Not Syncing my iphone just my outlook in itunes

Each time I make a syncing through Itunes, my iphone only recognizes my pst. file from outlook that I have setup in my pc by default but it doesn't recognizes all the new contacts added through my Iphone so he basically deletes the new ones added through my Iphone since he only recognizes my pst.file.
What type of changes should I make in my settings so that my iphone has not just my outlook contacts (pst. file) but also adds the new contacts i have created in my iphone? Thks

I have been working on this for over a year and I tried numerous things, but I cannot sync my iphone or ipad to my Outlook Calendar or Contacts.
I have to tell you I am trying to sync it to my SBCglobal account, but what I'd really love to do is move my calendar off of sbc and onto gmail (but that's a separate issue and I can handle that - I've already moved the contacts). I have Outlook 2010 and MS Windows 7, and I have updated to the latest Apple IOS 7.02 or whatever the latest one is called.
Currently I have 4 email accounts
2 different Work MS Exchange emails
1 personal Email (gmail)
1 non-personal email for all marketing and spam kind of email (sbcglobal)
So, as you can imagine, it gets kind of confusing. The lack of syncronizing started when i started work over 1.5 years ago.

Hi Nancy,
Have you considered taking this issue to your IT department at work? They should be pretty knowledgable about this as Exchange/Outlook may have different settings across different companies. Hope this helps.

A couple of months ago I started experiencing problems with my ipod touch syncing to my itunes, and the connection to the itunes store also became rather hit and miss. I decided to give it another go when I bought an iphone 4, which I did a couple of weeks ago. Despite updating my itunes to version 10.5 I am still experiencing the same problems. When I connect my iphone to my PC it gets to step 2 of the syncing process and then appears to be in some sort of limbo where it does not carry on working (the progress bar stays static rather than slowly increasing). I am also unable to connect to the itunes store (it does not recognise that there is a problem, rather it just says 'Itunes Store' in the main part of the screen, in some kind of Emperor's New Clothes scenario, as though it's trying to kid me). In addition I cannot connect to icloud in the control panel. I have no problems with connecting to the internernet, have defraged and done a disc cleanup and checked that the firewalls are not blocking connectivity.
Please, does anyone have any suggestions?

TS1347 Outlook agenda items are not synced on iphone

I am syncing my iphone with MS outlook via Itunes.
But since the last month or so I do not see my agenda items on the iphone.
Older items I still see.
What is the problem?

This sounds like an error in Time Zone support. The time zone needs to be the same in Outlook as well as the phone.

I do not know why it is not working.when I start to do the backup copies,its not respondible at all. if I skip the backup,nothing happens,it is not sync any music or video to my iPhone 4S. I hate that,because 10.6 was working properly with my device,but this one is not. so please give me some instruction,what I should do.

If your MacBook Pro has an Intel processor and at least 1gb or RAM, you can upgrade your machine to the minimum operating system requirements for use with iTunes 11.

Depends on where you back your phone up to...iCloud or iTunes. You can use either to restore your phone. Read here:

Next time, make sure you have at least one unique contact entry in Outlook...the entry can be fake, doesn't matter, just make sure Outlook is not empty. This will generate a merge or replace prompt...select merge.

i've found a great & simple solution for this problem
just open your iCloud acc on iPhone
turn off calendars (it wil ask you to keep info or not - KEEP IT!)
and turn back on (MERGE!)
now SYNC it..
and that's it
PS in my case it was contacts so the procedure is the same..

New events on Outlook 2010 not syncing with Iphone and Ipad

I have gone through the nonsensical uninstall/reinstall every 5 restars. This time my new events or contacts on Outlook do not show on iPhone or Ipad. There is also a new confirguration where the Outlook does not separate the iCloud calendar from Outlook calendar but lists them all, then iCloud as a separate box at the bottom. I've tried dragging to that box with no success. I make about 50 appointments and reminders to my calendar each week and use all devices whether in the office or out. How dare Apple not fix this known issue.

I just looked at topic called "Outlook 2010 - Outlook does not sync with iPhone / iTunes and used the fix suggested in that string of posts. It appears to have worked!!! My happy camper.

I have been using sync on all previous phones to date without issue, I have had the 5s since Nov 2014 and no issue, on Sunday without warning or changes to my phone or Outlook sync now has this error.
I have restored my phone but still has same problem.

My iPhone's (4S,iOS Version 6.1.03) calendar will not sync to my PC's Outlook 2010 calendar (Windows 7). Issue with Calendar not syncing with iPhone 3g.
Solution
Create backup of your entire mailbox before starting (THIS IS IMPORTANT)
Create offline folder (.pst file) Check windows help on how to do this for your version.
Open folders view on Outlook
Right click on Calendar in tree view and 'copy to' offline .pst folder
Go back to main calendar view and delete all entries in your calendar.
Create simple cal entry and sync test with iphone
If this works then start dragging cal entries back from the offline folder into the main calendar then sync after each step....
I moved events in this order
-Yearly recurrences (ie Birthdays)
- Monthly recurrences
- weekly recurrences
- Daily recurrences
All appointments from the beginning of this year >> to the end of time!
If all these sync then the issue is with an older cal item and you have to decide if you actually need these in you current calendar.
I chose to leave these in the offline cal and if i need access them from there.
If at any point the sync fails then you know you have a corrupt cal entry in the block you just transferred. Move the offending items back into the offline folder and try again in smaller chunks until you identify the offending items and delete them and manually recreate them in your real calendar.
Also smart to run the inbox (.pst /.ost ) repair tools for your OS/Outlook version.

I just updated the firmware to iPhone 2.0.1 and the syncing works great both ways.
