Not sure of what cable
Hi,
I have a Intel iMac. I want to use this old Gateway LCD monitor to extend, but I am not sure of what adapter to use. The model number is Gateway FPD 1500, does anyone have any idea what adapter I need? Any help would be apprectiated. Thanks.

I understand that the audio is not working on your HP Pavilion a6120n Desktop PC running Windows 7 and you are wondering it you should install the new audio card you purchased. I would recommend that you first try the steps set out in the HP Support document: No Sound from the Speakers or Headphones (Windows 7), which has been designed to address audio issues with computers running Windows 7.
Now if the above document does not work I would suspect a driver issue and since HP does not have audio drivers for your computer running Windows 7 I would suggest you go ahead and install the new audio card as it will have the needed drivers.

Look at how many people are involved in the shoot. Look at all the professionals from various disciplines. Look at all the rehearsal. Look at all the painstaking attention to detail. Look at all the professional equipment they used.
Yes, I looked at the shot at 1:32 in the video they made. They used a Steadicam to stabilize the camera going up the stairs. They used gels on the window to reduce the light intensity and help correct the color temperature. The interior spaces of the upstairs and downstairs have also been lit to avoid irising problems. They didn't rely on mere chance.
Did you also notice the subtle cuts at 00:38 and 1:54? That video was not shot in one take, and that's a fact. And before they even got to the step of color grading, they KNEW they had good video to work with because they had the professional experience to attain it. -
I get the video going and it looks like it automatically says it is downloading two files. After clicking around a few times on some things I may have as many as five copies running at once. I am just trying to save the video to a file so that I can burn it to a DVD later.
most likely the video you are trying to watch is using flash and flash is not supported on the ipad.
the browser will make no difference. best thing is to write to the site ctv.ca suggesting they offer a html5 version of their site for the millions of ipad users around the world. -
I deleted files from my MacBook Air after it said my start up disk was almost full. It did several xs, then the color wheel wouldn't stop spinning, so I closed it. Then after a sufficient amount of time, I tried to start it up again, only now the Apple start up wheel just spins non stop and nothing else happens. How or what can I do to get my MacBook Air to work again, without having to take it in? Thanks so much!

What can I do to improve a blurry Quicktime video that was SMS' texted to me? I think it was taken on an Iphone and it was sent to me as a 1.24MB .mov file and I have Quicktime Pro if that helps. I REALLY need to make this as clear as possible, the audio is good, video is blurry. Here is some additional data:

You can rescale (stretch) the size of the display but this will only make it blurier and/or introduce pixellation. When the file was encoded at a lower resolution much of the original data was thrown away to make the file smaller. This data is gone/missing and cannot be recreated from what is left. What you've got is all you have to work with. Any filters you can apply will require re-compressing the file again which will likely introduce more artifacts and increase the size of the file without really improving its overasll quality. -
Trying to link my macbook and iMac...not sure of what to ask!
HELP! I just got an iMac and am trying to network my macbook to it. I found a tutorial online and got to the point where i check off "File sharing" in the Sharing section of system preferences but then I got lost. I think it was because the tutorial was a few years old and it may be different now. It did say to write down this number 192.168.1.103 but then I never reached a point where I was asked to enter it. I can see my macbook from my iMac but it says I do not have access to it.

Thanks so much for your reply! You've definitely got me leaning more toward the Curve now. I'm sooooo bummed out that our Alltel doesn't have the pink Curve. They're in the process of switching over to Verizon but said it'll be around late summer before they really start getting their phones in. All I have to choose from is red and black! If they had the silver one, I'd go for that even. But as you mentioned, you can buy all sorts of skins and covers for them so I guess I can always give that a try! If they'd had the pink Curve I would have exchanged in a heartbeat! haha I'm such a girl sometimes.
I really do a lot of emailing, texting, IMing, etc., so the Curve may be better for me. My last phone was a Scoop (though I only had it for a few months because it was a replacement phone) and toward the end, I started to get used to the full QWERTY keyboard more. I really like that the Curve has buttons that you can really depress... Not just the flat keys that you can't even really feel as you're pushing!

Billed where and from whom? The iTunes Store? If that's what you mean, log into your iTunes Store account and check your Purchase History. That will detail all purchases made through that account. If your credit card shows charges that don't appear in your Purchase History, contact your card issuer and report the charges as fraudulent.

If you're buying an iPhone 4S, around 4 thousand photos will account to 4GB of space.
If you play games like infinity blade ii, the game will cost you around 1.03GB.

I am not sure at what point this became a problem, but when I go to play any of my movies or tv shows I have in Itunes, all I get is a black screen with no picture or sound. Even if I end up looking stupid because it is something simple, I am up for the dumb chair...help please.

Mine was when i open the movies which before were working but tgen it came out as black screen with the voice , and now , nothing comes out , no movies , no sounds from the videos -
