Not sure whats going on?

I am getting a message one of mail accounts are full but it is no way near full. It has like 20 emails in it and no attachments etc. I even got suckered in to buying moe space in some hope that it would fix the problem but it still is showing a message of being 99% full or just full.
I tried to call and email my problem. MACs answer is to buy more space! This is so unfair becasue now I am missing emails and Apple is not being very helpful.
Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

.Mac comes with 1 gigabyte (GB) of combined email and iDisk storage.
You can designate storage space to your .Mac Mail account and your iDisk. For example, if you need more storage space for your email messages, you can set your .Mac Mail storage capacity to 800 MB and reserve 224 MB of storage for your iDisk.
You can't assign less than 15 MB of storage to your .Mac Mail account or iDisk. Your storage is automatically set to 512 MB for .Mac Mail and 512 MB for iDisk unless you change it.
To share storage space between .Mac Mail and your iDisk:
* Go to www.mac.com and log in.
* Click your member name on the .Mac tab, and then confirm your login.
* Click Storage Settings on your Account Settings page.
* Choose a new storage amount from the .Mac Mail pop-up menu. The storage allocated to your personal iDisk automatically decreases or increases when you add or subtract storage from your .Mac Mail account.
* Click Save.

    Trashing the preference file may help, as I've outlined in the topic I've linked to. Otherwise, follow the steps regarding removing 3rd party QuickTime components. Also, see the final post by the OP (EEye87) regarding how his problem was resolved (a combination of trashing the preference file and the 3ivx component).

    Try turning Siri off and on again. Siri must be enabled for Dictation to be enabled. Settings>General>Siri>off. Give it a minute or so and them turn Siri on again.

    So my iphone 4s died and when i plugged it in, no charging thing popped up. I tried different chargers, car, computer etc... and when i hold the sleep button or any other button the screen stays black.

    I was on my way home and my phone died, so i got home and plugged it in and it did show that it was charging, but it sat at that screen with the charging symbol for almost 20-30 minutes. So I unlugged it and tried a different charger and it did the same thing, then it just didnt show anything at all.

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

    Open up iTunes. Go to Store. Go to Account and sign in. Click on Purchase History. Find your purchase record.

  • Garbled Images on the screen, not sure what is going on

    Everything was going fine and then I left my computer on overnight and everything was garbled on the screen and couldn't be read. I connected it to an external display, same issue. I took a screen shot and sent to another Mac, and it showed all of the issues. I wish there was a way to post the image, it may help with coming up with a solution. I rebooted, no change. I reformatted and reinstalled 10.4, no change. The strange thing is, is that if I boot from my TechTool disc, everything looks fine. Also, if I boot into safe mode (shift key held down), everything looks fine as well. I am not sure what is going on, and what to do to fix it. Hopefully someone out there can point me in the right direction. I don't want to have to get rid of my iBook. TIA.

    Which basically involves pressure on other chips.
    I have been slowly working on that 1.33 iBook but I've been busy, vacation and working. I have found suspicious looking solder joints in the area indicated and also on that Danish site. That might be a good idea I might try that with the 1.33 pressure on various chips while trying to boot.
    As far as video memory there are two identical chips underneath and toward the video output from the ATI GPU chip. I don't see that they are clearly BGA but there's also no conventional peripheral conventional solder tabs or lands.
    Another point, there are 2 huge and a large chip on this board and they're all BGA. The large one being the CPU. So there would also be another 3 points of failure. Any one of these that pressure corrects could be reballed or shim fixed.

    Try This...
    Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
    Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )
    Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
    Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
    Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
    Release the Buttons...
    If no joy...
    Reset all settings
    Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
    This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.
    If the issue persists...
    Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore

    Not sure what's going on. After upgrade there are contacts being added to my contact list from Facebook. Go to delete them and it won't let me delete them. Getting very frustrated. Need help.

    Use your Settings app.
    Settings > Facebook > turn off contacts.
    Check to make sure calendars is also off so all your friends birthdays won't show up on your calendar.

    I have generation 2 ipod and recently purchased a generation 3 for my husband. when I turn the hold button to hold the i pod shuts off and when I plug it into the USB into the computer it doens't regester in itunes. I tried reseting the ipod, reboting the computer and the USB device and nothing is working. what am I doing wrong.

    The "bars" have never been and will never be a very good indicator of signal quality. It's possible to have a very high signal strength reading and also a very high noise reading. This would yield a very poor quality signal, yet the bars would indicate a "strong" signal.

    Think of your AirPort Express (or any other wireless transmitter) as a water sprinkler. You want to sprinkle as much water as possible into the room. The ideal location for an AirPort Express would be on the ceiling in the center of the room. That's not practical, but you need to try for the next best thing and that is a relatively clear area around the the Express so it can "sprinkle" more effectively. Maybe you could use an extension cable and a longer ethernet cable to find a more open location to the room.
    A second "extending" AirPort Express or AirPort Extreme would definitely help provide a better s/n ratio in a remote location. You could connect a USB drive to the AirPort Extreme and the ethernet ports on the device would also be active. The USB port on an AirPort Express will only support a compatible printer.
    You could also "reverse" the process and use an AirPort Extreme as the "main" router and Express as a remote extension device. (I'm assuming that you have an AirPort Express 802.11n now, as the earlier versions won't support the feature of "extend a wireless network"

    I'm having similar issues with my phone.  I got my first iPhone recently, only had an iPod touch gen4 for a little over a year.  Updated to 6.0.2 when we got the phone (iPhone 5) a few days before Christmas.  When I got home on the evening of January 11, my phone would not connect the router anymore.  I was able to get it to connect after resetting the phone and the router, updating the router, and manually connecting.  That laste for a few minutes and then wouldn't work anymore.   I live in an area with very limited service, we have a network extender installed to help, and I am barely getting a 3G signal at times.
    My wife's iPad 4, my touchiPod 4, and all of our laptops are working just fine on the router.  When I dropped my kid off at school today, I noticed that I am not even seeing the school network anymore from the parking lot where before I got 3 or 4 bars and could connect to their wifi when I was there.  Today my phone goes back and forth between seeing my home network but not connecting, to not even seeing the network at all even from the same room that the router is in.
    Hope Apple fixes this problem soon..............

    It is as simple to get it serviced as the day you purchased it.

    It's called a dock connector, not a USB port.
    i found a product in the online store, that i guess you place the ipod mini on, and it gives you up to 20 or so more hours of time but then it says that you have to have a firewire port or cable?
    What is it? The firewire port is on the computer, not the iPod.
    If the original battery is going bad, the first thing to do is get that sorted out.
