Not receiving replies, just original sent email

I'm new to the Blackberry world (since 5/08). I am having problems receiving an email reply from one client. When she replies I receive the original email I sent to her but not her response to it. Any ideas how this happens and how to fix it?

Honestly, if you are receiving original emails from this person, if it not a Blackberry problem.
My friend was haing a similar issue with email from her mother, swearing they were all blank, nothing but the original message quoted within. Finally I show them the message AFTER the quoted message, way down at the bottom. In this case it was that AOL was placing the reply message AFTER the quoted message.

    Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account and request another email.

    If you're referring to the name of the attatchment showing when viewing the entire email, that's there's no way to change how it's done.  The title and body of the actual document is unchanged after it's opened. 
    Does this naming of the attachment really confuse the recipient?  If so, put something in the body of the email to make it clear what's attached.

    If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

  • Nokia C3 chat - not receiving replies

    I just got a new nokia c3, the vendor activated the update menu service. I was able to use the chat service, logged in to my YM account and see almost the same layout of YM in PC. im using smart communications as my operator, and the network provides nokia messaging promos.  My problem lies with my YM chat in C3, i can send messages but cannot receive replies when i tried it in a mall using the mall's WIFI service.. When i got home, i tried using it again using WLAN and it worked until I log out. The next day, i tried it again. I got two YM accounts. I tried logging one in my PC and the othe one in my C3. The one in my PC can receive the chat messages coming from my C3, but whenever i try to send a reply ( from PC), i cannot receive it in my C3. by the way, i tried this at home using my WIFI with 2mbps speed. so i dont think it has anything to do with the connection speed.

    Just bought a HP Pavilion notebook. Using Yahoo email through Firefox (just changed over to Firefox). I am not receiving email from blogs I have subscribed to. When I try to re-subscribe I'm told I am already subscribed. Can't find any settings to help with problem. Is this a Firefox problem or Yahoo problem?

    Try to find is there any problem with blogs ??? Subscriber that by another emali like gmail , rediff etc.... if u receive mail thn its cleared that yahoo has a problm .... and if u dont get mail thn its bloge problem !!!!!

  • Contact uses a tracfone, does not receive text messages but sent messages show on iPhone 6

    As recently as 2 weeks ago, text messages where working to and from this contact. His carrier with Tracfone is AT&T.
    I've already done some troubleshooting:
    I am able to receive messages from my contact with the Tracfone, and it appears to send the message. But he never receives it.
    He is able to send/receive messages from other contacts - including contacts with plans, and contacts with straighttalk/prepaid.
    I am able to send/receive texts from other contacts - including those with plans and those with prepaid.straighttalk/prepaid.
    He is not able to receive a group message from me, although other contacts do.
    I am able to send/receive group messages from other contacts - including those with plans and those with prepaid.
    I have tried with iMessage turned on and with it turned off.
    I have tried with MMS messaging  turned on and with it turned off.
    I've verified the number is not listed as blocked.
    I've deleted and recreated the contact and verified the number is correct.
    Cellular data is enabled, as is LTE voice & Data.
    I have service, and have not received any red exclamation points indicating failed to send.
    I've already tried turning the device on and off.

    Bunifufu, we appreciate you providing us with your phone type details. That is definitely odd that this is occurring. Just in case, what type of phone does the other user own? While it is strange they aren't receiving your messages, and that your phone displays sent.     You may need to indicate to the Mail app which folder should be used for sent messages. This can be done by selecting your 'Sent' mailbox, and choosing (from the 'Mailbox' menu) Use This Mailbox For -> Sent.

    Try looking in your Junk folder on your email account. They might be in this folder if you arent always on your account.
