Not receiving email to reset security information

Ive been trying to reset my security questions for the apple id, however im not receiving the email to reset security the information ?

If you're not receiving the email to your rescue email account (you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the link again ?) then you could contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

    Why dont you just change your Apple ID (your email)? Make a new Apple ID and do the security questions that you will remember. Also, make sure you write down all the info with your Apple ID for later refrence.
    To create a new Apple ID, follow the easy steps below:
    Settings > Itunes and App stores > Tap "Apple ID: (YOUR APPLE ID IS HERE!)" > Tap "Sign Out" > Tap "Create New Aple ID"

    Besides all the troubleshooting things you've tried, all I can think of is your Profiles have changed, and your email notification was changed to None. This could have happened if you had been using a custom profile, then switched to one of the default ones (quiet, normal, loud). When I stop getting calendar notifications, I do a battery pull and they start coming in again.
    EDITED: After rereading your post, I see it's not the notifications that are the problem, it's that you're not receiving the messages themselves? Did you reregister and resend service books (there's another thread on this)? Or call customer service from another line and they'll troubleshoot for you.

    Have you checked all your email accounts?  If you have a 'rescue' email address set up, it was probably sent there.  Also, check your spam/junk folders like Niel mentioned.
    Also, Apple doesn't monitor these forums.  You'll need to contact Account Security at Apple.  If you're in the U.S., call 1-800-MYAPPLE.
    And next time, write down your security question answers someplace safe.

    I tried to purchase a game and a song on my MacBook Pro through my Apple ID account on iTunes, but when I go to purchase it I need to verify questions that I can't remember the answer to, like "What was the first album you owned?".
    I can't remember my answer, so I clicked the option to send the info to my email. I've done this 4 times, on different days. I haven't gotten an email!

    Added another second email contact, got the emai to verify. Also put in help to support team, got the email that it went in.
    BUT NOT the email to reset the security questions!!!
    I can not call or receive a call from the support team, I would like to clear this via chat or email.
    I have rented movies from itunes before and my password was enough.  Suddenly it states I must answer questions because I have never downloaded before. I still have the iOs5 and never had a problem..last films download this spring.

    These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

    If you mean your rescue email address, it's in the Passwords and Security section, after you answer the two security questions.

    My sister's icloud account is not sending her password to her email address.

    Has anyone received an answer to this? It seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. In the past i had no trouble receiving emails to reset my password but for the past week I havne't been able to login, my security questions didn't work and I haven't received any of the emails to reset my password. I've created a new Account but would rather  get into my old account because it's linked to my perfered email address. Hum..

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
