Not receiving confirmation emails

I logged into the the Creative Cloud and I am hit with a message that says I must confirm my email. However, no matter how many times I hit "resend" I am not receiving the email (I added adobe.com to my "safe sender list"). I never received a confirmation email of my order, either. This concerns me if you are going to rely on my confirming my email address to offer services that I may have problems using your new service. Any ideas?

    I purchased a phone charger about an hour ago and still have not received a confirmation email. I had checked out as a guest so I cannot check the order status that way and the charge has already showed up on my card. Additionally I had chosen the in store pick up option and am worried I will not receive an email alerting me when I am able to come and pick it up.  Has anyone had something similar like this happen? Is there anyone I can specifically contact?

  • Attempting to add new email account to Messages - not receiving confirmation email

    I am attempting to add a new email accoutn to my iMessages "You can be reached for messages at".  It adds, and says that it has sent a confirmation email, but the email never arrives.
    It doesn not end up in Junk, and it is not being caught my my mail server's SPAM filter - I whitelisted apple.com/me.com/icloud.com just in case.
    This has been going on for months - any ideas?

    So this is an Apple ID issued by iCloud that end either @me.com or @icloud.com
    I also take it that this account/email/Apple ID has been Verified on the Apple ID web site ?
    It seems it was possible to convert a MobileMe @me.com email/ID into an iCloud one without going through a verification process.
    This is turn maybe because of having an @mac.com name form the .Mac service days that was linked to a MobileMe ID at the MobileMe/.Mac service change over.
    If on the other hand you have an @me.com Apple ID from the MobileMe era but have not linked it to an iCloud "registration" it is possible it works and an Apple ID but not as an email  (although your post seems to suggest you are using a valid email.)
    There have been cases where the Apple ID in questions works as an email, as a Login here to post, an iTunes ID and allows access to the App store but will  not work in Messages of FaceTime.
    This group seems to be subdivided in to two sub groups:-
    1) Those that get a pop up alert from Messages saying "Contact Support"
    2) Those that see nothing.  (this seems to be a newer response from the app)
    I would go to the Apple ID site and follow the Manage ID options.
    If everything appears to be in order there I would use iTunes and the Help > Support item at the bottom of the iTunes Store page and follow the links to Contact and Manage account until you get the email link.

    The receipt usually takes more time to receive. I got my receipt from about 7:00pm yesterday at about 10:00pm today.

  • Not receiving iCloud emails

    I haven't received a single email to my iCloud (@me.com) account since Friday - I know there must be some sort of problem because I have ordered from Amazon and Tesco, who always send confirmation emails but I have received nothing. I've already checked my settings and there is nothing being forwarded anywhere. I don't know what to do, I feel like I am missing important emails and haven't a clue how to fix it. The problem is the same on all of my devices - using icloud.com, my iPhone, and my iPad. Anyone have any advice?!?

    My email telling me my bt bill is ready online and my bt confirmation email for paying my bill online in my bt have not been received. I always get an email for both these things. Any ideas why I have not received these emails?

    The customer service bloke had no idea and could not help. That is the BT solution to not receiving a confirmation email when you pay using their online system. Absolutely no help what so ever. I have the live chat transcript- which when the poor english is deciphered, promises help in 24 hours. The famous BT lie. I will not be using their online payment system again as i do not feel it is secure as it gives no confirmation of payment. I do not want my bank details going around overseas when i thought the system was secure and electronically automated. I have contacted my bank regarding the matter and they agree with me i should not risk my card details in an unsafe system.

  • Not Receiving Test Emails

    One of our clients is trying to send an email campaign however they are having trouble sending the test email. They are sending it to themselves and see the confirmation alert that says "Success, test email sent" however the email does not arrive in their inbox.
    I have tested this on my system and have the same trouble. I have tried on PC and Mac, Tunderbird, Gmail, Yahoo and my client uses Outlook on Mac) - nothing. I have checked my clients webmail account and nothing there either.
    I have also created a new test email campaign and still not receiving test emails.
    Can someone please look into this - I have submitted an urgent support case but have not heard back. My client is not happy and needs to send theor campaign IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

    The issue related to email campaigns and other system emails has been resolved. However, there is a large number of emails in the queue, so sending might be delayed.
    We have not had any issues with the email service Mary, so I'm not sure what problem is your customer having at the moment. Can you please give us more details about what is the problem that your client is experiencing?
    As for the green buttons, they are for website rendering and the email service and they are updated automatically based on the system monitors. They don't reflect the email campaign status, which is updated manually. However, I'll work with the team to have the layout changed so that it's cleared.

    There is no serial number. The software is activated via your Adobe ID.
    Sign in to creative.adobe.com with your Adobe ID, download the Cloud desktop app then download the software.

  • Requisition are not receiving the email communcation............Workflow

    Hi Friends,
    Here is my query on Workflow,
    One of our customer created a purchase order through shopping cart,in the place of the requisitioner details they maintain the user id and we checked the user id in Su01, and i found out the mail id and and user id has been maintained here and the communication method is "Remote Mail".
    Our system is configured in such a way that when the requisitioner will create a purchase order one mail should go to the inbox of the requisioner through workflow procedure.
    I checked the workflow and it is showing that mail has successfully sent.
    Now the user has raise a query that "he is not receiving any email communication whenever he is creating PO through shopping cart".We confirm with the user about the communication mail id and he said that the mail id is correct and the same mail id has been maintained in SAP.
    If anybody faced this kind of problem than pls help me on this.

    Hi Kumar,
    Are you expecting the emails in the Outlook inbox? Is it an external mail id?
    Check things below -
    1. Are alerts being generated? Check transaction ALRTINBOX to make sure that.
    2. Check transactions SOST to see emails are generated for the users.
    3. Make sure that in transaction SCOT, the user id is added as supported address types.

    All email sent to your iCloud email alias address should be received in your iCloud inbox.  If email is being addressed to your alias when you think it should be addressed to your primary address it may be because the sender replied to an email you inadvertently sent from your alias address.  You might want to confirm that your primary address is set as your default for sending mail.  See "set default address to send from" here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm6b1a490a.

    You've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as its inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again ? If you still don't receive it then contact Support in your country, after confirming your id and that it's your account they should be able to reset them.
    Contacting Apple about account security : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security.
    When they've been reset check that your rescue email address is spelt correctly for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses.

    The Apple ID Security site allows written contact in your own country and language.  The AppleCare support phone number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and Account Security Team is for a number in your country and language.

    I initially created my apple account years ago. I am trying to reset my security questions because my answers are continually incorrect. I pressed the link that sends reset security questions info to my alt. address, but I have not received the email with instructions. I have resent the email several times and checked both of the emails I have set up with my apple account to no avail. I have tried everything that is provided in the support article about the issue and my problem has not be resolved. I've even deleted my alt email from the apple account and then reassigned it and tried again, however, I still have not received the email. Without knowing the answers to my security questions, I cannot purchase anything from the iTunes store, which I have been trying to do.
    I do not know what the problem is and I am asking for any resolutions. Please and thank you!

    Go to the Apple ID Security site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or call the AppleCare support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with the Account Security Team...either can help you reset your questions/answers.
