea is currently "under review" here(the 7th one down).

    All of your benefits can be had by entering your correctly linked MyBB account # or phone # attached to the MyBB account with GCU. If you have a MyBB/Reward Zone membership card once scanned it`ll do the same thing.
    In-store once your MyBB/phone info is scanned/entered there should be a pop up box prompt on the cashiers screen and you`ll be asked to verify the keypad info. Once completed the discount will be automatic.

    I haven't received my welcome coupons yet and I registered for GCU on the 18th of February. I was just wondering when I am supposed to receive those because I wanted to get the FFType-0 strategy guide. Thanks for any help!

  • Never received welcome coupons

    I signed up for the Gamers Club Unlocked a little over a week ago for the $30 promotion. I had an issue activating it at the store, I had to go back to customer service because the cashier did not activate it. I see moderators saying that it takes 2-3 business days for them to be emailed but I have not received anything. I also don't see any indication on the website that I am a member either. I do see the 20% discount applied to the cart though.

  • Did not receive B2G1 free used game coupon

    I am new here.  I do not konw who to contact about not getting my coupon.  I signed up for GCU the last time it was $60 but did not receive my coupon.  I catually bought 2 GCU 2 year memberships but did not receive either.  If there is any way someone can hep me i would appreciate it.

  • Not Receiving Student Discount Coupons

    I signed up for the student discount and received an initial set of coupons that were only good for one day.  I signed up again several days ago (more than 72 hours) and have not received any coupons.  I received the confirmation email to confirm enrollment and nothing else.  I am getting incredibly frustrated as I would like to purchase a computer through best buy but also want to receive the best price as things are tight being a college student.  Can anyone help me?!

    We generally issue new student coupons each month. The most recent ones expired on 11/1, and new ones have not yet been issued. When the next set of coupons are available, you will receive them in your email as it sounds like you have already signed up and completed the confirmation process. Keep an eye out in the coming week or two.

  • Student Discount Code Not Received after 24 hours of confirming my email

    I signed up for a Student Discount with my .edu email account and got an email within a few minutes asking me to confirm my email address. Its been over 24 hours since I confirmed my email and I still haven't received the discount code. I have also:
    - checked the spam / trash / junk folders of my email
    - checked with the IT admin that the email wasn't blocked
    Please help!

  • Haven't Received Gamers Club Welcome Coupons

    I purchased Gamers Club Unlocked on Monday 3/9/2015, and am a long time member of reward zone. I have checked both my e-mail, and my spam folder and I still have not received my Welcome Coupons. I was hoping to use them this weekend.
    How can i facilitate this process?

    Congratulations on joining the Gamers Club Unlocked program.  It’s full of great benefits, such as the Welcome Coupons, though obviously it’s only a benefit if you actually receive the email with the coupons!
    Typically, that email should show up in about 2-3 business days after you initially sign up in the store, so normally you would have it by now.  It sounds like you’ve already taken the step to check your Spam/Junk mail folder as well.  I’ve got some additional information for you, so I’m going to send you a private message with those details.  To check your private messages, make sure that you are logged into the forum and click on the envelope in the upper right hand corner.
