Not receiving form responses in tracker
Hi,
I have created a form in Acrobat, distributed it through acrobat.com. So far everything is working great. I filled out a few bogus forms to test and when I press submit the form is correctly sent.
In tracker, I receive notification that there are new responses, but I am unable to get the filled out forms with these responses. They never download and get added to the list.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
Are you seeing the notification that you have new responses in your system tray or inside Acrobat? When you open the Response file and click the "Update" button do you see anything in the upper right corner? Did you create your form in LC Designer or Acrobat?

Not receiving a response connection error
I am having difficulty connecting via ichat with my brother. We are running the same versions and did not seem to be having any problems until a couple days ago. To the best of my knowledge neither one of us have had any updates in a while. Below are the details for the error, but it doesn't mean a lot to me. Does anyone have any suggestions for correcting the problem?
Regards,
Erik

The Log does show that the Buddy changes the SIP port it is trying to use further down the Log.
There is also no mention of a Ping.
iChat sends a Ping and your routing device has to allow these.
Presumably you have System Preferences > Quicktime > Streaming set to 1.5mbps at both ends and you have tried changing the Login port to 443
If it was working then it come down to what might have changed.
Check System Preferences > Sharing that Internet Sharing has not bee turned On (It should be Off)

My client wants to have the form that I created in FormsCentral to be able to collect email responses. So to do this, I downloaded the form as PDF then imported it into Acrobat. I created a button in Acrobat (this will be for the email response part). I used this script for that function:
// This is the form return email. It's hardcoded
// so that the form is always returned to the same address.
// Change address on your form to match the code below
var cToAddr = "[email protected]"
// First, get the client CC email address
var cCCAddr = this.getField("ClientEmail").value;
// Now get the beneficiary email only if it is filled out
var cBenAddr = this.getField("BennyEmail").value;
if(cBenAddr != "")
cCCAddr += ";" + cBenAddr;
// Set the subject and body text for the email message
var cSubLine = "Form X-1 returned from client"
var cBody = "Thank you for submitting your form.\n" + "Save the filled form attachment for your own records"
// Send the entire PDF as a file attachment on an email
this.mailDoc({bUI: true, cTo: cToAddr, cCc: cCCAddr, cSubject: cSubLine, cMsg: cBody});
I got it from here: http://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/dynamically-setting-submit-e-mail-address
I'm still kinda not sure how it works but I'm getting the idea. Now what I'm having trouble with is, how do I make it so that the user will be required to click on the scripted button and at the same time, also click on the FormsCentral's generated submit button? Because as I see it, the user can click on the scripted button but they can just close out the form without submitting it to FormsCentral.
Is there any way to make my idea work?
Any help is very much appreciated!
Thanks!I do not know or have time right now to look up NDP format.
To write to NTFS from Mac, you need a driver.
And to write to HFS from Windows also.
I strongly recommend Paragon drivers for both.
That way you can access anything from any platform.
Paragon Software for Mac -
Apple has been no help. Emailed me to call and ask them to reset my questions, tried to call and got told that I did not have apple support registered to my phone. Even though it is nothing to do with the actual phone. All I want to do is buy some apps but because I havent purchased on my iphone 5 before it makes me answer my security questions which I know the answers but must of written them a different way because it keeps telling me they are wrong. Please help!
You will need to contact iTunes Support, http://apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html (select Account Security as your help topic).
After you reset your security questions, it is highly recommended you add a rescue email address. To do so, log in at appleid.apple.com and click on Password and Security. Answer the questions and then click on "Add Rescue Email Address:" -
SOAP - Not Receiving Response (Using WS-Security)
Hi All,
I have a scenario where XI is invoking a web service with an external party (using receiver SOAP Adapter) and expects a response message. Unfortunately I am not receiving the response message nor any error messages.
I am using WS-Security so I sign and encrypt the data before sending, additionally when sending the data it is sent over HTTPS, which makes debugging very difficult (i.e. cant use packet sniffer)
To try and debug the situation I have got XI to send to a local server over HTTP (knowing this will fail with the response message) but since XI does the HTTP POST and I have a packet sniffer running I can get the request payload that XI sends. I then send this myself from my own machine (not from XI) to the external party's webservice using debugging tools and I receive a valid SOAP response from the external web service.
I just cant figure out why XI is not receiving the response, in the message log the last lines I have are:
03.08.2007 23:24:48 Success SOAP: apply Web Services Security...
03.08.2007 23:24:48 Success SOAP: Web Services Security applied.
When checking the message the QoS is set to BE, and as far as I know everything is set right I just cant figure out why there is no response in XI
Any help would be appreciated
ThanksFor anyone who is also experiencing this issue I logged a note to SAP and have received a response.
It appears that in the WS-Security header on the response message from the external party they are including a "SignatureConfirmation" node. XI doesn't understand the signature confirmation on a response to a synchronous request. In the XI trace logs you can see the request was received with a HTTP 200 OK but nothing happens with the message from here, the request message will remain on delivering for many hours...
SAP advised that a patch will be released which is what I am waiting on, or the alternate solution is to get the party sending the response to not return a SignatureConfirmation node back (unfortunately the party I am communicating with were unable to do this)
Hope this helps someone!

Aironet 1600 - A response was not received from the router or access point
Hi,
I'm trying to set up a wireless network with multiple SSID's. The new network only has CISCO products (router, switches). For the moment I'm trying to connect to 1 SSID (Windekind.Gast). the SSID is visible but when connecting devices have te folowing error message in the log:
Connection status summary
Connection started at: 2015-02-17 09:55:49-951
Profile match: Success
Pre-Association: Success
Association: Fail
Security and Authentication: Not started
Root cause:
Wireless association to "Windekind.Gast" failed
A response was not received from the router or access point.
Detailed root cause:
Wireless association to this network failed. Windows did not receive any response from the wireless router or accesspoint.
The signal is perfect (I'm only a few feet away from the AP).
To make sure there is no dhcp problem I tested the swich port in access mode for vlan 30 which supplied an IP correctly. I'm really not seeing the problem and searched the web for days now! Any help would be very much appreciated!
Below the config of the access point (done via de web interface).

endHi Rasika
thanks for the reply! 10.0.0.81 belongs to vlan 1. I changed the config as suggested but no luck.. (same problems are logged in the event viewer). the ap is connected to a switchport in trunk mode and vlan 1 is the native lan (untagged). the port also is joined to vlan 30 (and others).
Below the new config. Hope you can see an error..

Collecting data via SharePoint using LiveCycle form and Adobe Tracker
I created a form in LiveCycle ES 8.2 and have distributed it via Adobe 9.3.4 Pro (I am running Windows 7.) For the first two days, when I opened up track forms, all was working well and I was receiving all responses. However, on the third day, I was not receiving any new responses, so I called up a couple of the people I had distributed the form to to see if they had in fact submitted it, and they had. Everything on their end looked as though the form went through. They received "sucessfully submitted" messages, although I still have not recieved them. So, I went in, created a new distribution with the people that I had not received responses from. Again, I received responses the first day, but have not received a response on any of the following days.
Is anyone else having this same issue?UPDATE
The error that is being received is, "Acrobat cannot connect to the server, but will automatically submit your form once the server is online." Our SharePoint is showing no problems. In addition, I received a new response today out of the blue. But someone tried to resubmit a form and received the "cannot connect" error. -
Desperately need BizSpark help, received no response from support email after several days
I emailed [email protected] on 02/25 and still have not received a response. Where can I post questions? Here is the original email:
Hello, I recently started working for a new company. My previous company was a BizSpark graduate. I loved the program, so thought I would apply for it again at my new company. I went through the signup process
using my existing MS account (redacted). At no point did it indicate I was doing anything other than filling out a new application. When I finished, it went to my old bizspark page, but all the company information was changed (except for the logo)! Not only
is that terrible, because now it appears as though my new company is a BizSpark graduate, but I still want to try to enroll my new company in the program!
Please advise!
I have since edited everything except my company name because I cannot find a way to change it.Scott, I dont deal directly with the BizSpark program, but I've reached out to a few people internally who I think do. I'll let you know what I hear back, and maybe we can get your email replied to.
Thanks,
Mike

Not Receiving Calendar Accept Replies from Internet emails
I have GroupWise 2012 running on a dedicated Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP4 server.
I had gotten a call from one of my GroupWise email users and stated that when he sends a Calendar event to customers NOT on our system, he doesn't get any replies.
I have verified that the settings are correct under Tools, Options..., Send, Appointment.
When he sends a Calendar event to other users on our GroupWise mail system, he gets the replies.
I tested this using my personal hotmail account. I sent a Calendar (1-hour non-recurring) event from my GroupWise to my hotmail account and the hotmail account
received the Calendar event.
I accepted it, (and it added it to my hotmail calendar), and I sent a reply back, and it never got to my GroupWise account.
I looked at the Sent Items Properties for that and even after a few hours it still shows as "Response Pending".
I verified with my user that his Sent Items shows that for all users (except his account of course).
When I send a "regular" email from my hotmail account to my GroupWise account, I receive it just fine.
I checked the GWIA log file and I see the following lines:
11:49:28 EF5E MSG 1635904 Sender: [email protected]
11:49:28 EF5E MSG 1635904 Recipient: [email protected]
11:49:28 EF5E Successful login with client/server access: (our groupwise_dns_name and port)
(down a couple lines is this):
11:49:38 EF5E MSG 1635904 Queuing to MTA
As far as GroupWise 2012, is functioning as it should, (besides this).
I also went into C1 and insured that GWIA has Enable iCal Service checked.
We have GWAVA as our filtering/spam solution and I checked that to insure those replies aren't being stopped.
They aren't being blocked, via the Quarantine screen or the log files, that I can see.
And, I figure, since I see the connection in the GWIA log file, they aren't.(?)
Under the Properties of the Sent Item, it shows:
Send Options:
Auto Delete: No
Concealed Subject: No
Expiration Date: None
Notify Recipients: Yes
Priority: Standard
Reply requested by None
Security: Standard
Send Mail Receipt when Accepted
Send Mail Receipt when Deleted
To Be Delivered: Immediate

Responses not received from forms
Hi there, I have a form which I created in acrobat and which I have been sending out to participants. The form has a submit button which sends responses to acrobat.com however when people press submit the reader says that "your response was submitted successfully" but I receive no responses in my tracker and no data is sent to me! I am losing valued feedback for a product and I have no way of retrieving all that information!?! Can anyone help? Help much appreciated! I can't disclose the full URL of the form due to confidentiality so I have changed a few letters but the URL looks like this (with the first five letters changed after the = sign ):
https://acrobat.com/app.html#d=abcdeRXDLGGXW3w4RDrYng
I have posted elsewhere but don't seem to get any responses - this may be because only I have the problem? Could it be that upgrading my adobe acrobat to version 9 caused the problem? Please help!!
ThanksYou're not the only one. I was working with someone a while back who had the same problem. They couldn't get a straight answer either. An alternative is to collect the form data or forms yourself, either on a web server or email. Have you tried asking in the Acrobat.com forum here?

Rates being redetermined. Form not received for delivery 0040008146 from 00
Hi ! All,
I m creating a Export Proforma Invoice ( It is a copy of Billing Type JEX ) with respect to a delivery , I am getting the following error-
Rates being redetermined. Form not received for delivery 0040008146 from 0000000012
Message no. 8I642
Diagnosis
Excise rates are being re-determined. This is becuase you have not received the Concession form for the delivery document & yet from the customer &
System Response
System will apply the normal excise duty rates and generate an excise invoice
Procedure
In case you have forgotten to record the receipt of the Forms please do so in Forms tracking for the Sales order and delivery.
Please analyse and let me know what is possible solution.
Regards,
AshutoshI feel the process what you had narrated itself is wrong.
It seems some zee table is developed wherein, the users should maintain data related to some concession forms which I feel should be applicable to domestic sales.
Apart from the above, for exports, I dont know why you were generating proforma copying billing type JEX. You were supposed to copy F5 (order related proforma) or F8 (delivery related proforma).
Since in your case, you have indicated that you have generated against a delivery, you should copy F8 billing type and maintain copy control accordingly in VTFL.
Last but not least, the message number also seems to be not a standard one.
thanks

Form responses/tracker. How to re-sync after OS upgrade?
Hi,
I'm using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. About 10 days ago I distributed a form via acrobat.com and was receiving responses in the usual file *_responses.pdf.
Since then I upgraded my XP x64 to Windows 7 x64, and reinstalled all software.
Now tracker doesn't sync and my *_responses.pdf, when I open it, doesn't show the answers I had already received for my questionaire.
Not only can I not access the responses I had already received, but I can't figure out how to access any new ones people may send as a reply.
I have entered my acrobat.com account in my reinstalled Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended, but no change.
Opening the resposes file shows it to be empty of replys.
What can I do to at least access whatever responses people may be sending now?If I go on to the Apple TV and tell it to add a shared library, I see the aTV show up in my iTunes devices list so.........
Not sure that should happen if the the primary library is linked properly, the itunes library can't be linked as a primary AND a secondary library. Perhaps your only option is to relink the library and the tv.
(Please excuse my unsupported nomenclature) -
Receiving Acrobat Form Responses
Hi there,
I've been expericing trouble receving entries from my Acrobat forms. I made a few test entries and although it indicates that the form has been submitted, I can't seem to receive any responses when I try updating the Master form.
On Tracker, it says "Could not access the network resource".
I've tried editing the file location, as well as "repairing Adobe Installation", to no avail.
Would greatly appreciate help ASAP, we're expecting a lot of entries to come through today.
Thank you,
LindsayDid you try with proper Usage rights?

Not receiving replies from online form with FromCentral
Can anyone help me with this. I'm in the process of trying to change all of our PDF forms to web forms and use FormCentral to log the data.
However after converting the first interactive PDF with FormCentral and hyperlinking it on a test page on our site none of the data has been captured in FromCentral.
Can anyone help me here?
I don't want to fork out the money to subscribe if it just isn't going to work.
Regards,
AlexHi AlexKing1987,
I can see that you are using a free subscription of FormsCentral which entitles you for 1 form and 50 responses. Can you please check if have exceeded the limit of the responses because if you have already received 50 responses then you will not be able to receive response.
I would suggest you to try the basic subscription which will entitle you for 5 online forms and 500 responses per form and it is for only US $0.99/month. For more information, please refer: https://www.acrobat.com/en_gb/products/formscentral/subscribe.html
