Not receiving the email for BBM to continue Backup (Remotely)

I've been trying to register my email to my BBM so that I can remotely backup the phone.... Now idk what it is..... But for every time I try to do it... It tells me:
" Registering: The verification email was sent successfully. Once your device receives the email, it will be processed automatically and registration will continue. If this is taking longer than expected, check you Junk mail folder for the verification email. If it is there, mark is as "Not Junk", and send the verification email again by using the menu. "
when I check my junk email it is not there... And I need it to be registered cuz my PC isn't working fine.... Was wondering if anyone is capable of assisting me..... 

You only have to do it once. I don't know why it would say not registered now, if it was earlier.
Try again. You can always Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

  • I am trying to reset my security questions, but I have not received the email with instructions. What is the problem?

    I initially created my apple account years ago. I am trying to reset my security questions because my answers are continually incorrect. I pressed the link that sends reset security questions info to my alt. address, but I have not received the email with instructions. I have resent the email several times and checked both of the emails I have set up with my apple account to no avail. I have tried everything that is provided in the support article about the issue and my problem has not be resolved. I've even deleted my alt email from the apple account and then reassigned it and tried again, however, I still have not received the email. Without knowing the answers to my security questions, I cannot purchase anything from the iTunes store, which I have been trying to do.
    I do not know what the problem is and I am asking for any resolutions. Please and thank you!

    Go to the Apple ID Security site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or call the AppleCare support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with the Account Security Team...either can help you reset your questions/answers.

    Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.

    If it doesn't arrive within a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    Has anyone received an answer to this? It seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. In the past i had no trouble receiving emails to reset my password but for the past week I havne't been able to login, my security questions didn't work and I haven't received any of the emails to reset my password. I've created a new Account but would rather  get into my old account because it's linked to my perfered email address. Hum..

    The easiest thing to do is to contact Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Forgotten Apple ID security questions.

    Here is my query on Workflow,
    One of our customer created a purchase order through shopping cart,in the place of the requisitioner details they maintain the user id and we checked the user id in Su01, and i found out the mail id and and user id has been maintained here and the communication method is "Remote Mail".
    Our system is configured in such a way that when the requisitioner will create a purchase order one mail should go to the inbox of the requisioner through workflow procedure.
    I checked the workflow and it is showing that mail has successfully sent.
    Now the user has raise a query that "he is not receiving any email communication whenever he is creating PO through shopping cart".We confirm with the user about the communication mail id and he said that the mail id is correct and the same mail id has been maintained in SAP.
    If anybody faced this kind of problem than pls help me on this.

    Hi Kumar,
    Are you expecting the emails in the Outlook inbox? Is it an external mail id?
    Check things below -
    1. Are alerts being generated? Check transaction ALRTINBOX to make sure that.
    2. Check transactions SOST to see emails are generated for the users.
    3. Make sure that in transaction SCOT, the user id is added as supported address types.
