Not related to itunes but need help w/ winfixer spyware

Question

I think I have this on my computer, am getting popups & they're getting more frequent...I've run adaware but they still happen. read somewhere to go to startup in msconfig but i dont know which things are important & which arent so i'm afraid to disable anything on there, although a few have shady names:
twatdog
trirot
BCMSMMSMG
Anyone know anything about this? Sorry to post the unrelated thing but people on here seem to know what they're doing w/ computers...

What I'd generally suggest is Googling for applications you don't recognize. Some are real, some aren't. I've seen ones with weird names like that last one you listed that turn out to be real (one was a wireless driver, I think).
