Not receiving songs I've purchased

I have 3 songs that I wanted to purchase, but as they were in the midst of downloading, my computer said I did not have enough room to download them (another problem entirely- I think I need to get some more memory installed?). They are still showing up in my account history as me being charged for them, but I don't have them. How do I get "uncharged" for there? I can't seem to fins any iTunes customer service numbers or e-mails. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

How much space is actually left on your hard drive? In Finder, click on the hard drive and Get Info (Command-I or from the File menu). If it really does show that you're running out of space, you'll have to delete things from the drive to clear enough space for the downloads (you really want to have at least a gigabyte or two free anyway for Mac OS X to run properly).

    If they are not being received by the server, then this is not a Thunderbird problem. So, first you need to determine if your server is receiving the emails.
    Logon to your webmail account using a browser, are those emails shown in the webmail account?
    Are they in the webmail Inbox folder or another folder - check the spam folder?
    Do you use an IMAP or Pop mail account?
    If the emails are not in webmail account, then Thunderbird cannot see them.
    If the server is not receiving the emails, then check that the sender is actually using your correct email address.

  • Not all songs appearing in Purchased section

    Ok this is anoying (and really pretty stupid.) If I buy a song on one Apple device, it should appear in my purchased history on ALL devices. This is not the case. Songs purchased on my Ipad 2 do NOT appear in Itunes on my PC to be transfered to other devices (i.e. an IPod). Why is this? This is so simple so why does Apple not simply have one universal Purchased account? Other services do this? The only songs that appear in my purchased section are those bought on this computer. So how am I supposed to get songs from the Ipad to the Pod? Common sense would dictate that you'd have ALL purchases in one place.
    I want to buy an Apple TV soon. Is this what I'm gonig to have to deal with? Will only things I bought via the Apple TV be playable on it? Because that's stupid.
    And before anyone asks, i have ONE Apple account, all purchases have been done via this account. Any solutions? or is there even one? Because if there isn't then I'm done buying things via ITunes Store.

    If purchased made through the iTunes store are not showing up on all devices, you may want to make sure that they are all both authorized *and* associated with the same Apple ID. You may find the following articles helpful:

    If you purchased a disc the serial number is normally on the disc case.  You need to contact whoever sold you the software to see what you need to do.

  • Why am I not receiving my receipts after purchase?

    i purchased vpnoneclick, and did not receive a receipt til' now, it's bee about a month. vpnoneclick is refusing to activate my vpn until they recieve my receipt.

    Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
    Beyond that, basic troubleshooting of the device is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).  Has any of this been tried?

    Before you read, I apologize if this is in the wrong category.
    About 2 days ago I purchased gold in "Temple Run 2" for $4.99(in-app purchase). I didn't get the gold, and it charged my iTunes account. I got the receipt. I made the purchase on 3G, maybe it lagged out but still charged me.
    Is there any way to get my gold or my $4.99 back? I don't want to make a huge deal about $4.99, though.

    An SD card does not come with that printer. if you wanted the extra storage for the Zeen, you would have to purchase a SD card. It is not required however.

    Monopoly Hotels:  I made an in-app purchase of Monopoly Money, but it never got credited in my game.  I have not been able to find anything on the Support page regarding this.  I went into my account, found my purchase, clicked on "report a problem" but I haven't gotten anywhere with that to actually report a problem.
    Any ideas?

    if the song cuts off early try deleting it out of your library then going to the new "Purchased" feature and redownloading (its free).  I had to do this with some of my tracks that didn't fully download (though they said they did).  Once I redownloaded I had the entire song no problem.
    Make sure you delete the file completly from computer...that way iTunes will see that it is not already downloaded and will allow you to download it again.
