Not respond to IRQ level and configuration problem

Problem1: I have a Windows XP desktop, and a PCI 6036E. I tried to use measurement and automation to test the PCI 6036E device. The error shows that not respond to IRQ level.
Problem2: I have a Labview program. It can read in the sensor signal from PCI card. The signal can be tuned by external amplifier. But even I tuned the signal to 0. The program still reads around 2 (voltage). I suspect the problem might be due to the configuration of my card which I didn't do. So how can I config or calibrate my card?

Below is the Knowledge Base I have been referring to on this problem, which is why I asked if you could use later version of the DAQ drivers where this has been addressed. Please take a moment to read through the document that goes into more detail on the problem. As to why you never saw a problem with the other machine I am still looking into. Is it possible it is using a different operating system and/or has a dual core processor that handles interupts differently? The KB below shows you how to check what form of interupts the computer is using. This may be the main cause of the IRQ issue instead of different MAX versions.

Application, once built, shows "Not Responding" in the toolbar, and it doesn't go away

If you have an application that is running with some kind of timeout, (My application will send a message, and wait for a user definable period of time for a reply). If this tine is over 5 seconds, and the user clicks on the application, the app sets its status to "(Not Responding)". This is mirrored on the toolbar.
Once the application begins responding again, the title bar of the app changes back to an active state, although the representation of the app on the tool bar stays in a "(Not Responding)" state.
I have attempted to stop the user click having an effect by setting the cursor to busy and setting the "Click Disable" to TRUE, but this does not help.
Any ideas how to get round this one? Or is it a bug?

Every application that is open has an instance in the task bar
As you can see here, I am running outlook, labview, firefox and MSN, but don't tell my boss
Somtimes, when windows things an application has crashed it will place the phrase "(Not Responding)" next to it's name in the task bar. It will also place the word "(Not Responding)" In the title bar for the application.
I have written a program that calls a .dll. The function of this .dll is to read incomming data up the RS-232 socket of my PC. I can set a timeout on this, lets say I set it to 1 minute.
The application is running, I call the .dll to read incoming data, then I don't produce any incoming data. The application will wait, up to 60 seconds for some data, but in the mean time, Windows thinks the LabVIEW executable file has crashed, so places the word "(Not responding)" in the taskbar AND in the title bar. At this point I send my data up the 232, the data is received and displayed by the application. At this point Windows forgives LabVIEW and the "(Not Responding)" status is revolked. This phrase is then removed from the title bar, but IS NOT removed from the task bar.
Does anyone know if we have control over this, or should I report it as a bug to National Instruments?

Photoshop CS6 is not responding when leaving PS and coming back again

A weired problem: My new installation of Photoshop CS6 (OS X Mavericks on a new MBP) is not responding when leaving PS and coming back again.
Example: i open a new file in PS - then i click on the desktop - when i go back to PS again, it is not responding to any click on any window (except for the menu bar).
I can solve the problem when i try going back several times or when i go back to PS via the icon in the dock.
But it is still very annoying in a quick workflow.
I would appreciate any idea what i can check more, cause i tried everything and i can’t find this issue on the web…

Problem solved… The troublemaker was the Trackball Works Driver for Kensington trackballs / Expert Mouses…
I’m now using a generic driver for USB devices and everything is fine.

Can you please let us know the following:
- Operating System;
- Complete version of Acrobat installed;
- Experiencing this issue with a particular file or all PDF files;
- Experiencing this issue while performing a particular task or with any task;
- Files are saved on the local machine or on a share drive;
- Launch Acrobat in Safe Mode and then check the issue. Hold 'Shift' key and launch Acrobat, and then check the issue.

Do you have multiple keyboard layouts installed?
It is possible that you have switched the keyboard layout by accident.

Windows remembers the keyboard layout setting per application and you may have changed the keyboard layout by accident via a keyboard shortcut.

* Make sure that you have the Language bar visible on the Windows Taskbar
* You can do that via the right-click context menu of the Taskbar: Toolbars > Language Bar
* Check the keyboard language (keyboard layout) setting for the application that has focus via the icon on the Language bar
* You need to do that while Firefox has focus because Windows remembers the keyboard layout setting per application

Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folder.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If it does, move the selected folder—not just its contents—to the Desktop. Leave the Finder window open for now.
Restart the computer. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. Any custom stationery that you created may be lost. Ask for instructions if you want to preserve that data. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window.

I a few days my mac don't works like before i try to use chrome safari fireworks and is always the same in youtube or any website with flash content, and some applications too the same problem not respond, i was unistall and reinstall a lot o softwares i use clean app to remove the app complete and reinstall but don't works ... What i do? whatis this? My mac is all updated i use all lastest versions ... I don't understand why... Somebody can help me...

Yes after making that particular attribute as a navigational attribute I loaded data in master data tables.

I am using a USB keyboard and everytime I wake the iMac from sleep the keyboard will not respond unless I unplug and replug the keyboard. I am using a mid-2010 iMac with OSX 10.6. Any help would be appreciated.

I am currently using a USB keyboard (PC Model) and everytime I wake the computer from sleep the keyboard no longer responds unless I unplug and replug it. The USB mouse I am using works fine with no issues and I have already gone through the prompt to identify the keyboard in the settings. If anyone know of a setting I can use to permenantly enable the keyboard so I no longer have to unplug and replug it that would be appreciated.

Your 2010 MBP would be able to handle Yosemite, but I would strongly suggest that you get the current problem sorted out before trying to upgrade to Yosemite. I'd also recommend another backup that isn't created by Time Machine if you are thinking of upgrading. SuperDuper and CarbonCopyCloner can make bootable clones of hard drives. If you clone your existing system to a fresh external drive, you would be able to boot from that drive and recover quickly in the event that your Yosemite upgrade didn't work out. Time Machine backups are not 100% reliable.
It's possible that, if your internal HD is the one that shipped with your MBP in 2010, it may be failing. If it keeps needing repairs, that is probably a sign that it is approaching the end of its useful life.
Have you run Disk Utility's Repair tool on the external drive as well?
I mentioned the hub because some people have reported here that attaching their USB 3 drives through a USB 2 hub solved some disconnection problems. A good-quality powered USB 2 hub won't cost much.
My most recent brush with random disconnections involved a nice new OWC drive enclosure. I used the cable that came with the drive, but the drive kept disconnecting. Using a different cable solved the problem. You wouldn't expect that what appeared to be a high quality cable would be a problem straight out of the box, but it was.

I have an iPad mini that will not respond and is non functional. It continues to intermittently try to automatically restart, access home page without success. It will not accept normal charge. I have tried to manually restart, reset and have been unsuccessful. It will not allow a Recover attempt via iTunes as well. Do you have any suggestions before I consider a replacement? Thanks.
